The rooms are clean and tidy, and the heating is more than sufficient. The staff are warm and attentive, frequently helping guests plan their itineraries and offering shuttle services.

This was my first time visiting Snow Town, and I had a great experience. The tatami beds were much more comfortable than the old-style heated kangs (the temperature was just right). The hotel is right next to the large stone tablet, so you can easily walk from one end of the street to the other and soak in the lively market atmosphere of Snow Town.

What a pleasant surprise! This guesthouse experience was fantastic. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. What really stood out was the smart home system, controlled by AI – super convenient with voice commands. Even the hairdryer was amazing; it had great power and left my hair smooth, much better than those at many hotels! The space was roomy and comfortable, and there were plenty of outlets, so no fighting for charging spots. The separate toilet, shower, and sink area was a game-changer – no morning rush when getting ready. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

The hotel is in a bustling central location, but there's no dedicated parking, and street parking is very hard to find. However, the front desk staff were really helpful in figuring out a solution for us. As a chain hotel, the facilities and cleanliness were excellent. It's right next to Maxim's, making it super convenient to try some Russian cuisine, and there's also a great BBQ spot right by the hotel. We could easily walk to the museum, 'Human Head Building,' and 'Big White Building.' However, the roads in Suifenhe are quite steep, so we ended up taking a taxi back. Suifenhe is a unique border town and definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, which means a long walk from the main entrance. We booked a family room, which was very spacious, but the bathroom was right by the entrance. The vanity area was inconveniently placed when opening the door, and the clothes hook wasn't fixed properly and kept falling off. The power outlet was behind the curtain, which was annoying because every time I charged my phone, the curtain would open. I had to pull the curtain back several times during the night. The heater was in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door open for the heat to circulate, but it wasn't quite enough to warm up such a large space, possibly due to the very cold temperatures.

The hotel is nice and located a few minutes away from jingbo lake scenic spot. We want to express our gratitude to the owner who has upgraded our room to the ground floor from the 1st floor. We were concerned about navigating the stairs with our heavy luggage, and it was such a relief to have a room that was easily accessible. Your kindness and understanding really enhanced our stay. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

This time I came to Suifenhe, I stayed in this hotel. The front desk service was very good, the items in the room were relatively new, and the hygiene was very clean. The living environment is very close to the high-speed rail station and the bus station. It is particularly worth mentioning that there are multiple parking spaces in front and a parking lot in the back, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. It is worth recommending to stay.
