My wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.

Ok hotel, a little pricey, good area around lots of restaurants, had a mouse problem, called the front desk, the attendant did offer a full refund but we declined because it was a Holliday weekend and all hotels were booked but he did give us some money off. Key card stopped working when we got out of the pool so we had to up front to get our cards rekeyed.

GGuest UserService was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because Iâve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didnât have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because thatâs what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didnât want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didnât make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor.
Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!!
I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog.
When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

GGuest UserWhen I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me!
The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news.
They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, âOh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!!
I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help.
I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

AAmenaliaI stayed at this hotel with my daughter last weekend 7/29. We were really tired when we arrived and went straight to bed. The next morning I realized some major issues and talked to the front office about it. I even sent videos and pictures to the Custodial manager that was on duty. She was very apologetic & so was the lady working the front desk. But when the manager, I think his name was Corey, came outâŠ. HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. As a matter of fact, I didnât know he was the manager earlier when I saw him walked in, but when I said âGood Morningâ he just kept walking. So maybe he was having a bad day.. REGARDLESS, thatâs not my fault. He offered to give me some points, but for the issue I had, that just didnât suffice at all!! He made no efforts to do anything else even after I expressed the fact that I wasnât pleased. And I said it in a nice way, but I received Nothing but a BAD ATTITUDE in return!! Iâm not sharing the video on here, only because the Breakfast Lady was outstanding.. and the front desk worker was a sweetheartâŠ.. But that manager was the WORST đđŸ

JJerrica JMy mom and I stayed here for a concert that was 30 minutes away. We arrived late Friday evening and was gone all day Saturday. When we got back Saturday night at midnight, it was really hot in the room, so I contacted the front desk and told her I didnât think the air was working. She told âmaintenanceâ. I heard him ask why were we just now calling. He came in asked if we touched the unit and then left and came back with a shop vac and vacuumed it out and said it would be good to go and said 74 is a perfect temperature. It indeed did not work so I told them again and this time the âmaintenance manâ was now the âmanagerâ. I asked if we could change rooms. They said they didnât have any more double rooms. Finally after 30 minutes-1 hour they finally gave me a single room. I didnât get reimbursed for a double for that night. I will most likely not stay here again. The âmaintenance manâ or âmanagerâ whatever he was, was very rude.

GGuest UserMy stay at WoodSpring Suites Jackson Tejal and staff were warm, welcoming , and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort., I even checked in early. The room was immaculate, spacious, and the king size bed was comfortable, the laundry room was neat, organized,  and the washer and dryer machines worked  great, they used traditional quarters or credit card method of payment, which was convenient., The location was 11 minutes from Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport 100 International Dr. This location has many close options for food with restaurants and fast food choices, 2 to 4  minutes a way I enjoyed the main stream restaurant Cracker Barrel and  Whattaburger.

MMegann PatrickThe staff was nice, especially the man who was there in the mornings. The TV and phone didnât work in the first room so they moved us to another room. The second room was good overall but the deadbolt didnât turn/didnât work, so that was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt, assorted pastries, coffee, and juice. The floor in the lobby and hall was pretty sticky. There was an unpleasant smell in some places, especially in the bathroom of the first room, but I think it might be from a cleaning product. Itâs across the street from Kroger, so the location is convenient.

GGuest UserThis Holiday Inn is great! Itâs very clean and lit up very well all around the property. We stayed in a king suite and it was very clean. The pillows were so soft and the bed very comfortable. We got to breakfast a little late but the attendant there was so nice to my kids and I. She helped us prepare our breakfast and didnât rush us at all. We pass through the area a lot and I will be sure to stop here the next time we need to find a place to rest.
