One of the best hotels in Kuching! Perhaps one of the hotels that provides private & top notch security parking areas. For breakfast, they provided both continental and local food. Not forgetting the friendly and helpful staffs too!

The hotel was so nice , I have booked one person solo room , it feels very homely and comfortable. I even nap in the hotel on afternoon after morning hiking , it so much like home. The amenities is good and very clean. Breakfast not much option , but Kuching is surrounded by nice food , so I just grab a coffee and light meal in the hotel breakfast , sit in the hotel restaurant and enjoy, then walk to nearby shop for fuller breakfast. There are plenty of food , convenient stall and even famous butter cake mita in walking distance (around 5min). As a solo traveller , I strongly recommend this hotel , it makes me feel safe and not afraid to sleep alone at night time. Will definitely to stay here again if visit Kuching. 😊

“The host was super kind and thoughtful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The house was spotless, airy, and beautifully maintained. We didn’t even need to turn on the air conditioning because it stayed cool and comfortable throughout the day.

AAnonymous UserReview: A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay – Worth the Value During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most spacious and well-equipped rooms I’ve ever booked within this price range. The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded. One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep. Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay. Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays. There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal. Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed. Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. For anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-maintained place with all the essential amenities functioning as expected, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

GGuest UserI found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces

GGuest UserTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

HHeok GuanThe hotel has been undergoing progressive upgrades since March and some areas are already completed where the improvements can be felt. The room facilities are well maintained. Water pressure is consistent and hot water supply is stable. Amenities are complete including toothbrush, lotion and even a razor. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the room is bright enough. The only minor shortfall is that there is no central bedside control for the lighting so you have to walk around to switch them off before bedtime, which I consider a bit of exercise. Television channels are limited as the in room TV is connected to Njoi, offering mostly local channels. Location is a plus point as the hotel sits next to the Government Office and Parkson, and it is within about 10 minutes walking distance to both Sibu Central Market and the Night Market. Breakfast has shown improvement but still does not have a coffee machine. The food variety is what you would expect from a three star standard with local dishes, sausages, baked beans, potato wedges, tofu, vegetables, fried noodles, fried rice, nasi lemak, a salad bar, white porridge, noodle soups, assorted bread with limited choice, and assorted fruits. However, the fruit presentation could be improved. They are pre portioned in small plates and wrapped which means if you want honeydew but not orange, you cannot choose freely. Do avoid interconnecting rooms if you are not booking two rooms together as the sound proofing is very poor. If your neighbour is having discussions or parties it may disturb your rest. There are some rooms without interconnecting layouts which are better for a quiet stay.

AAmbikapathiThat hotel is an excellent getaway from the busy city life. Beach view is beautiful. They have 4 swimming pools to make kids and adults fully occupied. The breakfast has plenty of choices and food is delicious. The food in the cafeteria is also very reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit this southern tip of Borneo.

Lli_yingThe location is convenient for getting around. Service is average, with no special treatment even for guests staying multiple days. When I requested to change rooms, it was rejected as I was extending my stay day by day, and the front desk said I could only change if I switched room type. They told me I could ask the cleaner to come, but they mainly collect rubbish, and the floor after mopping was even worse than before. Amenities are acceptable. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day — only one main dish changes. After a few days, I honestly got tired of it. I also didn’t like that someone entered my room without permission, even though I clearly told the front desk not to allow it.
