We stayed for business in the hotel 4 nights. The rooms were very clean every day. Breakfast was very good for the open buffet. The staff were very concerned with security, receptionist, kitchen staff, staff were all very interested and excellent service. I would certainly prefer the same hotel again if we were to come to Gaziantep again.

The hotel looks good at first sight, although it is about 3km from the centre of town and surrounded by very dimly lit streets at night. My room had a great view of the city, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, the fabric covered chairs were stained, and the air-conditioning was hard to control - either too warm or too cold. Also, the window (on a high floor) opened wide to a shear drop and would be very dangerous for children. The staff were all great and helpful. As for breakfast, it looked ok, but on day one there was no butter or milk, and on day two the coffee machine was not working. A bit more attention to detail could see these issues resolved without having to ask.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment is that the shoes left in the room were thrown into the waste and are not accepted. If you had locked your personal items in your room in the box, they say. If the shoes, clothes etc. cannot be left in the room ... and I think that these items are not confident You don't do this job. Or I suggest to other guests going to the hotel; any of your items may disappear from your room or be thrown into the waste. Also, unfortunately, your items thrown into the waste are ”sicurity, not thrown into the waste.” You can get answers. I think there is no one who is rich enough to throw his shoes into the waste. If you go to this hotel, please think again ... This is your bad and unsure service and don't blacken the name of the city of Gaziantep.

Disappointing. Our room, a suite, was enormous and extremely nice but we could not get the AC to go below 27c which made it really uncomfortable. Someone would fix it and then a couple of hours later it would stop cooling again. On the other h and we couldn't get really hot water in the shower. Reception staff were helpful but the restaurant staff were unfriendly. We were surprised because we had had such amazing experiences everywhere else in Turkey.
