The hotel was clean and hygienic. However, since we were traveling with elderly people, it wasn't very convenient to find restaurants nearby, and there were no staff members to ask for help. We had to figure things out on our own. There were also no toiletries provided, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, so we had to bring our own. We also had to bring our own charging adapters. The view of the sea from the curtains was quite nice!
The hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop nearby and convenience stores nearby. The hotel rooms are not big. There is an elevator but it is quite small. It is quite crowded for two adults with a suitcase to stand in. However, it is quite tidy. There is a porch at the door to store suitcases. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer and a hair clip in the room, but the room is not very soundproof because it is very close to the underground parking lot. There will be a bell for the parking lot access control in the middle of the night. There is no water dispenser in the hotel. There is only a coffee machine and a microwave on the first floor.
I use it often, but I was satisfied because it was much cleaner and more comfortable than the photos. The bedding was clean and there was no smell at all, so I was able to relax comfortably, and the lighting and interior were cozy, so the atmosphere was good. The bathroom was clean and you could see Net Flicks, so it was perfect for relaxing while watching the video. Above all, it was soundproofed well, so it was good to spend a quiet time without noise around, and the air conditioning was quick and I was able to stay comfortably. The front desk staff was friendly and I used it pleasantly. I will use it often next time
My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to Seoul. It was clean and well-equipped with essentials like towels, shampoo, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, and hair dryer, so we had no issues staying overnight.
Everything else was fine, but the constant smell of cigarette smoke made me cough so much. ㅜㅜ
I sniffed the blankets and they were clean,
and I couldn't believe how bad it was.
Even if it was outside the window, it wasn't a place where someone downstairs would smoke...
It was a bit bothersome and uncomfortable.
I thought about asking to change the bedding,
but the bedding was a mess.
I felt bad about having to clean it again, so I just stayed.
It was a bit difficult.
The previous time I stayed, they were incredibly kind and the service was excellent,
so I decided to stay again.
They even gave me Pepero sticks because it was Pepero Day, and I received an unexpected gift.
It was great,
but I wish they had found the area where the cigarette smoke was coming from and fixed it.
I'm satisfied with everything else.
Thank you.
I am a customer who has used Nol Trip dozens of times!.
Of course, I also use other places,
but I have one complaint!.
Disposable items are charged 1,000 won, which is not charged at other hotels!
I wonder if it is really necessary to charge them!
It's not because I feel bad, but I want to ask if it is really necessary to charge disposable items, which are not charged at other hotels!
Very Good

Great
GGuest UserThe quality of the hostel is more than a motel.
Clean and comfortable.
The front door and the visit are separate, so I can't hear the corridor.
Good value for money.
Except for the subway and the distance.
I'm satisfied
SsvtrighthereOverall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc…
One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet.
In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far…
Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet.
Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!
GGuest User
AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex
1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
SsarkarThe hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
10 minutes walk to Lotte Supermarket
MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.
AAnonymous UserIt was a good stay.
Location... its ”not on the main part” of yangpyeong.. u would need to take a bus or walk across a bridge.
To note: the bus isnt as frequent. Download naver map, they would suggest the buses and their timing. Else kride, to take a cab.
Walking is simple enough, if it doesnt snow. Lol.
Additionally, it has GS25 mart just outside it. And restaurants too. U definitely wont go hungry.
Service: Good. The staff is quite helpful but due to the difference in language.. they wont proactively engage. Lol.
Cleanliness (and amenities): u can tell the room is not the newest but it is spotless. Lol. Theres shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Toothpaste even! Abundant hot water.. towels.. i love that there's a bed warmer too. Snuggly!
And like a typical motel.. lol they give u a convenient packet w cleansers, toothbrushes and condom, even if ure just a solo traveller. Lol.
The bed's quite firm but i had a full rest every night.
All's good.
GGuest UserI went on a business trip to Seoul and was close by.
Cheap and clean and quiet place
There are many restaurants around, so I came to rest well.
I'll go again next time.
