4-Star Hotels in Grand Est, France

I stayed in a Deluxe King room for two nights and had a good experience overall. The location was convenient: just a short tram ride from the city center and close to the convention hall. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were nice places to relax in the evening. The staff was friendly and professional and always ready to help. As a possible area for improvement, some areas of the hotel and rooms feel a bit dated. Also, parking and in-room Wi-Fi cost extra if you're not a Hilton Honors member. Overall, it’s a reliable choice, especially for business or short city visits. It's a comfortable stay with helpful staff and easy access to transportation.

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and wonderful breakfast made us feel every moment how good a choice we had made. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. I hope you also leave the hotel feeling peaceful and happy like we did 💯

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

The hotel's location is great, directly opposite a large shopping mall. It's also a short walk to the Old Town, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and tidy. There's a small laundry room on the first floor, and you can buy laundry detergent pods at the front desk for 2 euros. The lobby has a ping-pong table and a pool table. I recommend staying in a family room; the two beds are very large, and the room is relatively more spacious. The Cathedral View rooms are a bit smaller, and they face west, so they get very hot when the sun is out. At night, there's a music bar across the street, and the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can be a bit noisy. Public parking lot P2 is a 5-minute walk away. We parked for two nights and used the hotel's discount voucher, which cost 32 euros.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.

I would give this hotel 1000/5.0!!! The best place I’ve stayed on this trip. The location is just right in front of the train station. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the room photos 😭😭 The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that the restroom and bathroom were separated and there was even a bathtub! The staff were really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colmar ✨🩵 My favourite hotel of the year!

hôtel charmant et élégant, excellent service à la piscine avec champagne froid et autres boissons, eau de la piscine à température idéale et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant (meilleur escargot que nous ayons jamais mangé) Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel (surtout à l'arrivée où la dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et efficace) tout le personnel qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de bonne humeur dans tous les espaces de l'hôtel !

The carpet near the bar in the room was wet for most of the time, maybe the previous occupant spilled some water. Other than that, all is very satisfaying, the receptionists are super professional. The location is convenient to all nearby attractions. I had the court yard view room, it is so quiet and I love it!

Hôtel dans un style « belle-époque » très bien situé très belles décorations intérieur  Petit-déjeuner très complet  Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant  Seul petit bémol la moquette et quelques tâches présentes  Je recommande tout de même fortement

Einladend, freundlich, sauber und im Herzen des Städtchens Kaysersberg. Das Persona lwar sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und in gemütlichem Ambiente. Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz, aber im Hotel kriegt man eine 24h-Karte für 5€, die Vorfahrt vors Hotel für Ein- und Ausladen ist erlaubt. Ich und meine Familie würden gerne wieder kommen.
