Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise.
Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

Food at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

The one I lived in before had no room. I changed to this one. It was still possible in all aspects. There is a square opposite to eat, fitness equipment is also complete, the price is fair, and the breakfast is rich. It is suitable for people who come here to participate in the exhibition or watch the exhibition.
Tropicana is a family oriented Mexican hotel right on the beach. It's nestled into the *** area of Puerto Vallarta at the edge of the historic downtown area. The rooms were large but Spartan. We had a great balcony with a view of the ocean. The public areas like the pool, restaurant, gardens, and lobby were gorgeous. The hotel is a great deal too. Nothing seemed overpriced...and there were lots of great restaurants around. I would definitely stay here again!
The room is okay , but there is a clothes leftover by others visitors below the bed . The bed size is bit small . But it equipped with unlimted hot water .
Regarding the price , it is not very worth. But if you are looking for hotels close to chapala , it would be one of options
The room is average, the facilities are average. The breakfast is average. If you are not jet-lagged and don't want to go out, you will definitely not eat in the hotel. There is a billiard table at the front desk for leisure and entertainment. The swimming pool water is not very clean. The hotel itself is not worth the room rate of 2. The hotel is next to the mall and opposite is a **. There are many restaurants in the mall. It is convenient to eat Japanese and Korean food.

It’s not too expensive to eat early, eat Chinese food and dinner. Good location, going to the exhibition will not go far. It is also possible to bring children. The hotel linens and bath towels are old.

GGuest UserThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10
郭郭We stayed for two nights, the whole is very hygienic, the restaurant tastes good, the price is not high, but there are not many choices. The external environment is okay. There are two swimming pools and WiFi in public areas, but the rooms do not, and they are very simple. Apart from the bedding and basic bathroom, there are no other facilities. Of course, the price is just this package, so choose according to your needs .
DDanielThe hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one.
If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.
GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom. The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.
AArmandoGood location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good
MMiguelPortobelo is a guarantee of a good hotel that has been kept clean, arranged, very good location, practically the metro is in the garage. If anything would improve, it would be the general reception treatment, some excellent, others not always in good condition.
FFraserI always stay at The Cowork Hotel, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

QQweebGood location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

GGuest UserWe were scheduled to stay at another hotel (through Trip.com) which ended up being closed down. Rather than simply refund our money, Trip.com was VERY helpful and offered to secure another place for us, at their own expense. SO, we ended up at Hacienda Chichen. I have no words for it. The most serene, other-worldly, back to nature, classy, historic place I think I have ever visited. Exquisite is the best word for it. The grounds, the rooms, the pool, the food; it was truly a SANCTUARY. If you want a place to completely restore your soul and sense, choose Hacienda Chichen. Nothing else compares.
