Mercure Mactan Cebu

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Screaming children, rude staff. Weird and dirty. They put bibles in the rooms because you might need an exorcism. The location is terrible. Looks like a mall full of schools. Amazing how bad this place is.

It was the BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BOOKED in my LIFE. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. The room was so clean and the amenities is complete. Theres a beach 5mins away from here. When I lost my wash bag everyone was so busy looking for it until I found it. They are so helpful and I loved the experience here. If I will go back to Mactan Cebu I will definitely come back here. The price is worth the service. I also loved their buffet breakfast. I was so delicious and unique. All the restaurant is also very near walking distance so it was WORTH IT! Please keep up the good work. I am only sad that the pool is not available when I came here. Please make it available ASAP. We wish you well. I wanna invest in this kind of hotel too. Please tell me how I can do that. We are so grateful. I still give a 5 STARRRR ALL for All this. See you next time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Mercure Hotel! From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the pools, especially the infinity pool, which offers a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The beach area was also well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the resort was so relaxing—it’s the perfect place to unwind and escape from stress. One thing we truly appreciated was their luggage storage service. Before our stay, we went to Boracay first, and Mercure allowed us to safely leave our luggage at the hotel. It made our trip so much easier and hassle-free since we didn’t have to carry all our bags with us. After our Boracay trip, we simply returned to Mercure and enjoyed our family getaway. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience. Excellent rooms, outstanding service, relaxing facilities, and thoughtful hospitality. We highly recommend Mercure Hotel and would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean and well equipped room, clean and safe environment throughout hotel and around mactan newtown in general. Staff are very kind and well prepared. Easy access to Mactan newtown beach plus unlimited all day access throughout our stay. Close proximity to nice cafes and restaurants. Will definitely revisit :) We hope they look into ensuring the safety of the pool at Mactan Newtown Beach as my friend suffered a deep cut on his foot due to an exposed tile underwater. Appreciate the lifeguard, hotel staff and nurse for tending to my friend.

The hotel and staff are nice but I asked for a quiet room and they put me by the pool and there was a lot of kids running up and down the halls and they also ran out of desserts and a few other items.

Great place to relax and stay with friens and families. Staff are very courteous all the time.

It was a birthday gift for my cousin and she was so pleased about the stay. The hotel gave her a cake/dessert ready in the room. Staffs were accommodating and overall stay is terrific. Though I requested for a good view, they have been given a back view which is basically a residential place.

Good Western quality hotel. Pretty good breakfast, except for the toasters prehistoric speed 🤣 Msybel and Tine eere great and fresh omlettes and eggs were made fir ne daily. Gym was ok. Pool good and access to the quite upmarket beach complex with pool, a 10 min walk away was pretty awesome..
