Very satisfied with this hotel.

There is plenty of free parking, which is very convenient for drivers.
I really love the self check-in machine
easy to use and saves time.
Most importantly, it is affordable and great value for money.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, new, convenient, and budget-friendly hotel.

Sleep was good but too bad the room, bedsheet, linens were with stains. Toilets rolls especially are wet and yellowish. Informed the counter and they apologised and changed new ones for us. Breakfast was so so and all fried. Not for health conscious person.
Second stay at here, deluxe queen room will be much better than standard queen room. Slippers provided broken, recommend to provide better quality of slippers. Overall the room looks okay with the price.
3 days 2 nights stay, booked room with window, but the railing was broken so the curtain cannot be hung. Need to hang the curtain using cloth pegs. Curtain also dirty and has holes.
TV also not working, told the reception (4 times) about it, the fifth time i told again, the reception said that the technician went to my room but i was not in. But still, no one came to check on the TV whenever I was in the room.
On my last day, all the electricity in my room shut down when i slot the access card. I went down to the reception (mind you there was no room phone), and one technician is sent to my room to check on the problem. I even asked about the TV, and the technician said, oh the TV is not working for so long already. The reception knows about it (according to the technician). No wonder no one is sent to my room to check on the TV.
I stayed in room 6, first floor. Facing the street and parking
My allergy reacting so bad that night upon arriving. I slept and kept waking up sneezing bcs the air circulation was not clean. Guess the air-cond need to be service and you guys need to do thorough cleaning. And im suspicious of the mattress. It looked like it weren’t wash and changed bcs i had rashes to that night on my thigh 😢😢😢
I'm pleased having sojourned at this premises. The staff is very friendly with a big smile. The place looks brand new with comfortable beds. The basic necessities were provided adequately (toothbrush/paste, ironing, hot/cold drinking water, towel, soap, disposable slipper).
The things to bear in mind is to bring your own toilet roll… and if you are driving, they do not provide free parking. You might end up parking indoor and pay an hourly rate (RM3 for 1st hour, RM2 for subsequent hours) for the whole night, or risk getting a saman if you park at the roadside.
There's a laundromat, mall, and bars nearby, offering a one-stop shop for entertainment and dining. The only downsides are limited parking and a check-in time after 10 PM. The room facilities are complete, with a hairdryer and a TV. Overall, it was a good experience.

AAnonymous UserNice location, just opposite Aeon Bukit Tinggi Klang.
Bus from airport will stop at the back door of Aeon Bukit Tinggi Klang, around there also alot of food.
JJastanGreat option for a quick, one-night stay if you're in transit. The hotel offers free airport transfer, making it very convenient, and it’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The location is ideal, and the free breakfast includes roti canai, which was a nice local touch. Perfect for a short, hassle-free stay before catching your next flight!
NNFaaaaaaaaHThe staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns.
The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable.
The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.
GGuest Userworth place to stay, with trip coins i save more for the price. room is nice, worth with the prize got aircond. i recomanded the place bkoz of the comfortable
GGuest UserA decent room with reasonable price, shampoo & toothbrush were provided. Might be slightly difficult to get a public car park space during peak lunch & dinner period.
This hotel is conveniently located with alot of restaurant, pharmacies, bakery, massage shop nearby. Daily morning market is also just right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended this hotel for the location.
GGuest UserOverall, it's decent. The location is unbeatable – just steps from the subway station and super convenient for dining. The rooms are a bit on the small side. Those with windows are much better; rooms without windows can feel quite cramped and claustrophobic.
AAnonymous UserGood for one night short stay. No ground floor rooms as it belong to another hotel. Hotel Ec In is on the second floor. Staff help to carry luggage up the stair upon request. The hotel provides water (hot and cold), coffee and tea outside the room. There are two bottled water supplied. The washroom has a hair drying and soap dispenser. Hot shower is from instant water heater. There is wash spray by the toilet bowl. The room is as per the picture in the post. Aircon is working fine. No window. Very small and will be very tight space if you bring big luggage. Should be able to manage the space with small luggage.
There is security card to enter the premise so it is only for guests. The hotel communicate via WhatsApp to ask my arrival time. If you arrive at late night or wee hours of the morning, best to notify the hotel about your arrival time as the counter service is not available 24/7.
The location is very near to shopping and food eateries. Lots for parking for those who drive. You can walk around to choose many different varieties of food according to your preference and budget. Airport transfer by Grab is RM 30
We were upset that the hotel did not specify that the massage chair is complimentary for guest who stayed more than one night only while the sign indicate free use for in-house guest (which should include those for one night stay). When we enquire, we we told several times it is free for us but when we wanted to use it later, we we told it was only for those who stay multiple nights. Staff has poor knowledge about the house policy on the massage chair. We need to pay RM 10.
Also, late check is charged RM 10 per hour.
We are not coming back to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is near to some local shops-7eleven clinics and a restaurant. Amenities are excellent -water dispenser, kettle, microwave. Room is clean and pleasant. A bit small but its ok for me as it is sparkling clean. Toilet is also clean and everything works as it should be.
