Not much hotels in this area. The Rich hotel is good enough.
Simple breakfast menu, but the taste is great.
Be careful on the steps on the way to the lobby. The steps is too high, unless you want to train your legs.

Choose a non-smoking room, but the room is still smelly. I don't know if they change the blanket or not. If you have a morning flight, I don't recommend this hotel because at the bottom of this hotel there is a small bar and live music, the bass of the music echoing into the room.

Stayed for a few days temporarily, the price is cheap, the conditions and breakfast are so-so. It is easy to find a place on the side of the road. Mainly the network is still much better than the beauty. There is an open-air cafe opposite, and a group of young people are very enthusiastic.

Small room but just nice for 1 person. Location is great, and there is a designated parking for midtown too. The only downside was that the AC is old so it made a lot of noise.

I opened a room at this hotel for a friend who was stopping in Balikpapan, I ordered via Trip.com with the Boutique Suite type, but when the friend arrived and checked in, the room type below was given, because my friend thought it was indeed the room, yes, I accept it. But when I stopped by at night, I saw that the room was not suitable and when I complained he didn't know if the one was ordered a boutique suite. Finally moved to the suitable room.

MmarymMy husband and I really liked our stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. The shared area and kitchen was nice. The staff were great. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the noise from the mosques ruined our sleep but that's normal in Balikpapan.

Kamar mandinya bau byk rambut di penutup saluran air , aliran Airnya kecil banget , agak repot untuk mandi dan malam jam 11an uda gak ada air ngalir , tidak ada air hangat , Acnya juga gak dingin2 meski uda di setel ke suhu paling rendah (padahl bisa ngrusak AC kalo jangka panjang begitu )
Kasur berpasir dan sprei kurang bersih ,
Untuk lokasi sangat strategis , ke BSB tinggal jalan kaki aja cm 600 mtr
Untuk kondisi kamar , bisalah di perbaikki lagi yaaa ,
