I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here.

Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available.
Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs!
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

The Tibetan-style rooms were rustic yet stylish, quite quiet at night, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The courtyard was beautiful, and there was live music in the evening. I had beef hot pot here, which was delicious, and also afternoon tea with fried potatoes and ice cream, all very tasty. The receptionist upgraded me to an oxygen-equipped room because I booked three rooms, one of which didn't have late check-out service. After explaining to the receptionist, she also helped me with late check-out for that room, which I was very grateful for! There were ******* costume photoshoots in the courtyard, and I had a set taken there. The makeup and styling were excellent; you could communicate your needs, the makeup artist was very patient, and the photographer was also very skilled. Taking photos in the courtyard had a special feel to it. I recommend this hotel.

The inn is wonderful, with a traditional ******* style. I slept very peacefully. The surrounding alleys are filled with great food and great places to explore, and I encountered many friendly locals for conversation. The front desk guy was incredibly kind, even going out of his way to iron my ******* clothing. He also greeted me warmly every morning before leaving. It was truly heartwarming. The inn's restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. Everything is wonderful. I love this inn.

This stay was truly a delightful one, earning a full five-star rating!
Upon entering the hotel, we were enveloped by a rich ******* atmosphere. The thangkas hanging in the lobby, the exquisite ******* furniture, and the colorful soft furnishings—every detail embodied the ******* aesthetic, instantly transporting us to the snowy plateau. The front desk staff, both dressed in distinctive attire, presented us with a white khata with a smile, creating a truly ceremonial welcome. This unique and moving welcome was truly heartwarming.
The room was equally astonishing—spotlessly clean, the floor felt completely safe even on bare feet. Cleverly, the traditional ******* style is integrated with smart home technology. A simple ”lights on” command automatically opened the curtains, and voice-activated lighting and air conditioning were incredibly convenient. This fusion of tradition and modernity was truly a wonderful experience.
Most reassuring was the service—they truly met our every need, responding promptly. This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience ******* culture!
The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were great. They looked newly renovated. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely recommend it to other friends. The reception staff were different on both occasions, but their attitude towards me was the same – they were all very pretty and gentle. The young ladies were all very pretty. I mentioned it was dry, and they even gave me two extra bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. The security guard also helped me park; I just gave him the key and didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much everyone!
The hotel service is very good, the hotel waiter is attentive to entertain, treat the main guests sincerely, and also specially presented a portable oxygen tank. The hotel also provides Rhodiola to help reduce altitude sickness. The hotel parking lot is very convenient and can be charged. The special mention is that the location of the hotel is simply amazing, not only the room can enjoy the Nanga Bawa Peak, the hotel also has a top floor viewing platform, the hotel room is also very fast, the hotel's dining is also especially delicious and the price is more suitable. Very recommended!

The facilities are a bit dated, but they cover all the essentials, including humidifiers and oxygen concentrators in every room. The hotel could definitely use a renovation as it's showing its age.
Cleanliness was decent.
The hotel has a distinct ******* style. I stayed for three days and found it quite pleasant. The price is reasonable for Lhasa, and the in-room oxygen concentrators are a real lifesaver for newcomers to high altitudes; I slept very soundly with it on. The location is excellent too – just across the road and down an alley leads straight to Barkhor Street. Plus, the breakfast restaurant on the sixth floor provides stunning views of the Potala Palace, especially when it's illuminated at night.
The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, always ready to answer any questions.
However, there were a couple of downsides. Firstly, the breakfast was far too simple and could definitely use some improvement. Secondly, one night there was a power outage that lasted until 8 AM the next morning. This meant having to climb six flights of stairs to the breakfast area! I joked that even without altitude sickness, that climb almost gave me some!
The room is clean and sanitary, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the parking is convenient. There is a commercial complex across the road, and behind the hotel is a street with ethnic characteristics. It is very nice to find peace in the middle of the bustle.
This is what an Oriental Hotel should look like! As soon as I entered the lobby, the oriental red color behind the lobby attracted, and the air was still floating with a faint ink tea fragrance, which instantly calmed people down. The Song-style tea bar and Chinese tea set in the room are elegant. The tea set and tea are already prepared on the table. After busy, I returned to the room to make a pot of tea. It was accompanied by the Tibetan travel magazine on the desk. The tranquility of the oriental aesthetics was full. The service is even warm and intimate. The staff is dressed in Chinese clothes and smiles to answer all questions. Even the surrounding cultural attractions can be explained in detail. Living here is like an immersive cultural experience. It must be five stars!

EErerzailushangFacilities: The facilities are very complete, you can have everything you need, and you can also drink tea in the lobby
Hygienic: Hygiene is super clean, the proprietress cleans it herself, the details are very clean
Environment: Super comfortable, the small yard is sitting in the sun and blowing the hair and falling asleep
Service: Super thoughtful! Responsive
Super recommended, everyone come to live!
HhohotimVery satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.
The most romantic hotel I have ever stayed in! The clouds are reflected on the glass and wrap the whole house! The flowers in the yard are beautiful and are in the sea of flowers. The row of old and peach trees behind, the staggered branches, very similar to the magic forest!
GGuest UserFree pick-up service from railway station or civil aviation bus station: will arrive at the station in advance and wait to receive the hotel
Facilities: complete and complete
Hygienic: clean and tidy
Environment: The environment has nothing to say. The room can see the panoramic view of the city and the night view of the Potala Palace. The aisle can see the mountain view.
Service: The service is very good. The young ladies at the front desk are very beautiful. They will also help write Tibetan.
GGuest UserThe service is great. Saga, a plateau town, makes me feel like I'm back in Fujian. It's lively. I didn't have any altitude sickness on the way up. I relaxed my vigilance and woke up in the middle of the night with a splitting headache. Brothers, altitude sickness at 4,500 meters is no joke. You should be well prepared when taking the 219 Xinjiang-Tibet Line. You will go to Gang Rinpoche, Shiquanhe, Ritu, Duoma Township, Pamir Plateau, Hongtu, Qitai, and all the way to over 4,000 meters. Take it easy.

GGuest UserVery clean and warm! There is floor heating and central air conditioning. The room itself is not cold, and the air conditioner heats up very quickly. The bed is also very clean, and the quilt is thick and comfortable! ! It's not a thin, low-quality quilt, but a thick, soft and comfortable one. The service is excellent and the boss is very nice and enthusiastic.
RRongchengtudouThis quaint Tibetan-style hotel is located just inside Barkhor Street. It is very convenient to the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace. There are also many delicious shops nearby. The proprietress is very welcoming. I originally booked another hotel, but because it couldn't accommodate people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, I changed to this Babao Hotel, and I was very satisfied with the result.
