5-Star Hotels in Maharashtra, India

I ordered a classic hamburger for dinner à la carte at the hotel. After 45 minutes, the burger bun arrived ice cold and soggy. I spoke to the waiter and told them that such service should not be provided. The hotel's solution was to offer a 10% discount on the bill. I was very saddened that such a beautiful establishment has such shortsighted management. I hope they improve.

馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。 壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住

We stayed for 2 nights at the Taj Mahal Tower. Unfortunately, when booking, there were no rooms left in the main Taj building, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, in the end, we had absolutely no regrets, quite the opposite! All the buildings are connected, so you essentially use the same pool and public areas. You can easily walk to the main building and admire it from the inside. It's a magnificent hotel with superb service, and I'm even a little glad we stayed in the Tower. Firstly, the Tower is taller, which means the Gateway of India is right at your fingertips.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay. I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness. Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay in Mumbai both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travellers looking for a safe, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after. The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy. A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for making everything very special

We checked in again for 1 night after a week long stay in Trident. This time the room was dated. Hopefully it will be refurbished soon as our earlier stay was in the newly renovated room. The service and staff are excellent. View from the hotel was super.

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

The service was very attentive, and I was able to go to work feeling refreshed. The young staff were also very considerate at breakfast, and I had a very enjoyable time.
