We stayed at Savoy Hotel Cebu and overall the experience was just okay. The room was smaller than what was shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. The toilet was also quite small and did not feel as dainty or well-designed as expected. Another concern was the breakfast policy. We booked the room with breakfast for 3 pax, but only 2 breakfasts were honored because my daughter is already 12 years old. This was not clearly explained during the booking, so it came as a surprise. The hotel is decent, but clearer information and more accurate photos would help manage guests’ expectations better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. The location is excellent—very accessible and close to everything you might need. It made getting around so easy and stress-free. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight of our stay, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The beach was absolutely beautiful—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. What I also loved most is that there are plenty of nearby establishments for food and leisure. From restaurants to small hangout spots, everything is just a short walk away, giving you more options to enjoy your stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly come back again!

I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!

Had a 1-night stay at Solea Mactan and we really enjoyed it! The room was nice and comfortable, staff were accommodating, and the pool area was definitely the highlight. Great place to unwind even for just a short stay. Would love to come back! ✨

We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work. As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house. See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

The hotel's service is thoughtful and attentive, and the staff are warm and friendly, ensuring a worry-free experience from check-in to check-out. The room is spacious and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh choices, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful hotel for families the pools and facilities are fantastic and great for kids and families. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. On check in you do have to deposit 2000 pesos per night, but while you are eating at the restaurant you can charge it to your room and pay out of the deposit. There is not much outside the resort so most meals will most likely be spent there. The food is very nice with a good selection and breakfast/dinner buffet available or have a la carte.

This hotel offers excellent value for money; I'd highly recommend it to any friends visiting Bohol. **Facilities:** No mini-fridge, which I suggest they improve. The local weather is hot, and it's inconvenient when you want a cold drink or ice cream in your room. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. The pool is meticulously cleaned every day. **Environment:** It's quite close to Alona Beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and even if you take a tricycle back on your own, it's not expensive. There's a decent-sized supermarket about a ten-minute drive away. **Service:** The front desk and staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service. First time in my life I got to use the bidet as shower. We called the receptionist for our complain about the unbearable hot temperature of their shower and we are told that they will call the engineering dept.to respond to the issue. But after almost an hour of waiting (imagine, I already got my body pre-showered,because I stopped when I felt that the water is so hot) we got a call asking if we will be extending our stay. And luckily, it was my husband who answered the call. And calmly replied, “No, we will be checking out in a moment”. Because if I were the one who got the chance to answer the call, then I will say “we will definitely not extending our stay. And never to come again.” I decided to just use the bidet as shower so we can leave the place. I hope this will not happen to anybody. Their price doesnt justify the means. NEVER AGAIN! 😌
