I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

The scheduled pick-up service didn't come, so I had to take a taxi. Other than that everything is fine

Great central hotel just a few mins walk from the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Lovely bar.
