5-Star Hotels in Adjara, Georgia

We were in Hotel “welmond” with friends, we have liked everything, staff was great , especially Guja. He gave maximal information about everything and supported us in all directions. View was also good and location.

Very good, especially considerate to give us two elderly people all kinds of protection. It's really considerate.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the city square, the room is very comfortable, with a bathtub and a balcony, the scenery is good every day, there are two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor, the outdoor swimming pool has a good view.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.

Good location, stunning views and a fairly low price. This hotel is located next to the Hilton, more precisely, it is located in the Hilton twin tower, but the price is three times lower. Of course, there are no such amenities as in the Hilton, but otherwise everything is the same.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi. The receptionist, Demetre, was not only helpful and welcoming but also showcased his talent as a DJ. He played Indian/Hindi club music upon our special request, which added a unique touch to our stay and created a fun and lively atmosphere. The stunning views surrounding the hotel were simply breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The spa and swimming pool facilities at Ambassadori Goderdzi were top-notch. I indulged in some pampering at the spa, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my stay. The only slight shortfall was that there were no open restaurants after 10 pm. However, I understand that this was due to the offseason and limited guest numbers. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi was exceptional. I highly recommend Ambassadori Goderdzi for its friendly and talented staff, stunning views, and excellent spa and swimming pool facilities. It is a wonderful destination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

wonderful hotel/resort with full of amazing people. Since the moment we just arrived to the place (the road up to the hill itself is a huge experience) we immediately felt like home. The check-in went fast, the room was the upgraded one, something beautiful, and especially the view from there was breath-taking. We also enjoyed the private cinema, the wellness section with swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, and Jumal's massage (worth every penny). Ana was also fantastic, and helpful during our trip. She was always there for us and her kindness and professionalism is just what every supervisor would like to see and have at work. The Ala cart was also great. Amazing chacha (don't miss it) and the breakfast (everybody will find their choices) We had all-over wonderful experience. Definitely going back again soon. Thank you Litz crew!!!!

Our stay at Ramada Hotel was amazing and above our expectations. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful experience having our rooms next to each other and with amazing sea view. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi and saunas was great and we could relax in the evenings in a great ambience and amenities. The hotel is very close to the beach and a nice promenade. It is perfectly located with a wonderful view, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. We were delighted with the stay at the hotel, we were very well treated, and the experience was from the beginning until the very end above the expectations. We will be back in a short time.

It's good value for money, it's close to the beach, the nearby park is good for walking, and there's a bus stop close to the hotel, so it's great for getting around the city center. It was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, but I was satisfied with the sauna facilities and the variety of breakfast options.

Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !

I really liked the hotel! Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!
