"The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, and all questions were addressed attentively. Although the hotel is located in the city center, the noise level was minimal. The overall environment was warm and quiet. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, complete with detergent and fabric softener. Wash and dry your clothes directly. We took advantage of this opportunity to wash over 20 pieces of clothing. Previously, hotels in other cities lacked laundry facilities and had to resort to using body wash to remove odors, which was a bummer.
Other highlights were the location. The hotel is located in a shopping district, so we could simply throw on a coat over our pajamas and go shopping. It was incredibly convenient. We could just throw on a coat and go downstairs to buy medicine. It was also incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, drinking milk tea, and watching movies.
The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel incredibly welcome."

The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic and gave us two extra bottles of water and instructed us to keep moisturized.

"Facilities: All that a hotel should have. The bed is very soft, the bedding is clean, and there is free purified water.
Hygiene: The room looked clean to the naked eye, but it was not cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. There were a lot of debris floating around. When I woke up in the morning, both my phone screens were covered with it. When I went to bed at night, I would feel itchy on my face and body.
Environment/Transportation: Two minutes walk from the train station, good soundproofing in the room.

MMatt OthmanSpent just 1 night at Snow Town Xuexiang due to the exorbitant price for everything here. Nevertheless we received a very friendly welcome at this guesthouse. Friendly staff and we communicate via translator and Wechat. The next morning the staff helped us with the luggage to the bus stop for our bus to Mudanjiang at 6am. Bus fare was just 35yuan (bring cash as they only accept WeChat Pay but not AliPay).

GGuest UserMy family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

If you don’t check out, let the waiter open your door privately, and then call you to tell you that the door is open. If you don’t have anything, you can clean up the house🤷♂️
🤷♂️There is no noodles for breakfast, and eggs are limited to one per person. Breakfast steamed buns and vegetables are cold, and noodles are charged separately.
👍One thing is good, the bed is big! Go to bed as soon as you enter the house!
I recommend everyone to experience it, you don’t have this feeling anywhere else.

DDARONEThe room was very clean and quiet. I chose this one after reading many reviews. The boss was very nice. After checking in, we went to Dabao Ski Resort to play all afternoon until the evening. Dinner was a Korean restaurant next to the hotel, which was also delicious. It was the only restaurant in Xuexiang that didn't have a bad review. After dinner, we went to the wooden plank road next to the fairy tale world to take pictures of the night view. There you can take pictures of the snow-capped mushroom snow roofs. Many travel photographers also take pictures there. The night view is very beautiful. There is a small slope on the left side of the hotel entrance where you can ski and sled. The children had a lot of fun there the next morning. There is a breakfast restaurant opposite the hotel, which has porridge, dumplings and wontons. It is very convenient and has five-star reviews.

The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

The room is clean in Kang style and good facilities. The owner is very kind to take care us . Everything is ok but the amount of BF is in small portion. Should improve to make it better.

First and foremost, the hotel's service was exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was swift and efficient. Throughout my stay, whenever I had any requests, a quick call was all it took for a staff member to promptly and thoughtfully assist me.
The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with a plush mattress and soft duvet, ensuring I had a peaceful night's sleep every single night.

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

PP.ParunStayed here for two nights, good service, warm and comfortable room, there is a glass zone before entering the room to take off your shoes, and the bathroom takes a long time to warm up again. The water is just right for two people, there are three heaters, one bathroom, two bedrooms. Thank you to the accommodation for including breakfast (there is a free beer cooler in front of the room 😁❄️)
