This is my second consecutive summer staying at the Best Western Khan Hotel, and just like last time, it has been an excellent experience—perhaps the best in the area. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the location is perfect for shopping, just a 5-minute walk to the MarkAntalya Mall. It will always be a top choice for me when visiting Antalya

Close to Antalya main airport, very convenient for a night in transit or for a short stay close to the Mall of Antalya, Isnova offers a great value for money. Large rooms well appointed and with very good noise insulation and airco. Pleasant and helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast with fresh products.

The facility I have carried out for business has welcomed me with a room quality much above my expectation. It is especially high quality and the equipment inside the room. I will say his life as a person who has been in hotels with comfort, I have never had a so-called bed before. Also, as a location, it can be called a very ideal place in the city, next to the Mediterranean University. The street shops under the facility are almost in a position to meet your needs. My stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi on departure. The room was clean and I had all of the amenities I needed. If you want to be in the old town near Hadrian’s Gate this is a wonderful location. You are also a short walk to the sea where you can eat and have some great views. I didn’t get a chance to listen to the music in the restaurant for very long (as I was just passing by) but it sounded great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in Antalya.

We upgraded to a deluxe room. It's near the airport but not noisy. The soundproofing is good. There are many pilots and stewardesses staying nearby. We can have breakfast at 4 in the morning, probably for the early flight. The whole room is very clean and the service is very good.

Please keep in mind covid has affected alot of hotels including this one so some facilities are closed like their fish restaurant and gym etc. The location is great as you can just walk straight down the road to old town and the tram tram is 4.50 turkish lira for one person per use so at the machine you can purchase a disposable ticket for 1.50 turkish lira and 9 Turkish lira. So from cender hotel you can take the tram straight through to the end to go to a beach. Cender has a beautiful view with the cliffs and just down the road is Lara fish restaurant. You are literally eating on the side of a cliff for seafood lovers. View is from the 6th floor to give a better understanding. Also cost effective considering they offer breakfast and dinner.

Best hotel but far from downtown, nothing to see near by hotel. Housekeeping was best, everyday clean perfectly. Front dest and helper was super helpful and kind. All staff speak english thats was easier to communicate everyone. The bar bartender was super super kind, best flavored cocktails. So enjoyed staying. Thank you so much for the all staffs.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and modern. There is a parking lot. The location is close to the center and Konyaaltı beach. The open buffet breakfast is not bad.

The rooms were clean, the hotel's location, the pool, the food was all four-quarters. It is recommended. I hope that the business will fix them. For example, they left water in the room the first day after they had not been given water there were no single use sweaters in the rooms. That was very good. Thank you

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we were impressed. It is very clean and modern. We arrived at midnight and were checked in within 5 minutes. We were offered food as well. The rooms are clean and modern. I found the bed a little hard but that's personal preference. The beach is a 10 min walk but they also run a shuttle bus numerous times a day. The food is AMAZING, even for someone as fussy as me, I ate a meal every night. So much choice and salads and desserts too. The pool area was lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and even when we got down at 9.30am-10am, we still had a choice. There is no snack bar for the all inclusive but every day at 4.30pm there is a wide selection of cake and some fresh fruit. I've never eaten so much cake 🤣 I love the idea that outside the room with your room number, is an illuminated panel. There are switches inside the room that you can illuminated red for no entry and green which is a lady with a mop which means you want your room cleaned. Best invention ever!! WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel. The only downside to this hotel and that's not their fault is the distance from Antayla airport, it's around 2 hours straight. We had a shuttle transfer and it took nearly 3 hours, there was a 15 min toilet/snack stop which made it a bit more bearable. I'd 100% recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

We have been vacationing in Turkey since 2005 almost every year. We have stayed in all-inclusive hotels of various star ratings, but by 2024 the prices for such vacations had become simply astronomical. Therefore, we decided to rent a house by the sea for a long term. Considering that Turkey has complicated the procedure for renting out housing for a short term and in January 2024 the situation with renting apartments was very vague, our choice turned to offers from apart-hotels. In response to our request for the possibility of booking for the period and number of guests we were interested in, sent to at least 10 hotels, the first and, in fact, the only one, was Aria Riva Hotel Alanya. We vacationed in this hotel for almost 2 months from the beginning of June to the end of July 2024. The main criteria were: close to the sea, so as not to travel by transport, and to feel like home. We got all this from Aria Riva. Many thanks to Vera, who organized such a vacation for us! We really lived and vacationed like at home. Excellent two-room suite with full equipment, including a vegetable grater and a wine corkscrew. The washing machine is a real lifesaver with two children and two adults. The room was cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels were changed every 3 days. Aria Riva is an aparthotel where you feel like you are at home! Friendly, helpful and caring staff, but at the same time completely unnoticeable, unobtrusive. The electric kettle broke down, and exactly 10 minutes later it was replaced with a new one! Everything that is indicated in the room description on the website is there. All photos of the room correspond to reality. All appliances and plumbing are in working order and, importantly, completely clean! Even the oven! The sea is a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel with a traffic light to cross the road. The hotel pool is very conveniently located - partly under the building. There is both shade and sun. A freshwater pool in the shade in the midday heat after the sea is just a salvation! Sun loungers, tables with chairs, shower, children's ”paddling pool” - everything is there, everything is in good working order, everything is convenient. Aria Riva is perfectly located. Excellent travel agency next to the hotel - any excursions and entertainment at reasonable prices. Within walking distance of 3-5 minutes there are chain stores, a little further there is a market on Tuesdays, cafes and restaurants are simply in every neighboring house - everything, as Vera promised when booking. Smiling Tugba, friendly and responsive Misha, our kind and hospitable Vera, all the technical staff and maids, thank you all for our wonderful vacation! Vera's words: ”Come and you will feel at home” - came true 100%. If we decide to repeat, then only in Aria Riva Hotel Alanya!

We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

Kaila city is my first holiday abroad can’t fault the hotel all on all bar staff and waiters are all kind and welcoming will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need ☺️ beds are comfy with daily cleaning wide range of different foods and drinks would definitely visit again 😄

Normally this is an adult only hotel, while making the reservation online, such information was not provided therefore we were able to book for 3 people, my wife and I and our 5 years old child. It was handled very well once we arrived at the hotel and they have recognized that such info needs to be updated on their website. Kudos! We fancy the hotel. Spacious room, I reckon the decoration looks Aztec or African, so unique, we love it! Well mannered people, from guest to Staff. We did not have a bad experience at all. Breakfast was top notch! Fresh and quality. We have chosen this hotel because of the location, just 2 mins walk to the beach and few mins away downtown. It was my first time in Alanya, we didn't want an all inclusive but a place to sleep and to be able to wandering around downtown, Cleopatra beach and the red tower etc... However the experience at Oji gave us more than a place to just sleep.. It was enjoyable.

I booked a room at the Belle Ocean Apart Hotel through the website. After booking, I called the hotel hotline to confirm the booking. Starting to speak in English “Hello”, the hotel administrator said that she did not speak English and hung up. When booking a room, in the comments I indicated that they put a room on the 5th floor on the reservation and prepared the room for arrival. As a result, I was offered a room on the first floor with the most terrible view and completely without repair. I didn't want to go to this room. I asked the hotel administrator to see the best room in the hotel, with the possibility of paying in cash immediately for a month in advance (for this room, an extra charge was required). I was given a key to a room on the fifth floor - the view was of the sea, but the room itself was worn out! Everything is old and hasn't been renovated since the 90s. Grandparents in Russia live in much better conditions than I was offered a room to stay. After inspecting the room, I went down to the first floor, without having time to say a word, the administrator said that the room was booked and you can go through the forest. There is no attitude towards hotel guests. Before you check into this hotel, think carefully about whether you need it.

Lovely hotel - We arrived around 1am and the hotel had bread roll with option of cheese, jam or butter with fruit which was so nice and thoughtful after travelling all day from Scotland - There’s two separate buildings/blocks for the rooms we are in Block C which is quiet and our room has plenty of space with double bed and sofa bed along with balcony (view is out onto the street) - Airconditioning and safe comes with the room, we didn’t have to pay extra our cases and bags were taken to our room on arrival and we were shown how to work everything which was really nice - Staff are approachable and friendly, always smiling and you can see that they all get along with each other and work together - Hotel is spotless and very clean, the buffet for mealtimes is small but there is always plenty of choice with things suitable for children and fussy eaters, the snack bar is always filled with fresh fruit, hot food, ice creams, chocolate fountain etc such a variety of choice that changes everyday. I have no complaints about anything at this hotel and recommend you book here

Newly renovated boutique hotel, with a coffee shop at the ground floor, small but beautifully decorated rooms with everything you need, friendly and accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast with a panoramic view over the sea, located just across from En Vie Beach, that offers access to sun beds, delicious food and drinks all day, a vibrant atmosphere and dj’s playing lounge and house music almost every night. Highly recommended! :)

To the beach - 5-7 minutes on foot, Lara has a beautiful sea, gentle entrance, good sandy beach The loungers are standing close to each other.
