I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, modern atmosphere. The pool and sauna were absolutely outstanding. The staff were amazing. The manager greeted me even before check-in, which made me feel welcomed right away. And the doorman, Timur, always met me with a warm smile and kind eyes. It felt safe and almost like coming home. The location was fine for me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Lyabi Hauz, and I felt safe walking even at night. Thanks to this hotel, I enjoyed Bukhara even more. I would recommend it to friends and would love to stay again.

A special mention goes to the reception team for their outstanding service. Sabrina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. This was the best hotel of the trip. All the staff were wonderful and I had a very pleasant stay. It's close to the old town and very convenient. The restaurant is a World Heritage Site and was beautifully decorated. There were two one-seater sofas in the room. There is also a bathtub so you can soothe your fatigue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bukhara. I'd like to stay here again someday. Thank you very much ♪

The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.

The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. The air conditioner worked .good.bassnine good, new.
