3-Star Hotels in Sarawak, Malaysia

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

got the deluxe queen room. this was my view. had a pleasant stay despite broken lift on the night of check-in but it was immediately fixed the next day. receptionist was responsive when i needed to help with the locked bathroom door early in the morning. thank you! they provide iron at the hall.

Good hotel, warm welcome from the reception staff, checked in around 11pm, with warm smiles and greetings, professional command of english from the lady. The lobby looks good, with the calming music. But up to the floor, cigarette smells also welcoming you, when lift door opened, still need to control and charge penalty to those smokers smoke inside the room. The bathroom area was in 5-10% brightness near dark, the room lightings also not bright and relax enough, the furnitures are quite run down already, suggest to renovate the lights and the room facilities. The greetings and hospitality tip top, facilities to be improved. Overall good one night stay for business traveller. Keep up the good work.

The air conditioner is cold, the room has no odor, and the sheets are clean. The only downside is that there is a nightclub nearby at night, which affects the rest a bit.

Really worth the money. The room is clean, spacious, got few channel on television and the staff are very kind too. The breakfast are provided and the food is quite good to my taste. I would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Serian because the location is just nearby the town and hospital. There are also a lot parking lot nearby.

Hotel is a bit old, but still ok for a night or two. The only hotel in Limbang. The location is quite good, you'll have wide range of food to choose from. It is in an old shopping mall in Limbang. One thing I didnt like is the undergraound car park. It is kinda creepy, dark. It looks like a sewer area. So i just park at the mosque open space carpark beside the hotel.

Free parking on site available. There are restaurant and convenience store nearby. New hotel, good amenities. There was also a cute and unusual looking lift available. Not exactly near kuching city, but good location for kota samarahan.

Good location, SCR Chicken rice and Chicago 7 at the lobby. The Deluxe Twin room is very spacious with a mini fridge, a hair dryer, electric kettle but no slippers or toothbrush. I love the bathroom which is spacious, clean n modern. The bf is just average but enough for you to start the day. Check in n checkout.is super fast with the friendly reception staff n friendly cleaning staff too. I do recommend this hotel if you vome to Sri Aman

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s a solid choice for a mid-range option with decent amenities. Overall, good value for the price. Definitely will coming back again.

Reasonable stay for one night. Room cleanliness is liveable but not that great (has mold in the toilet) and the sink was leaking from the bottom (room 309). Location is great, near to shops. Services is quick. Disappointed at the wifi isn’t great, can’t even get signal from the end of the room, have to walk near to the door to get signal. Amenities is reasonable, just have to pay 4rm for two bottles of water. No hotel slippers.
