We were really impressed the moment we stepped in the hotel. It was beautiful, marvelous, and has an extremely great view. There was a tourist atrraction Pan Men just right behind the hotel, which we can just walk in free with our hotel card. There were performances at night as well. Down side of the hotel is that some of the facilities are a bit old (hot & cold tap water are separated), water kettle was a bit dirty (but they changed a clean one for us after we requested), aircon couldnt be adjusted coz centralised.. but all these are not big issues. The staffs are very polite, friendly & helpful. Need to give credit to the concierge staffs who helped with all our baggages up and down our cars. It's definitely worth while and a memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Our twin room is very spacious and cozy. We loved how the staff speedily gave us an air purifier when we said we smelled some cigarettes smell. It helped refreshing the room fairly quickly. The fixtures and fittings are very useful, from good size of wardrobes, suitcase space, sofa, desk, bed and pillow are reasonably comfortable and not too soft. Housekeeping is very neat and tidy as well. We particularly like the open view from window facing the shopping arcade (traditional low rise houses). Last but not least, we wanna thank Hailey Song for going an extra mile and helped us return a parcel to SF upon check-out. Will recommend others upon their visit to Suzhou :)

Got a free upgrade to a premier king with a view of the river . The location, the views from the hotel, the lobby, the staff, everything was just amazing. Was celebrating my GF birthday and send a request for a mini deco and the staff delivered. The staff spoke English, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Service: Guest Service Manager Ada provides very good service, and the experience is like home. Parking: 🅿Parking is very convenient. The hotel has ground and underground parking lots. Room facilities: Serviced apartment, I booked a duplex, with a dining room and living room downstairs, a bed🛏 and a shower room upstairs, and a small bar at the entrance, which is quite good. Cost-effectiveness: The decoration is unique, the room design and the placement of things are in line with my own aesthetics, and there are vases in the room for flower arrangement~ Overall, the cost-effectiveness is quite high. There are many types of breakfast. The stay experience is very good🥰

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂 The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally. For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁 Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

The best place to sty in Nanjing! Beautiful, clean, comfortable room, pleasant, friendly and attentive service, and an absolutely gorgeous view from the 65th floor! The location is perfect, right next to Catherine park and Gulou metro station. I especially loved the bed, it was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. 100% recommend!

I came to Tongli Ancient Town for a visit and stayed at Tongli Lake Hotel near the ancient town. The experience was good and I recommend staying there. Hotel features: 1) Chinese-style forest garden, lake and spring scenery The hotel park has beautiful scenery, which makes you feel comfortable. It is in the style of Chinese gardens, and there is a scene at every step. The main building is in the style of Fujian Tulou, with an arc shape and a warm color. 2) The service is meticulous and exceeds expectations From greeting to check-in to check-out, multiple service links have been meticulous. When waiting for the battery car at the door, Master Zhang from the security office will take the initiative to give you a stool seat. From the hotel gate to the security office, Master Luo will drive the battery car to pick you up and be available on call. Xiao Wang and Yuting will accompany you to participate in tea ordering, travel photography and visit the Flower and Candle Pavilion, and will also introduce the exhibition hall. Walking in the hotel, the service staff will take the initiative to smile and greet you 😊. In the era of artificial intelligence, it is rare to have this slow-paced intimacy and a long-lost experience. 3) There are many cultural and entertainment activities, and breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious. The hotel has 2 pavilions, one flower and candle pavilion and one malachite pavilion, which are small and exquisite. There are also various stone carvings and paintings in the building, and the cultural and artistic atmosphere is strong. There are also 8K ocean documentaries and small theaters before bed in the evening, which is wonderful~ Breakfast, rich in variety, there are hot spring eggs and pan-fried buns! The taste buds are awakened, and the red soup Su-style noodles are also delicious. I don’t have these dishes in other five-star hotels. The cake for afternoon tea tastes very good, it is really beautiful and delicious, and my parents like it. Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs: 前台 佳佳 小董 陈鹏 孙晨曦 陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action. 佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me. 春梅 - 客房经理 王主管 - 客服主管 Housekeeping team is amazing. 王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad. 春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room. I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

During our recent trip to Yangzhou, we had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Yangzhoudong Railway Station. This hotel's close proximity to the railway station made it an ideal choice for us, as we wanted a convenient and comfortable stay. Upon our arrival, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman who kindly offered to assist us with our luggage. This small gesture set the tone for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. The staff members at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. To our delight, our two children were surprised with adorable teddy bears as welcome gifts. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that instantly made them feel special. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing us to settle into our room without any hassle. Speaking of the room, it was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. Give Suzhou Novotel Hot Spring Hotel a big thumbs up. Put a room card to prove that you have been here. The hotel environment and sanitation are perfect, and there are welcome fruits and welcome drinks. There is nothing to say about the hardware, the sound insulation is good, and the configurations such as smart toilet, Xiaomi TV, ergonomic chair, bathrobe, refrigerator, etc. are all full. I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and hot springs. The outdoor swimming pool is great, and there are six or seven pools in the hot springs. There are not many people in the evening. There are more people when I went there at 10 o'clock the next day, but everyone is of good quality and in order. The water quality is also acceptable, which is good news for swimming enthusiasts. There is nothing more comfortable than soaking in the hot springs and playing a game of gold shovel. There are not many people in the gym. Although the equipment is a bit old, it has everything it should have. I came here for the Chinese Valentine's Day and I am really satisfied. In addition, I would like to specially praise Miss Yang who helped me check in on 8/10. Miss Yang's smile is very contagious. She clearly introduced the location and business hours of each project, and helped me upgrade the room type, which made my Chinese Valentine's Day trip to a higher level. I have stayed at Kempinski, Four Seasons and Shangri-La before, this is my first time staying at Novotel Resort Hotel, I will come again next time!
