GGuest UserExcellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.
JJunruijunyiThe room was very clean and even had a small balcony. The decor was quite unique and modern. The hotel owner is Chinese, so there's no need to worry about any language barriers. Breakfast was Chinese style, and they can also prepare Chinese dishes for lunch and dinner as the chef is skilled in Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend it to everyone!
GGuest UserLocation was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price
GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.
KKlausI asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad!
It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!!
I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!
GGuest UserSmart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast.
Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet.
Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.
AAbhinav Sharma IndThe place was ok, I would not say it was good or very good because of the services. They never had the required basic things in the room to refill. The water is never available on time. The bathing soap was not refilled even after ewquesting them for 3 days.
The location is good, rooms are clean but the only lacking was service and basic amenities.
GGuest UserI personally think the room was great. During my stay, if I needed the room cleaned earlier, I could just ask the front desk to arrange it. The front desk staff were also very kind and did their best to help guests. The owner was also very nice; I'd occasionally run into him at meals, and we'd chat and I'd learn about the area, which was very interesting. When I was ready to leave, I asked the owner to arrange a car transfer for me. This pick-up and drop-off service is really good, especially for first-time visitors like me – it's much needed!
UUKgThanks for the house keeping team and the people's managing the work., rooms and the hotel premises are well maintained., very impressive., and the reception is helpful and at breakfast the services are friendly., Keep up the good works and God Bless always 🙏
