I love the stay. The service was good. Checking in was seamless. I loved the breakfast spread, and the business lounge tea break was great. The room was clean and spacious.

I reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . I will always stay there when I am in Mumbai not forgetting that the breakfast was awesome with a wide range of choice ..

A truly superb hotel. The hotel combines the traditional/ history of the region with the modern, luxury features that travellers want. Service and attentiveness of staff is outstanding. They are constantly on hand to provide for you and make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, with every detail meticulously thought out. The king-sized bed, dressed in the finest linens, was incredibly inviting and provided a restful night's sleep. The spacious layout of the room allowed for a separate sitting area, complete with a plush sofa and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite. The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight. I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort. Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from. Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of opulence and comfort in their accommodations.

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Bar staff were friendly and super efficient. Beautiful garden and swimming pool complete with bunny rabbits and roaming turkeys which adds a bit of fun (not just for kids). The door staff are excellent and very helpful. Overall this hotel offers great facilities and excellent service.

Fantastic location with many sights in walking distance. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good only a bit hectic in the morning as it opens only at 07:00 Unparalleled service! Very friendly and service oriented staff. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

The hotel is situated right beside the airport which was very convenient for us as we had early flight to catch. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The staff were nice and were extremely helpful. They were even able to provide birthday amenities for my partner’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.
