Room: Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Good Service: Excellent The hotel is close to Nakajima Park and a nearby pedestrian street, and the subway station is just a few hundred meters away. The breakfast selection is rich, and there's a convenience store downstairs. Very good!

This was my third stay, and I chose this hotel again because my previous two experiences were so good. However, this time was truly unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM. My daughter had injured her leg while skiing, so we asked the middle-aged woman at check-in if we could check in early. She said yes, but we'd have to pay for an additional day – what a rip-off! The funny thing is, they told us we could wait in the lobby until 3 PM without paying. The lobby was nice, so we decided to wait there instead of wasting about 1700 RMB. But then, to our surprise, we saw the staff taking our luggage and other belongings to our room much earlier, while we weren't allowed to enter. Crazy! On top of that, the Wi-Fi signal this time was incredibly poor, almost unusable. Reporting it to the hotel didn't help either; we had to use our own data. So, this stay was truly, truly, truly disappointing! Attached is a photo of my daughter in a wheelchair, and they still wouldn't let us check in early. That middle-aged woman was so inhumane!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations! It's a couple of stops away from the bustling city center, but incredibly convenient with the subway exit practically at its doorstep. Taxis aren't expensive either. The room was quite spacious, and the park view was an unexpected bonus. For a hotel that's over sixty years old, it's exceptionally well-maintained and doesn't feel run-down at all. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was decent, nothing to complain about. Overall, a great stay! I've already recommended it to friends visiting Sapporo. I'd suggest booking a park-view room on the 9th or 10th floor.

The 39 sqm room with two queen-sized beds was perfect for our family of three. The facilities felt high-quality, but it's a shame the minibar was so small and there were no complimentary or even paid drinks in the fridge. The breakfast buffet restaurant was beautiful, and over our two-day stay, some main dishes were rotated. They even had soup curry and gluten-free bread, which was a first for me and a very thoughtful touch. Fresh mozzarella and homemade herb butter were also available. However, it was surprising that the restaurant didn't serve lunch or dinner; only the ground-floor lounge offered some simple meals. The hotel's facilities were also a bit limited, with no pool, hot spring, spa, or business center, just a small gym on the ground floor. Most of the guests seemed to be Westerners, suggesting it's primarily a leisure-focused resort.

This Japanese hotel really exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There are tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making both getting around and daily life super convenient. The biggest surprise was the room space; compared to the generally small rooms in Japanese hotels, this one was genuinely spacious. I had no problem spreading out my luggage, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!

The hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room) The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service). Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront) The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station.

Hotel is in the city centre and quite close to the basement metro. We can walk to the beer museum and the tanukikoji shopping street nearby. It's also a short distance walk to reach the underground shopping shops, which was very convenient. However the hotel doesn't provide hot water refills at the lobby, refills are only reachable inside the breakfast diner. We ordered hotel breakfast for the first day of stay but not for the second and third night, but the breakfast diner's receptionist still kindly let us in for refills of the hot water. Breakfast is on moderate level and menu variety could be better still, regarding the price paid. Not much seafood options to be found, besides the mini sashimi don.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated above Cocono with a mall and cinema downstairs. It's seamlessly connected to Susukino subway station underground. I took the airport bus from New Chitose to Minami 3-jo, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Sapporo isn't very big, so most places are only one or two stops away by subway, or even walkable if you're up for it. Dining and shopping options are very convenient; Tanukikoji is close by, and there's a *** (likely referring to a convenience store or similar, but kept as is since it's unclear) not far downstairs. When leaving, the airport bus stop is just across the street, a 2-minute walk, making trips to the airport super convenient. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, with main dishes rotated daily, including roast meat bowls, Wagyu beef bowls, and seafood bowls. I booked a larger twin room, and it was indeed more spacious than typical rooms, with enough space to open luggage. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Sapporo.

I booked a standard room and was given a high floor on the 28th, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's decor is very practical, and the huge windows provide an excellent view. The hotel service is absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend purchasing the hotel breakfast; the 35th-floor restaurant offers a stunning view, and the breakfast food itself is also outstanding. The only minor drawback is that there's construction below the south-facing rooms, leading to a bit of noise during the day. I assume north-facing rooms would have a similar issue due to the JR line. The window soundproofing is fine, but the design of the emergency escape device seems to allow noise into the room.

This was the biggest room we stayed in during our Hokkaido trip. The interior has a charming retro feel, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. From the window, we enjoyed breathtaking 'blue hour' views. Right downstairs, there's a bus stop that takes you to most of Sapporo's popular attractions. The view outside the hotel, especially with the snow, was unexpectedly beautiful. Plus, there's a large Lawson convenience store right across the street, which was super convenient for late-night snacks or breakfast. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even gave us tips on fun activities for the Snow Festival.
