The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic every day! The owner was also very kind! And there's a cute, very well-behaved big dog! (Once, when I mailed something, the delivery guy sent it to the wrong hotel, and the owner enthusiastically helped me find the package! So grateful!) Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy! I stayed for 5 consecutive days and was happy every single day! I had a wonderful vacation! Highly, highly recommend!

Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!
