Love the location of the hotel. Staff friendly and have communication skills. I would prefer to have dispenser machine outside the walkway. Every time if I need filter water, I need to go down to the reception and I find it too troublesome. Bedroom slippers too thin and makes it difficult to wear.

Very convenient for a short transit. The capsule was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a few hours of rest between flights. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful. Great location right inside the terminal, making it easy to get back to departures without any hassle. Highly recommended for travelers needing a quick and comfortable stopover.

I've started to like the resort as soon as I entered the door, the friendliness of the front staffs were impeccable, especially Ms Suhadah and Adlin (sorry if I misspelled the names). They displayed a top class hospitality. The room I got was just a minute walk from the lobby and very close to the carpark, making it very convenient. I love the calming vibe of the hotel and even though it was a public holiday, we did not experience a lot of noise from the other guests. Location wise the resort is jist a mere 3 minutes drive to the foot of Bukit Malawati and 15 minutes drive to Pasir Penampang where most of the activities and night lives are located.

Stayed at Seeds Hotel Seri Kembangan for an event at The Mines Exhibition Centre — the location is super convenient, just a short walk away. The room was basic but decent for the price; clean enough with the essentials. Great for a short stay if you’re attending something nearby, though don’t expect anything fancy.

The location, facilities and cleaness were good. It is pretty much a nice accomodation to stay. One thing made me really upset was that they did provide wrong information to the customer and made book a different optioned room and their handling of this mistake took so long time. First place I book the house with 3rooms and 2restrooms, but the one provided to me was the house 3rooms with 1 restroom, only. I booked the house considering 2 families gonna stay, and I had to complain about this like 5-6 hours. I thought they should admit what they did wrong, and do sth for the customers instantly. However 5-6 hours later, they could finally agreeded the mistake they generated, and upgraded my room. I still couldn't understand why they still keep the wrong information in this Trip dot com. You must correct the wrong information you uploaded, so no more customers have to consume their energy for no reason.

I booked Napzbox just for 2 nights, but I ended up extending my stay to a whole month because of how cozy and comfortable it was. From the start, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and it quickly became a place where I felt at home. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to give you both privacy and comfort. What stood out to me was how easy it was to settle in — whether for work, rest, or just relaxing. The common areas are also really nice, making it easy to meet people or just have a quiet moment. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Napzbox for anyone looking for a short trip or even a longer stay. It’s a great choice whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, on a solo trip, or even for business. It’s rare to find a place that makes you want to extend your stay, but this one definitely did 💗

Booked this place for my parents for a short staycation. They said the room was clean and the service was good. If possible, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor or level 1, as level 2 might be too steep for elderly guests, especially those with knee or leg pain. The hotel provided the necessities and a great place to stay for overnight or early flights, it’s quite close to the airport (20-25mins) and you can also pre-booked at the reception! Although, some of the guests are very loud and screaming in the hallway late at night, but because my room is quite close to the lift (elevator) and floor 1 entrance and exit. Overall, it’s still a pleasant experience! Many thanks!

The room is very clean, the room is nice and very good, the service is good, the stay is easy to contact the staff. The area has a common area to use, including parking, swimming pool, fitness, free of charge. Next time, if I have a chance, I will come back to use the service again. There are shops and restaurants below open 24 hours.

hotel room was clean tapi ade lipas pulak dan bau sarung bantal macam ade bau something, sabun x wangi ke or x tukar, so x sure. spoil di situ. location seram sikit near industrial area, but very near to the highway exit. malam xde receptionist so pandai2 sendiri lah.
