This is my third time to Boracay. 2 nights from January 9th to 11th, 2024, Superior DX room, 1st floor poolside Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor. The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough. Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website. I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport. Arrive at the hotel you were looking for. In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel. I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel. I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay. I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online. When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service. The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner. There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly. I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours. It's strange that it's not assembled.
Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast

I chose the hotel based on location and I was not mistaken. This part of the island is much cleaner, well-maintained and beautiful. I liked the hotel more than I expected. At first I stayed for 2 nights to decide in the process whether I would stay for the remaining 10 days. After two nights I stayed in this hotel. I would like to note the good work of all the hotel staff. Very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lost and found service. I forgot my headphones in the restaurant, came back the next day, and none of the staff in the entire hotel knew that the waitress girl found them and put them in a box under the cash register. Even the lost and found service did not know about it. I found the headphones only through the Locator program on my phone.
Belmont Hotel Boracay

This hotel is located in Newcoast Boracay. It's positioned in a quiet and picturesque place with a private beach. On a clear day it's nice to go to the beach and watch the sunrise. Despite being a bit secluded the hotel does provide free transportation to a popular area known as D Mall, every hour beginning from 10 am to 10 pm. The hotel is new, clean, the service is good, and guests have access to another hotel's swimming pool and gym, called Savoy.
Coast Boracay

Without a doubt, this is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in throughout all my travels and worth the price I paid. While Coast may not be as grand as some of the other high end resorts, from the moment I disembarked from the plane, the experience was relaxing and felt luxurious. The free hotel transfer meant that there was a private shuttle that took me from the main airport to the jetty port, where I then boarded a private boat that then took me to the hotel door. The hospitality and service provided by staff was above and beyond what I expected. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drink on arrival, fruit basket and goody bag with flip flops, hand sanitiser etc. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, with many cuisines to choose from. Finding a local dessert in my room when returning each night was also a lovely touch. If I ever have the chance to return to Boracay, I will definitely stay at Coast again.
Fairways and Bluewater Boracay

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore. Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!
Four Points by Sheraton Boracay

The hotel is well equipped, everything you need is there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we also got an upgrade. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels brought, etc. The pool is also OK, but there is a small construction site at the front pool as the pool is being renovated and this can make it a bit noisy due to the construction work. A shuttle bus drove to station 2 every hour, the driver lets you out beforehand, which worked wonderfully. What we didn't like was the location, unfortunately. You have to walk a few meters to the beach, it's downhill :/ about 5 minutes to the beach. The breakfast wasn't that good either, almost no choice, so we didn't go there in the morning.

That's the end of our stay at this hotel in a suite. Like it: The hotel has a very beautiful and stylish interior.; Amazing entrance group; Large spacious room; Bathroom in the room (minus information below); Friendly staff; Convenient transfer service; Rooftop pool; Nice towels; A comfortable mattress. I didn't like it: •The welcome drinks were alcoholic only, they were different in the pictures, but in fact they turned out to be the same and not very tasty; • It's very noisy outside the window until nightfall. You can't rest here during the day; •There was a transformer room behind the wall of our room, and there was a lot of noise coming out of it at night. I had to sleep in earplugs to get enough sleep. The luxurious bathroom in the room did not retain water when the drain pipe was plugged. The plug was leaking water and the tub could not be filled by more than 10 centimeters. I regretted that we took a more expensive room with a bathroom that could not be taken.; Unfortunately, the floor is not cleaned during cleaning. It has been checked several times; •Coffee capsules were available only on the first day, then I had to drink coffee only from tea bags. I don't understand why I should put the coffee machine on and not report the capsules. 2 capsules for the entire rest is extremely small … When asked to bring capsule coffee, it was brought to us in bags.. •We didn't like breakfast very much, as there was no porridge, little fruit, and no cheese for sandwiches. The omelet was always very unappetizing. There were no vegetables at all. None of this was very familiar to us. I didn't really want to eat rice for breakfast and eat it with meat in sauce. We understand that this is a common breakfast for the Philippines, but unfortunately it upset us that the hotel does not have a choice of breakfast for other nations, as such a breakfast is considered very heavy for us. . • There are only 9 sun beds by the pool (this is extremely small for a hotel of 80 rooms, while the roof area allows you to put a little more); I am writing about the disadvantages not so that you do not choose a hotel, but so that the hotel management improves the service, because the hotel itself is very beautiful. Many people should see it. I recommend it anyway. 🙂
Mandarin Nest Boracay

The hotel is new, service is great, they really strive to make it feel nice… but… NO WiNdows! The each room have a glass wall facing the interior, so no natural light in the rooms. The worst part: glass is not a great noise isolation material so was very noisy! We checked out one day in advance even if prepaid. Hard to understand how an architect can design a hotel as it is a shopping mall. Ground floor is a food court so the noise came up from very early until late. Staff was amazing …
Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort

The rooms are spacious and come with free breakfast, though the breakfast options are modest. The location is slightly removed from Station 2 and the main road, offering a quieter setting. However, its beachfront position is a significant advantage, especially for those who prefer to stay close to the beach and avoid frequent trips to the main road or land tours. The property features on-site restaurants that serve decent meals, though not exceptional. Improvements could be made at the front desk, as the service falls short of expectations—welcome drinks, for instance, are not proactively offered but need to be claimed by guests. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for travelers seeking a beachfront retreat without the need to explore too far afield, complemented by comfortable accommodations and convenient dining options.
Altabriza Resort Boracay

We had BIG TROUBLE in checking in. The app says 2:00pm But the standard time was actually 3:00 for boracay hotels Weve been staying to the lobby from 12:00nn to 3:00pm. Imagine the 3 hours waiting frame. We requested if we could have early checkin, they said they are cleaning the room everytime we ask them since 12nn. We waited 3 hours hearing the same thing “the cleaning is still ongoin”. It actually ruined our happy vacation. We were so stressful and its so inconvenient to argue with the lobby receptionist. It actually ruined our first day. Telling them that the cooking said we could checkin by 2:00pm. Everything feels so fucked up. The Trip.com even offered if we want to cancel the booking, imagine arriving in the hotel and my accomodation would mighht been cancelled. Imagine the possibility that we might look for other hotels to stay. But they gave us the room around 2:50 and told us we could late checkout by 2:00pm the other day. But, The Room was amazing and our private pool was amazing as well. Its even better than our hennan room. Altabriza offers more premium feel in terms of their room. The bed is nicer as well. I totally love the room after all the inconvenience. Might come back here because i totally like the room than hennan. The location is great its near with everything. The bfast buffet is just one of the saddest part of the hotel. So better save the money and dont book with breakfast. They just offer egg, rice and hotdog for mains. They could even just add even one premium food like tapa, corned beef or bacon. They should at least offer a proper breakfast. They have pancit bihon and soup. But it doesnt make sense to have bfast to a hotel with only that food. They have salad and bread, but still it doesnt feel any appetizing at all.
