Pretty nice hotel. The rooms are nonsmoking but they can smoke in the hallway near the elevator. If smoking bothers you. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Every time I come to Puyang, I will choose this hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and grand, and there are many green plants around. The staff service is very good. I changed to a lakeside room. The balcony of the room faces the lake view. It is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery and drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich and I am very satisfied in all aspects.

Highly recommend! The location is very convenient, and the views are outstanding – both the night scenery and the early morning are incredibly pleasant and relaxing. The service was prompt and attentive, and the price was reasonable even during the Chinese New Year period. Staying at this hotel truly became a highlight of our trip. We stayed here with our family during the Chinese New Year, and every aspect of the design catered to both adult quality expectations and children's comfort. The location is excellent, directly facing the Millennium Plaza with a lake outside. The 'Big Corn' light show on Chinese New Year's Eve was magnificent and a delightful surprise for the kids. The room was spacious enough, providing ample play area for the children. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the cleaning was exceptionally thorough – every corner the kids touched was spotless, which gave us great peace of mind. The buffet restaurant's food was perfect for families, even thoughtfully preparing dishes that children love, with unlimited fresh fruit and desserts. The kids were always incredibly happy eating there. The Chinese New Year decorations were festive and full of childlike fun. The staff were incredibly patient. They confirmed our check-in time before arrival and prepared children's amenities. Upon departure, Chloe, a staff member, bid us a warm and polite farewell. From the thoughtful details and facilities to the dining and service, everything perfectly suited our family's travel needs. Staying here with kids during Chinese New Year was definitely a fantastic choice!

The hotel service was excellent all around. From the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff to the executive lounge personnel and even the doorman, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was particularly good. The local specialty dishes were also quite delicious. The hotel's location is also a plus, being close to the subway, convenient for taxis, and with a supermarket right next door. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered free high-speed train station pick-up. All you need to do is book with your butler in advance and provide your train number, and they'll take care of the rest. On the day of arrival, a lovely staff member was there promptly to pick us up and even helped with our luggage. In the afternoon, they provided a beautiful afternoon tea, which was a great opportunity to relax before heading out to explore the scenic spots. The hotel is conveniently located right within Longmen Ancient Town, within walking distance of the Longmen Grottoes. Overall, getting around was very easy, and there were plenty of restaurants and drink shops within the ancient town itself. The only minor drawbacks were that, because of the central air conditioning, controlling the room temperature was difficult. In winter, it felt like two different seasons indoors and out; it was simply too hot inside. Additionally, since our room faced the ancient town's street shops, it could be a bit noisy in the mornings, which might affect light sleepers. Overall, the service and room environment were very good, and I would definitely recommend it!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there for 6 nights. The room is big. Although it looks old, it is well maintained. It is still the tallest hotel in Xuchang. The hotel service is very good. Fruit and facial mask were given for one night. Manager Wang (No. 1019) at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic, and tried his best to meet the needs of customers. The cleaning work was in place, especially waiter No. 1230, who was polite, thoughtful, serious and responsible. Waiter No. 868 was enthusiastic and efficient. The hotel breakfast has a good view, many choices and good quality. The buffet restaurant on the 39th floor has a rich variety of food, and there are discounts for guests staying in the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Wanda. It is not far from Xuchang Museum, 360 Square, and Angel City Pangdonglai Store by bus. Take-out is delivered directly to the room. Five-star praise!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; this hotel can truly be considered the benchmark for high-end accommodation in Suqian. Excellent Location: Situated right next to Qingming Shanghe Park, within a larger park area. The lake view rooms offer a fantastic vista, and the sunsets in the evening are beautiful. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the environment is quiet, making it ideal for business relaxation and holidays. Top-notch Facilities: The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and well-maintained. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. Attentive Service: The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins, and the concierge service is proactive. Extra requests made during check-in (like asking for an additional bottle of water) were responded to quickly. Rich Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. Everything tasted delicious.

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂

InterContinental consistently delivers on quality, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled. The elegant orchids in public areas and details like 5100 bottled water all exuded good taste. Plus, if you love swimming and working out, this is a great place to stay. The buffet, priced at around 200+ per person, is definitely worth trying; the seafood quality is excellent. However, the biggest issue is the lack of ventilation and natural airflow. It got uncomfortably stuffy in less than a day, making it unsuitable for extended stays. The mattress was extremely thick, and the duvet was very warm, making it hard to sleep in the first half of the night due to the heat. Secondly, the complimentary 'special experience' lacked sincerity. The hotel couldn't directly book it; I had to contact the vendor myself, and the front desk didn't proactively offer this information. It took several phone calls to finally reach them, and in the end, I couldn't do it because the timing didn't work out. The vendor was on the 2nd floor of David City, and the actual service duration was only about 10 minutes, despite the hotel's page stating 30 minutes (which apparently requires buying products). Why would I travel so far just to apply hand cream and eye cream myself? I'd rather skip it. There were also a few minor flaws that didn't overshadow the overall experience: The toilet paper was very thin, the flip-top bin was inconvenient, and the toothbrush bristles were too hard.

I was quite satisfied with my stay overall. I felt very good from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Not only did she check me in quickly, she was also very considerate and took the initiative to tell me the WiFi password and breakfast time, and introduced some good restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. The room was simple and warm, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning was also OK. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, noodles, bread, fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The spicy soup is especially good. What surprised me most was that when I checked out, the lady at the front desk prepared souvenirs: water, fruit and yogurt. It seemed that the ladies at the front desk really cared about the guests' experience. If I come to Luohe next time, I will stay here again.
