Check Hangzhou Hotels with Hot Tub

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

Breakfast was superb. Our bed was big enough for 3 people, I guess. The temperature in the entire hotel was comfortable, we didn't even need to use our AC. I will come back here when I get the chance again.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

The hotel is conveniently located in Hangzhou East Railway. Directions: head towards West side of the station, the inn entrance is conveniently located beside the 7-11(Exit 19). Ideal for travelling to attractions via the metee. Rooms are spacious and clean, washing machine and dryers are available for use. Check in and out was a breeze as well.

This is a very high-quality hotel, with a magnificent exterior and full-length glass curtain walls; the hotel's surrounding green area is super large, with a wide field of vision. There are only a handful of hotels in the main urban area that have such a large green area, which is worthy of the quality of a state-owned enterprise; the room is large, and the equipment and facilities are complete and advanced. All equipment in the room can be voice-controlled, the consumables are very comfortable, and the hygiene is also very clean; from the moment you enter the hotel, the entire staff team is well-trained and friendly, not only the front desk staff, but also the cleaning and security are very friendly; especially some details are well-decorated and arranged, the trash cans, public toilets, front desk, and floor storage tables are decorated with flowers, and the dental floss, earplugs, mouthwash and other items are also very practical. The business is very good at first glance, and rooms are often not available.

Better than expected! A highly recommended hotel! We were going to OMG Heartbeat Paradise. We looked around and found that there were homestays near OMG. We thought that it would only take 30 minutes to drive to the city. After checking in, we found that the night bed was ready for us, and there were welcome fruits and red bean soup for free, which was in line with the five-star standard. The 180-degree river view room we booked was like a small suite. The TV could rotate, and there was a smart toilet and Bluetooth speakers. The room was very European. The service was also great. We went out and cleaned it immediately. When we came back, it was already cleaned. The clothes were folded and a square towel was placed under my cosmetics. It was full of details! It was great to get up early in the morning to enjoy the view of Fuchun River. The hotel breakfast was also very rich. We went late and there were many kinds. The waiter was also very considerate to tell us that the meal would be collected at 10 o'clock so that we could take it first! The temperature was low on the day of check-out. Xiao Fang at the front desk also gave me two bottles of warm water to warm my hands. The concierge Xiao Wang also took our luggage for us considerately. If there were no other itineraries, I really wanted to stay for two more days!

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

It was newly renovated in 2024. The room is quite large and cost-effective. It is a good deal to stay here for more than 200 yuan during the summer vacation. It will cost more than 400 yuan by Saturday. There is Xiaodu intelligent voice control in the room. The shower head used for bathing is a Jiumu digital display constant temperature shower head. The water is dense and the water temperature is stable, making bathing very comfortable. The hotel's mattresses are of suitable softness and firmness and are very comfortable. The service attitude of the little girl on the front cover was very good. I asked for a room facing inside and it was very quiet. I slept until 10:50 and just after I fell asleep, a sick person rang the doorbell two or three times, which suddenly woke me up from my dream. It was very annoying. The next morning we went to Doki Doki Paradise for a long time. The night before, I bought the Niba Xiaoyuan set meal at ** for 82 yuan, which was very affordable. It tasted okay but the MSG seasoning was too strong. I tried Jiawaijia on the left side of the hotel at noon the next day. The 150 yuan set meal cost 38 yuan. Yuan Xiao Fried Pork, 188 yuan for a large table, and three people couldn't finish it. The freshly cooked fish is very tender and worth eating.

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.
