The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhere The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early. The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water. Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Christmas market and for my husband’s birthday. The stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly. A nice touch was leaving a bottle a prosecco and a card acknowledging the birthday celebration. This hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Well will be back!

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

Perfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room. This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault. There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options. I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.

Hotel Gródek is very accessible to the old town.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotel. The Carpet are old and dirty needed a change. Room are small and freaking me out when I fist arrive. Need an upgrade, like . Bed are hard , I got sore back when I woke up, needed a new pillow. Air-con seems not working., I will give 3 stars not a 5 star to that hotel. I was surprised by the rating that they give. 5 Star are overrated. Just saying. In fairness because of accessibility to everything hotel Grodek is ok to stay.

This hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is also very convenient, and there are all kinds of food and shopping around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Super cost-effective, highly recommended, I will come again next time!

Kolejny pobyt w tym wspaniałym hotelu.Wg mnie najlepszym w Zakopanym.Pokoj.Otoczenie.Wygodne łóżko.Cisza i spokój.Bylem wielokrotnie i obserwuję jednak powolny spadek jakości usług.Sniadania już nie z karty,tylko z bufetu plus Live Cooking,gdzie Pani nie chce zrobić jajecznicy.Majonez w dużym pojemniku,tak obsmażonych,że trzeba przebić się ;( do świeżego.Najwieksze rozczarowanie to lobby bar i beznadziejna obsługa,a raczej jej brak w pustym barze,przez barmana.Przez 25 minut nie dostaliśmy karty,gdy podeszłem do baru,wdał się w arogancka dyskusję z ironicznym uśmiechem.Tego nie spotkałem w tym hotelu nigdy!!! Był na każdym etapie wzorem obsługi.Bo to nie telefon w toalecie czy wagą tworzą 5* lecz perfekcja obsługi.I tu jej zabrakło.Z pewnością hotel odwiedzę jeszcze wielokrotnie,lecz czy skorzystam z pustego zazwyczaj wieczorami lobby baru??Dzieki Pani Grzegorzowi,z pewnością NIE.

Beautiful quiet hotel, nicely decorated. Warm atmosphere. The room with mountain view is just superb. Location close to the main street, without having the disadvantages. we will surely return
