The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near a subway station with malls and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included, and there's 24-hour service. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent.

The room is very good, it is a new hotel, the price is not expensive, very satisfied, on the side of the road, not very noisy, the room is also very big, there are sofas, desks, TVs, all very good

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

It's quite close to the exhibition, about 10 minutes' walk. Breakfast is average, no eggs, need to order a la carte. Remove food on time at nine o'clock. Sometimes I go there at eight o'clock and there's no yogurt or anything.

great hotel, good location. grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious enough. beds might be a little work (ours had a noticeable center sag) however just a minor inconvenience. This hotel is well located in that the beach and the marina are each a 10 min walk.

Health Clean and tidy, there are no dead ends in the room and public area, which is reassuring. Environment The surrounding environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, the room is soundproofed, and the stay experience is good.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are very friendly and kind. Location is good and I had no issues moving around Guadalajara easily by public transport and uber. The room is very spacious and the bed is hyper comfortable!
