The hotel is almost at the highest location among the hotels in Kalabaka, which a bit far from the town, it makes the environment be quiet and cozy, relaxing. But no worries, you can still access to town, it took around 5 mins travelling time by car. For the room, nice view from balcony, and the furniture is in good condition and looks new. The staff is helpful and caring, they helped for taking baggage to the second floor as no lift there, they also provided us some decorations and refreshments as it’s our honeymoon trip. The breakfast is good and delicious, and most of them is homemade food.

This hotel has staff that is friendly, conscientious and professional. Everyone went out of there way to make us feel welcome and special. I highly recommend this hotel for an looking to stay in Kalimbaka. The rooms are clean and have beautiful views. The pool has excellent service, food and 365 degree views. I will be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family going to Northern Greece.

We booked three double rooms for three day trip and the beautiful town of Trikala but unfortunately an accident happened to one of the couples. The hotel according to their policy agreed to return the already paid one day deposit to the couple which had the accident, but not to the other ones. Thereafter we called them one day before arrival there for discussing our options including and accepting a higher cost for transferring the booking one month later for not losing our deposits or staying there for one day making use of our deposit. The lady on the phone late in the afternoon the day before, said that generally their policy does not include transferring the booking, but she’s going to discuss it with the owner and come back to us. She never called back and when we were up to start our journey the day after the hotel I called them and they said that they had already booked our rooms to other customers. From that point and then we change several emails in which the first that we had cancelled the rooms that had never happened verbally or written and after some emails they stated that we didn’t accept the increased price for transferring the booking. I know that it sounds crazy, but this is all true. One of the proofs of my sayings is that the day of arrival they called us later to tell us that they booked us in another room in a remote village that they were not obviously obliged to do if we had cancelled the rooms ourselves as they stated. Please contact them only via email or keep proof of your conversations with them because there is a high risk of misbehaviour.

We visited the city for a couple of days. We chose Azur because it's located on a great spot, close to all places of interest. The hotel is recently renovated so everything is brandnew and working. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel manager was one of a kind and upgraded our room. Our room was superclean, spacious, with a supercomfy bed and couch and it was very enjoyable to stay in. We had a great time and we will definitely visit again!

This is the best place for real rest and relaxation. The hosts have thought of every detail, the rooms are very very clean and comfortable and the food is fantastic. The best of all are the hosts. Georgi and Eleni are wonderful people with big hearts. They make us feel at home every time. This is our favorite place

This hotel is very close to the bus stop, 150 meters walk away, very close to the shops and restaurants, the location is good, the hotel has two sides, we can see the mountains in the direction where we are staying, and we can see the small buildings in the lower part, which is very good. The front desk staff will introduce you to the bus and church schedules when checking in, but they didn't give specific topographical maps. I live in a five-star hotel in China and there is some difference in Europe. European hotels generally do not provide guests with toiletries. This hotel is equipped with towels and bath towels, large bottles of hand sanitizer, and portable shampoo and shower gel. Nothing else. The hair dryer in the room I lived in was broken, and the Wi-Fi basically couldn't be used. Maybe it was because there were too many people using it. First of all, our main concern with children is hygiene and breakfast. This hotel has a good environment. Clean towels and bath towels are placed outside for guests to use in the stairwell. I first saw the hair on the towel when I entered the room... I took a coffee cup on the cup holder during breakfast, and saw a cup stained with water and lipstick. Obviously, it was manually cleaned without being wiped and disinfected. Breakfast was okay. It's just that when we first checked in, there were two groups staying in. After the group left, the specifications were reduced, the nuts were cancelled, and the eggs were changed from white eggs with red stamps to ordinary red eggs. The difference is obvious. I asked a friend for Waiter for a cup of coffee and asked for espresso without sugar. He brought it and said that two euros are equivalent to 16 RMB. Hope the above is helpful to everyone.

The Hotel is located in the edge of Kalambaka.It is convenient to both visit the Monasteries and enjoy the town life. The room is spacious and many restautants are just within very short walking distance from the hotel. cooking is possible in the room if you want. Parking is free but not very easy sometimes.

We stayed in this place when we were in Meteora. Lovely place, great location, beautiful view and great service. Owners Nico and Alberta were hospitable and helpful. Their tips on where to go and where to eat was very helpful. The room we had was spacious and clean. The bathroom size was okay, the water pressure strong and hot water always available. The bed was big and comfortable. Our stay in this place was very nice. I highly recommend this place.
