We had terrible stay at Elephant suites, as we spend the whole weekend without hot water!! And we’ve followed every step the management asked us to do and yet ended up with no hot water and a-lot of wasted time!! We contacted the management and they offered us 15% off!! Like we are that foolish to book it again!!

Buenas, en el año 2024, no se puede usar el ascensor, sólo para maletas, cuando se vió eso, tercermundistas Esa situación, además, con llave interna, tienes que molestar para subir la maleta, fue conmigo a la planta segunda, increíble, el resto correcto

I would recommend this for travellers who want good access to the train station. It is very clean, everything was provided and the staff friendly and helpful. It is only a gentle stroll to the restaurants and bars.

It states that check-in hours are until 24:00, but the counter is only open until 21:00. I completely missed it and almost missed checking in. (Password required to enter) I couldn't have reached the hotel without a kind Turkish man opening the door for me. When I checked out, there was no one at the counter, so I didn't have to speak face-to-face. Also, I felt that the room was not cleaned properly. It looks like the floor is dusty.

So-so…standard 3 stars ….not more,but price,time to time higher than more other hotels in this area…big ”+” to the rating- hotel “fresh”/ not old…and a lot of women cleaning all time! Respect!

Good hotel with 24-hour reception near the main station. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately it is a little bright in the room (shower from the neighbouring room, talks from the hall). The bathroom was, unfortunately, a wet slip after a shower and was walking with caution, but this is usually used in southern countries with a genuine wet cell.

The location is excellent, on walking distance from the shopping streets and attractions. Lots of nearby restaurants and taverns. Parking is limited and with reservation, but you have nearby paid parking of 15eur/24h. The personnel is competent and easy to communicate in English. I recommend hotel Plaza
