The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!
I liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

1st day a broken cabinet in the guard .
2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert

3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi
4th day the same thing
5th day without news
6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .

Bom Resort, muito entretenimento o dia todo, som ao vivo à noite e pra completar ainda tem um pub que fica de 23 às 5:00, fora que tem dia de boate lá.
Achei tudo bom, gostaria apenas de sugerir ao Resort, colocar uma sala de jogos com sinuca, mesa de dominó, damas, baralho, xadrez, dentre outros, pois acredito que seria um complemento ideal para as atividades diárias.
