The service was great, the staff were nice and really did their best to assist. I would like to especially mention Yuan (not sure about the spelling) who attended to us when we arrived on our first night. she assisted with my questions even if we had to use a translator. I had so many problems at one time as it was our first night and she tried to patiently give me a solution or an answer.
We got lost going to the hotel as we came by metro and the maps were not accurate enough to find it easily. We asked three people and the last one finally called the hotel to ask where it was. When we reaches the hotel, the one on duty was already waiting for us at the door.
Just when we thought the tea time was over, as we were tired and hungry after all that searching, thatâs when she brought a new batch of creme brulee and nicely designed yoghurt. I kid you not, thatâs the best tasting yoghurt for me ever (Iâve tasted so many all these years from many different countries and brands).
The breakfast had enough variety and good quality food. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

we stayed in a twin room again before going back to Shenzhen. we came back from 4days stay in Huangshan. i left my big luggage in the reception. and the staff was so cheerful and talked about our trip in Huangshan. so she gave us room 1018 which is just right next to the Venice Restaurant. i have no regret staying in this hotel. except for the noise in the 7am! i was still sleepy by 7am as i stayed late getting anxious about the Jeju air mishap. as our flight will br on dec30 night. so i worried a lot then when im in my good sleep, i was awaken by the hammering and drilling noise on the other side of the wall.. so this incident ruined my rest. i was quite dizzy in the morning due to lack of sleep but i just managed to drink coffee to stay awake for the rest of the day.

This is a dates hotel with some history. We still chose this hotel due to:
1) proximity to the West Lake (è„żæč)
2) next to a mall with restaurants and close to other malls
3) large hotel with lifts
The stay was pleasant and the staff were helpful. You can send you taobao stuff here but you got to self help to id ur own stuff. We chose a rate with breakfast cos we always love hotel breakfasts. Spread was decent, not massive. If you want something with lighter taste, you can ask for less salt.
Rooms wise, the rooms are decent for asian small sizes, but can be quite cramped for larger people. Not recommending a cot as it takes up walking space and becomes more of a hazard.
Generally, the staff are polite and housekeeping was decent. Decent because it is a dated hotel, clean but somethings needs some refurbishment - like the light switch. The sensor does not contact well and there are moments the lights were disconnected and u got to stuff more receipts to have the contact.
The viewing terrace is a nice place to visit at night. Do catch the sunset upon West Lake as sunrise is not available as the terrace will be locked (also sun rises from the east so sunrise is not as specatacular as the sunset).
The travel desk is also reasonable. We booked a private hire for ïż„500 per day and it was a comfortable tour ard Hangzhou city. We visited Leifeng Pagoda, tried the Longjing Tea amongst others.
If u are on a budget, want some place close to malls and places, then this place is definitely worth considering.

Location: Great đ! Walking distance to shopping malls, pedestrian shopping streets, and the west lake. 7/11, restaurants beside the hotel.
Buffet breakfast included, well worth it at 59yuan because of the numerous selections. Also had buffet seafood dinner that has unlimited famous hairy crab, a wide selection of food at 150 yuan only, shockingly cheap.
Enjoyed taking videos of the robot delivering our food ordered from outside the hotel also picture attached

UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights canât be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. Itâs inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) canât be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there arenât any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. Thereâs also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

The hotel has many small roads, small bridges, crossroads, etc. The scenery is very beautiful, but it is very inconvenient to push a stroller. GGuest UserWe came to Hangzhou in the season when maple leaves are at their red. My husband and I chose the Shusheng Xunzhen No. 1 Courtyard, which is not far from Lingyin Temple. The housekeeper was warm and thoughtful. The room was very artistic, just what we liked. The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties. You can take pictures of very beautiful red maples in the hotel courtyard. There is also beautiful scenery not far away. We northerners were amazed. When checking out, the housekeeper also gave us souvenirs, bracelets and the God of Wealth. Who can refuse such a wonderful gift? Thank you for your thoughtful and warm service. We will see you again, for sure.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast was lousy, nothing much to eat. Room is small and the wall is dusty despite it being just cleaned before we checked in. Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here many years ago, so I have some memories. The location is recommended for friends who like quietness. There is a large tea plantation outside. There are not many places to eat nearby, but it is convenient to drive in and out. The upgraded pool view room was very good. I praise the bubble service at the front desk. There is a little smell in the water of one of the three rooms. I look forward to improvement. The elderly are very satisfied with the breakfast. Go to the gym and indoor swimming pool. It would be better if the price is more affordable!

Situated just a few minutes' walk from the famous West Lake, it is incredibly convenient for those wanting to explore one of Chinaâs most scenic attractions. The proximity to West Lake makes it easy to take early morning or evening walks along the picturesque waterfront, which I found very calming. Additionally, the hotel is close to several popular shopping streets, including Hubin Road, where you can find both luxury brands and local shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafĂ©s nearby, giving guests many dining options beyond the hotel itself.
2. Warm and Efficient Check-in Process
From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Very inconvenient for business travelers! I remember that when I stayed at Jinjiang Inn hotels in other cities before, they all had them! I often come to Hangzhou for business trips. If not, it is really inconvenient. If possible, please ask the hotel to consider the actual needs of the residents and solve it! I hope to come to the check-in machine later and have a self-service washing machine and dryer! ! ! In addition, it is recommended to replace the hotel slippers with plastic slippers with holes in the bottom. The slippers provided in the hotel are Jinjiang's products for many years! As thin as paper! Jinjiang has always said that after so many generations of product upgrades, what is their use? The basic problems are not solved! ! ! Itâs useless to upgrade for another 100 generations! ! !
