Good: • The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. • The location is very convenient, right next to a mall with a connecting bridge. • The air conditioning in the room was turned on in advance, so we entered a pleasantly cool room—much appreciated. Areas for Improvement: • The toilet door could be replaced. An auto-closing toilet door is inconvenient, especially if your hands are full. • Carpark entrance instructions for hotel guests could be clearer. Overall: I would definitely stay here again!

With the price? It is not worthy.. Nothing to say..hopefully hotel management repair the toilet door and replace the new rubber hose in toilet too🙏 #room201

Great option for a quick, one-night stay if you're in transit. The hotel offers free airport transfer, making it very convenient, and it’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The room is spacing with basic amenity to accomodate one night stay. This facility near to a restaurant, convenient store etc and located at central town. The price is cheap.

Spacious room for a budget hotel. Complete amenities. Water pressure in bathroom is great. What i like the most, 4 pillows! Great for people like me that use more than 1 pillow to sleep. Near to many restaurants, cafes & 24hr convenience store. This place gonna be my 1st choice whenever I need to stay near airport. Maybe they can add 1 mirror in the room so people dont need to walk into bathroom to do makeups.

For USD17/ night paid. 1 standard queen bedroom Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move. Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea. Room service has to be requested. Only body syampoo provided in toilet. At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor. Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

Stayed overnight to catch our flight early the next morning. The hotel was sufficent for our purpose, with a lot of food outlets nearby. The front office can arrange for airport transfer which you will pay directly to the driver upon reaching the airport

At first was given the room at most corner facing main road 1st floor. Damn smelly make me want to puke out. The cigarette smell was quite terrible. Went down and request for a room change. The management should pay more attention into the cleanliness of their room and toilet. Feel a bit itchy the next morning not sure why.

We checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel for 5days 4nights! 👍 The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️ The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪 Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐

The location is strategically located in SS2, surrounded by eateries, cafes, convenient stores and variety of shops, really convenient! The accommodation was clean and comfy, just the towels were quite seasoned. ▶️ Staff were friendly. ▶️ Water dispenser and freeze are provided. ▶️ Roadside car parking available.

Parking in that area is chaotic especially 9am, I need to park at a shopping mall. Cleanliness overall ok except for the bed & Lobby sofa, very itchy when sit and sleep. The lobby in there is also quite warm as some aircon turns off . Customer chat service is very good and fast.

We stayed overnight to get some sleep before our flight because we had a long transit. You can hear everything that's going on outside very well, the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen, only one thin person can fit in and that's if they can move around. The staff is nice, they helped me call a taxi to the airport in the morning.

This is not a hotel, this is a classic hostel with about 20 mini rooms and several toilets per floor. The level of everything is very strong economy. The room is 3 by 3 meters, without windows but with air conditioning. There is nothing in the room except the bed. The walls and doors are very thin, the audibility is very good. I listened to snoring from the neighboring room for half the night and the alarm clock working in the morning several rooms away. The toilet is such that I preferred to go to the toilet in the neighboring shopping center, and did not risk using the shower. The doors to the toilet are partially broken. There is no reception and staff in this hostel. The keys to the room are handed over by means of a box with a code lock, the code for which will be sent to you an hour before check-in. It will be extremely problematic to get there on foot from the Aero Express. It is about 30-40 minutes on foot. During the day in extreme heat and sun, and if at night then extremely unsafe areas. It makes sense to go from the airport only by taxi. About 30 rings. The pluses are really clean and the bed and towels are clean. There is video surveillance in the corridors. There are many non-tourist shops, cafes and a small provincial shopping center nearby, where a currency exchange has been operating for many years. I would still advise paying extra and taking a full room even for 1 night.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good and comfortable stay suite for earlier flights/transfer airport. There is no need to wait overnight at outside. At least have a proper place to take a very good rest. Near the Departure hall only. Front desk staff is very polite and friendly. Will stay again for the next trip when needed. Thanks for the hospitality.

My first time staying here. It is only 19 minutes away from KLIA as my son flies to the UK at 11.50 pm. Room 302 is clean and beautiful. I love the blanket n the pillow case, very nice not like other hotel which use plain white set. Toiletries provided are only a small tube of shampoo and gel shower. And only a roll of tissue. Negative side: 1. I can't watch the TV due to the slow internet I think. 2. The air-conditioned; the swing button does not function and is quite noisy.

Service for check in and check out was efficient & staff is friendly. Staff informed breakfast location & time, and how to park our car at basement. We enjoyed the simple breakfast of toast, nasi lemak, fry bihun, coffee or tea or cordial orange. Room was clean.

Good Location Close to MRT that can take you to either 1 Utama Mall and or The City/ KL and near many cafes and restaurants serving delicious food within walking distance

Great location. Cleanliness was good. We stayed in a family room which was a good size for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. We got to check in earlier with an extra RM30, which is great as our flight landed early in the morning. The air conditioning was not working and they have offered to change us to two individual rooms that are adjacent. That’s no deal for us a family with two young children. Asked for a fan instead as we’re only staying for a night, but there isn’t one available. The water heater didn’t work when we got back into the hotel in the evening. We didn’t need hot shower but it would’ve help with the water pressure. Staff was friendly and offered to help but whoever they’re calling to make decision can’t help to resolve. We didn’t make too much fuss as we’re just there for a night.

Clean & new bed/amenities and appliances. Strong hot shower & W.C. Plenty of food choices within close walking distance.

The hotel was very near to Menara Pkns, me and my colleague attended a workshop there. It has been very convenience to us because of the location. Hotel is also near to restaurant, and have plenty of options. Cleanliness is great, the bathroom have been refurbished so thats good! The lift is like going back in time, the old style lift. Aircondition also like going back in time, but it does the job. So thats good. Overall my experience here is great.

Overall it's OK, the toilet is a bit narrow and clothes will get wet if you put them in it, the game room is clean and tidy with hot and cold water

The hotel is very good and clean. The self-service check-in has Chinese and you can check in directly. There are washing machines and dryers in the public area, which is very convenient. The surrounding environment is very good and it is very beautiful in the morning.
