This time I came mainly to watch Zhang Bichen's concert. It's really close, only three minutes walk from the venue, and 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Zhengzhou Station. The hotel suite is indeed very large, but it's on the sixth floor, and there's only an iron railing to see the view. The executive floor is on the 10th floor. Next time I come, I want to try the 10th floor. I was a little hungry when I just arrived at the hotel. The room order was served very quickly, 20 minutes. The beef noodles were a little oily but delicious. The hotel breakfast was ok, and the spicy soup was not bad. It would be better if there were small fried dough sticks. The hotel service staff are very polite. They greeted me on the first floor and helped to press the elevator to show me the way. Xue Kaiyue at the front desk had a very good attitude. I added WeChat and asked her questions in a timely manner. The room service staff also specially sent small biscuits and yogurt. Like it 👍

The hotel is brand new, but Yi Fei should be classified as a 4-star hotel. The decoration quality is a little worse than a 5-star hotel, but the service quality is no different from a 5-star hotel. The breakfast is great, refreshing, concise and healthy, thumbs up. The only drawback is that there was a sound like smashing the wall at 7 o'clock in the morning, which lasted for about 40 minutes. However, this was sporadic and should not happen in the future. Next door is Fat Donglai Angel Store, which is so convenient. Behind is a restaurant building with all kinds of food.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and a little far from the old town, about 30 minutes by taxi. The facilities are very new, the service is thoughtful, there are fruits, snacks, and milk for free in the evening, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are cars to pick up and drop off when arriving and leaving. The overall feeling is good and worth staying.

The environment is very good and the hygiene is OK. The ordinary twin bed was upgraded to a lake view twin bed. I asked twice for the children's toiletries but they were not delivered. It was a bit unreasonable that only the toilet sink had paper towels but not the room.

The facilities are relatively new, the environment is clean, the breakfast is rich, the staff is professional and thoughtful, and homemade cookies are given. Parking is convenient. I will choose it again next time.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Very short stay for us as we arrived late and had to take an early flight the next day. Had to leave for airport very early as hotel transport leaves hourly. Checking in was smooth. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant; food was delicious and staff were helpful. Keep,up the good work.

The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, and it is very close to the East Station. Bottled water is available, and there are free drinks and beer. The service of Miss Dong at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the service of the taller guy at the front desk is also very good. The breakfast is rich with local characteristics, and the soup, Huainan beef soup, spicy soup, preserved egg porridge, chive box, etc. are all very good. I will stay here again in the future!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff with great service.. they go extra mile to serve us when in need. Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. Luoyang International Hotel is worthy of the old five-star rating: 1. Environment: It was renovated last year, and the combination of modern simplicity and regional culture is appropriate. This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

If you want to eat nearby, it's about 3 kilometers away, and it's very convenient to drive for ten minutes.

The hotel is right next to the Expo Park and very close to the airport. It was just a transit for the next stop, but I didn't expect the surprise to be full. Parking is also very convenient. We are worried about parking when we drag the boat, but there is a parking lot on the ground and underground of the hotel. Very good experience. Bring a baby over 1 year old to check in. Helped to carry the luggage to the room. Also took the initiative to bring bed guards, tents and plush toys. It was inconvenient to bring a child to eat supper. Huihui at the front desk even specially delivered it to the room and brought extra tissues and wet wipes. When leaving the hotel, she also specially asked to bring snacks for the baby. It was really heartwarming. Star hotel is very reassuring in all aspects. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Xinzheng
