The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

The hotel is excellent, and the executive floor is superb. The facilities are well-appointed, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is impeccable. A special mention goes to the Western restaurant; the food quality is exceptionally high. The Roujiamo was particularly delicious, and the service there was incredibly attentive. The fresh fruit selection was extensive and of great quality. Truly a five-star experience! The executive lounge was another pleasant surprise. Overall, my stay at the Zhengzhou Greenland Marriott Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The view from the window was breathtaking. Highly recommended!

The hotel clearly represents a massive investment, rumored to have cost a billion (RMB), despite having just over two hundred rooms. Many aspects of its design are commendable. Its location within a wetland park offers a unique advantage, and it's also conveniently close to both the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. It could arguably be considered the premier hotel in Kaifeng. While the overall facilities are excellent, there's certainly room for improvement in some areas. For instance, the hotel offers bicycles for guests to ride around the grounds. However, when my mother was using one, the chain came off, causing a minor scrape on her arm, though thankfully nothing serious. What was concerning was that when we went to exchange the bike, the staff member's initial question was whether the chain came off because of a gear shift, rather than promptly asking if she was injured or needed any first aid. Moving forward, I hope the hotel implements regular inspections and maintenance for their bicycles, as otherwise, they present a potential safety hazard. Secondly, our original room was quite noisy. Even with the air conditioning turned off, a prominent low-frequency hum made it very difficult to sleep. However, after reporting this to the front desk in the middle of the night, their response was incredibly swift. They promptly moved me to a much quieter room and also extended their apologies, which was excellent! Nevertheless, the next morning in the new room, we discovered there was no hot water. Given that we were checking out soon, we decided not to report it. Furthermore, a curtain in that room (2612) was partially detached. I sincerely hope the hotel will address and refine these minor details going forward. Despite these minor imperfections, the overall experience was very positive. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to refine these details. Should I visit Kaifeng again, I would still consider choosing this hotel, and I eagerly anticipate seeing your improvements!

Luoyang Marriott Hotel: A Perfect Family Staycation Experience From the moment we stepped into the lobby until check-out, every detail at the Luoyang Marriott Hotel showcased the professionalism and warmth expected of an international brand. It was truly the perfect accommodation choice for our trip to this ancient capital. The hotel's location is a golden hub, situated in the core business district of Luolong, just over 300 meters from Kaiyuan Lake Station on Metro Line 2, a short walk away. The Quan Shun business district is right downstairs, offering convenient shopping with a full array of brand stores and supermarkets. The hotel's own dining options were a delightful surprise—the Chinese restaurant's signature crispy chicken was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the all-day dining buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. Transportation to major scenic spots like Longmen Grottoes was also incredibly convenient, with taxis or public transport quickly accessible, saving us a lot of travel time. The stringent standards for environment and hygiene provided great peace of mind. Our room had no odors, the bedding was pristine white and soft, and the bathroom area was spotless, with not a single water stain on the vanity. The room layout was well-designed, and we were even upgraded to a room with views of Kaiyuan Lake, offering panoramic cityscapes from our window. What truly touched us was the incredibly thoughtful service. From the warm and efficient check-in process by the front desk staff to the prompt room service that replenished toiletries and drinking water on demand, every employee demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor. When they learned we were celebrating our daughter's birthday, the hotel even prepared a beautiful birthday cake as a special surprise. This unexpected gesture delighted our child and made us genuinely feel a level of care that exceeded our expectations. Whether it's the location, the facilities, the hygiene, or the quality of service, the Luoyang Marriott Hotel delivered a perfect score. Especially for us, traveling as a family, it served as both a convenient travel hub and a warm haven. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang.

Every time I come to Puyang, I will choose this hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and grand, and there are many green plants around. The staff service is very good. I changed to a lakeside room. The balcony of the room faces the lake view. It is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery and drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich and I am very satisfied in all aspects.

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

I have been staying here many times for the past years and will stay again when I come to Zhengzhou. The staff are friendly, helpful, and wonderful, especially the front desk staff, Xiao Xi. Thank you!

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English. One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!
