Hangzhou Hotels with Airport Shuttle

We spend a brilliant weekend in Hangzhou at the Zhejiang Hotel. Excellent location to metro line 1 as well as Wulin night market, and great room service. West lake was beautiful in the evening sun, despite the traffic control areas. Also the old hotel heating system gave us some discomfort as this very hot weekend left our room at 28c with only a weak fan. The National Tea Museum is a must-see, relaxing and well curated. Overall, very satisfied.

Location is very good although I didn't managed to travel with the nearby MRT. Lots of eateries, shopping mall and convenient stores nearby. Even the famous souvenir shop Zhi Wei Guan main branch just within walking distance. The initial room assigned to us was clean but with a very strong moldy smell even i opened up the windows after few hours. Receptionist is kind enough to upgrade a room on the same floor to me when i returned from sightseeing. Breakfast selections is ok with choices of local and international cuisines.

Absolutely loved our stay at Renhe Hotel in Hangzhou! The location is unbeatable—just steps from West Lake and close to shopping areas, yet peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with Chinese tea leaves provided for a lovely local touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the robot that delivered our food—so convenient! A perfect blend of comfort and modern service—highly recommended!

Excellent location. Really polite staff. Room felt relaxing and spacious. Comfortable bed and good shower. Bed linen and towels clean. A little bit of mould around the shower and washbasin areas but overall it’s okay.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and it really did not disappoint us! Love this hotel! U will be greeted by friendly staff and nice fragrance in the hotel lobby. There is also robot service but we did not get to use it. The hotel even provided a full set of Dyson hair dryer which helped styled my hair everyday! We had a bit of problem connecting the wifi in the room and they immediately sent help our way! They used their personal number to register and patiently helped connect for all our devices. Then again, this is something they should really look into for their non-Chinese citizen guests who does not have china number to register, it's such a hassle and time consuming to connect. 24hour marts are right across the street and there are a few small eateries behind the hotel. No complaints. Highly recommended!

The location is great , 100 meters away from metro station. The hotel room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separated. There's a convenient shop and restaurants nearby The staff are helpful and friendly, just that they are too occupied and sometimes we have to wait for them to attend to us.. Will definitely come again.

We received warm welcome. Overall excellent service from hotel staff to the restaurants. We had a happy and enjoyable stay at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree. Highly recommend this place. After staying at the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree for 3 nights, we went on to stay at the Shanghai on the bund Bayan Tree. We experienced a stark contrast in service from the front desk staff from the bund Banyan Tree. We wondered why they kept stopping us from getting into the room that we have booked for. In the end, we went through changing 3 rooms before they finally gave us the correct facing room. So, beware of the Shanghai on the Bund Banyan Tree and do not believe in the free upgrade or upsize room. We rejected the first corner room only to be given another corner room at the other end that were both warm and uncomfortable. The staff kept assuring us that they were bigger rooms and better view than the Panorama Riverside Retreat-King room that we have booked for but we want the room that we have booked. Why can't they give us the right room in the first place and have to made us go through changing from one room to another. A clear dishonest play here. We missed the Hang Zhou Banyan Tree front desk staff.

Excellent find in a lovely location. If you book the lake view rooms they’re spacious and comfortable and great value for money. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and they also had tours available to book at the front desk. I’d recommend learning some basic mandarin but they can communicate a little in English. They accept international payments in the lobby for the rooms but everything else is either cash or we chat/ Ali pay etc… it’s about a 45 minute trip from the airport and transfers are good value around £15 gpb.

Nice 5-star hotel with really good price. However, it’s not that close to metro station. Bus stop is just outside, can go most of attractions. Highly recommend to stay here.

This is a dates hotel with some history. We still chose this hotel due to: 1) proximity to the West Lake (西湖) 2) next to a mall with restaurants and close to other malls 3) large hotel with lifts The stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful. You can send you taobao stuff here but you got to self help to id ur own stuff. We chose a rate with breakfast cos we always love hotel breakfasts. Spread was decent, not massive. If you want something with lighter taste, you can ask for less salt. Rooms wise, the rooms are decent for asian small sizes, but can be quite cramped for larger people. Not recommending a cot as it takes up walking space and becomes more of a hazard. Generally, the staff are polite and housekeeping was decent. Decent because it is a dated hotel, clean but somethings needs some refurbishment - like the light switch. The sensor does not contact well and there are moments the lights were disconnected and u got to stuff more receipts to have the contact. The viewing terrace is a nice place to visit at night. Do catch the sunset upon West Lake as sunrise is not available as the terrace will be locked (also sun rises from the east so sunrise is not as specatacular as the sunset). The travel desk is also reasonable. We booked a private hire for ￥500 per day and it was a comfortable tour ard Hangzhou city. We visited Leifeng Pagoda, tried the Longjing Tea amongst others. If u are on a budget, want some place close to malls and places, then this place is definitely worth considering.
