I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed, whether it was answering questions, their warm attitude made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
The location is also excellent, especially for someone visiting Hangzhou for the first time. Many popular spots are easy to reach, and the area around the hotel feels convenient and safe. It was a great starting point for exploring the city.
Overall, my three-night stay was very pleasant. The combination of great service, helpful staff, and a prime location made it a wonderful choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I recently stayed at Haoyi hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The location was perfect — close to major attractions and public transport, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest.

It was a really pleasant stay! They were really nice, the room was really clean and the staf really welcoming! They speak english and eere always really keen to help with everything!

Nice hotel location, there are mini market like Lawson and there are some restaurants near by the hotel. The receptionist are also very helpful:)

Overall it’s a very good experience staying here as the location is very strategic. It is very accessible to main streets and we can just walk around to eateries and the famous street. Next door there’s Chinese foods and Lawson right opposite the hotel. There’s also cafe opposite where we can just hang around the area. Overall, we recommend this hotel for couples and families. The room is spacious and quite complete with all the amenities.
