The location is Anacapri, but if you let us know the port timetable in advance, a shuttle will come to the port!! The shuttle comes when you arrive and when you leave.
They pay very close attention to detail.

He booked me a ferry ticket for the next day and even though the flight was cancelled, he looked for another route and explained it to me.
The breakfast is simple Italian style, similar to other hotels, but the quality is very good and there is a variety of fruits.

The swimming pool is so pretty! Because the hotel is at a high altitude, it will be cold to swim in April, but it will be better from May onwards.
Next time I visit, I'm going to try the boat tour or fishing tour provided by the hotel!

the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros).

This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

NB: the only flaw of the Classic that we had is that the rooms are on the minus one floor, where there is a bad smell of mold/closed that pours into the rooms… we asked, as an asthmatic, to be able to change but it was not possible, I was a bit sorry because other guests had the upgrade as soon as they arrived and without adding any difference.

The hotel is new and everything looks nice and clean, rooms are decorated in blue and white with nice furniture and a comfortable bed.
Nice pool and plenty of food places around, although it is classed as a 4* it could easily be a 5*.
Look forward to returning.
