入駐體驗極差，親子和有長者的同行的極不推薦，主要槽點如下
1. 酒店有兩棟樓靠連廊連結，我入駐的類似輔樓的一棟，兩棟樓有落差，連廊處好幾階台階，出入不方便。
2. 還是連廊的問題，進入輔樓衹能通過主樓走，沒辦法從一樓直達，且沒有發現明顯的安全通道，感覺這個酒店有巨大的安全隱患
3. 我入住的是PS5遊戲房，進到房間PS5是沒有的，要打電話才給送來，送來的PS5還是壞的，大叔搗鼓了20及分鐘，我一盤果盤都吃完了看着大叔搗鼓來搗鼓去一直沒有正常開機，好不容易開機成功了，我愉快的打開黑神話悟空想玩一下，遊戲還沒啟動完，又死機了之後再也開不了了，跟大叔過來搗鼓時一模一樣。
4. 再説房間本身，離景區不遠這個價位這個大小勉強過得去，但是衞生是真不可以，房間有配戴森的吹風機，但是上面落滿灰塵，不知道是不是從來沒被擦拭過，光靠客人日常使用蹭掉點灰[捂臉]
5. 酒店整體看上去有點老舊了，服務也一般，入住時才發現對面有家新開的全季，一樣的位置差不多大小的房間，全季便宜多了，最重要的一點全季有免費停車位，雖然車位緊張至少不收錢，這家酒店就離譜 10元/小時，避雷避雷

房間佈局會理，空間大，有兩個窗，兩床之間的距離有五六米，互不幹擾。酒店設施先進，早餐豐富。沿平海路步行到杭州西湖音樂噴泉約18分鐘。沿中山中路步行到中華老字號奎元館解放路總店用餐約6分鐘。退房後我漏了洗漱用品在房間，酒店馬上打電話給我並快遞給我。

環境挺好的，地理位置離西湖很近，周邊走走很方便，去西湖騎行、晨跑也很近。酒店工作人員都很熱情耐心，尤其是迎賓的大哥和負責停車的大哥們。打掃阿姨也很有禮貌，打掃衞生乾淨整潔。客房部工作人員很耐心，能及時解決入住問題。感謝，這幾天的入住，總體感覺很好。自助早餐也很好吃。

地理位置相當好，出行還算方便。早餐也還不錯，坐靠窗邊還可以看到西湖哦。可能在市區，房間小了點。浴室地板不容易幹，似乎沒排風，也有可能我沒找到開關，電吹風是戴森的，好用。

本想隨便住兩晚，但是沒有想到早餐還讓我挺驚艷的（倒不是很豐富，之前沒想到這個酒店能出這樣的餐食，覺得眼前一亮，也可能是沒有很高的期望所以帶來的都是滿意）

裝修風格很前衞時尚，相比於這條街上的其他酒店算是佼佼者了。客房服務人員見到客人都會禮貌主動的打招呼，讓人感覺很親切。房間衞生情況也很好，讓人感覺就很舒服。唯一不足就是離地鐵站有點距離，暑假過去走路有點累。
