Amazing
GGuest UserWe were surprised for the evening reception with light dinner as well as three drinks. That was very nice! Breakfast was very good as well. Location is superb since it sits on NAU.
JJweefafiGreat hotel not far from Interstate 40. Sedona is only 30 minute drive and well worth a visit.
Monument Valley and Grand Canyon are doable in a day nd Denny’s , petrol station and Cold Stone ice cream are close by
CCruzn56chevyWe stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast.
I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.
AAnonymous UserAfter leaving the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, I was a little tired going back to Las Vegas, so I chose to stay in Flagstaff. After much deliberation, I chose Fairfield Inn, which is a very good hotel. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
FFillie RodriguezUsed for a 1 day trip to see some snow before season ends. The location was in a great location, near shopping and restaurants.
We stayed in the king suite for three of us and a dog. Room was clean and cozy. The room had a nice modern touch.
The staff was accommodating as we needed a late check out. They obliged with no hesitation.
Over all a nice place to rest our heads.
TTeri BasalduaThe hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.
TTingtingFor friends to book, they said it was very good. It was more than an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon National Park. It was cost-effective and free parking with breakfast. The front desk service was also very good!
HHAIJUNOpposite the hotel, there is a golf course in a good environment. The American style of breakfast is quite limited, and there are no waffles that I love. There are eight rows of exits in the second room, so the closure is not too strong and it always feels less secure. The hotel should be a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is not bad. Overall, OK.
GGuest UserExcellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again.
MMaryThe hotel is dated but nice and spacious. The breakfast was terrible but is expected in a pandemic. I hoped for muffins or waffles but the packaged fake bagels and frozen hard boiled eggs had to do.
