The hotel facilities are complete and the location is excellent. It's very close to West Lake, about a 10-minute walk, and also very close to Hubin Yintai 177, just a 5-minute walk. I highly recommend staying here when visiting the area.

The location is unbeatable! The Ding'an Road subway station is right outside the hotel, super convenient. They even upgraded our room for free. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and the late-night congee for breakfast was also great. My colleague said this hotel is now her permanent favorite! It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere, which is especially important in the summer!

A Truly Refreshing Stay at Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) My recent stay at the Vienna International Hotel in Fuyang Changkou was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler, I have high expectations for comfort, service, and value, and this hotel exceeded them all. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant and distinctively European lobby. The check-in process was swift and seamless, handled by the incredibly polite and professional front desk staff. They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. Found a hidden gem! The decor is absolutely stunning, every corner is picture-perfect. The soft furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the natural light and ventilation are fantastic. The amenities are comprehensive, with a projector, tea set, and snacks, making it feel just like home. The cleanliness is impeccable, not a speck of dust even in the corners, and the toiletries are high quality. The host is incredibly thoughtful, providing local recommendations for food, drink, and entertainment, along with bottled water and a small souvenir. It's quiet and peaceful, I slept wonderfully. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel at all, more like staying at a friend's house. Definitely my top choice for a short trip!

I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, especially the lovely lady with glasses, who took such great care of me. The room was spacious, comfortable, and airy. A thanks also goes to the adorable robot that delivered food to my room every night, it was such a fun and convenient touch! The location is excellent: the metro station, public bicycles, and bus stops are all just steps away. There is also a shopping mall directly across the street, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The route from the hotel to West Lake is beautiful and very pleasant as well. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I return to Hangzhou!

Eleven people stayed for five days and the overall feeling was very good. Facilities: The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Environment: The trails on the island are quiet and the air is fresh. Outside the window, the lakes and mountains are panoramic. Hygienic: The indoor and outdoor environment is clean, and the living is comfortable and comfortable. Service: Thank you very much butler! The attitude is very kind, the service is very warm and thoughtful, no matter day or night, on call to solve the problem in time, let us spend a pleasant five days in Qiandao Lake.

Fantastic hotel! They offer a shuttle service from Gate 25 of Terminal 4 at the airport. The room was cool, spacious, and very clean. The 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' smart assistant seems to be a standard feature in Hangzhou these days, haha! Highly recommended, I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

My family and I were really impressed with how clean this hotel was. The room temperature and shower water pressure were perfect. They also offer a free airport shuttle, which was a huge plus. The service was excellent, and breakfast was decent. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xiaoshan.

The front desk service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient, very close to West Lake. It was easy to get around and visit attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Same as feedback from other guests, this hotel (technically not a hotel but condo units converted into hotel rooms) has the best location. It is located along Yingtai walking street, and just 100m away from west lake as well as the jetty. It is also very near to subway. Location wise is a full score. But it is very difficult to locate the hotel since Jinbailan only operates L5 and L9 of that condo as their hotel rooms. So, you will not find big signage ”金柏澜” on building exterior. Please see my attached pictures for the building exterior and the doorway to get to the lifts and go to L9 to find their reg counter. Since it is not a full fledge hotel, the room's facilities is really nothing to shout about. You will feel like going back home. That said, because of its superb location, unless I can find better alternative with better value-for-money, I will stay here again on my next return trip.
