The staff was incredibly great and helpful. The suit was clean and fitted me, my wife, and our two kids perfectly. All our requests were made very quickly. The breakfast was more than good; it was perfect because of the staff’s smiles and helpfulness.

Good location, clean, big room, parking in the back. But the spa and pool disappointing because they wouldn’t let you enter without a haircap and they expect you to buy one.

The hotel staff make you feel unwelcomed during your stay espically when they accuse you and charge you of using something from out of the frig when you sure you didnt. Also charge exrea on a 7 years old child stay at the hotel which i never experience in any other 5 star holtel during my 3 weeks holiday at turkey.

We thank the gentleman with long glasses, hairdryer, who serves our table in the dining section of the location possibilities. I asked a man who was a blonde, and spoke kindly with the eyes, who worked in the spa box... There is a free dressing room that I can use for family? Last night I learned that there were a lot of free sauna-hamam-rest-damp rooms, unfortunately we didn't use anyone.
