I would recommend this for travellers who want good access to the train station. It is very clean, everything was provided and the staff friendly and helpful. It is only a gentle stroll to the restaurants and bars.
City Plaza rooms were very clean and easy to check in/out. I had a downstairs room which you ca hear street noises and the door bell but it didn’t disturb me, so be minding you don’t like this type of noise.
About 15min walking to an Aristotle Square and other City sites also walkable distance.
Overall good couple of nights staying. Would stay again and definitely recommend.
We had terrible stay at Elephant suites, as we spend the whole weekend without hot water!! And we’ve followed every step the management asked us to do and yet ended up with no hot water and a-lot of wasted time!! We contacted the management and they offered us 15% off!! Like we are that foolish to book it again!!
Me and my brother went to the hotel and we had a great service and a great room. The room was on two floors and we had each one queen bed. The toilet/washroom offered a spacious shower and we also had a patio with see view. Very nice hotel and well located.
It is one kilometer walk from the bus station and train station. From the airport, you can take the 01X bus for 1.8 euros. There are so many shops nearby that I almost didn’t notice and missed the sign. There are several steps to go from the door to the front desk. The elevator is very small and can only accommodate one person with a large suitcase. It must have been added to the old building.
The room was small but quite clean. The service was very good. I learned that I was going to the airport at 4 a.m., and the front desk made me a simple breakfast and coffee at 4 a.m.
The location is excellent, on walking distance from the shopping streets and attractions. Lots of nearby restaurants and taverns. Parking is limited and with reservation, but you have nearby paid parking of 15eur/24h. The personnel is competent and easy to communicate in English. I recommend hotel Plaza
location great, for on foot walking
little far from bus and transportation
the room is nice no view , air-conditioning not strong at all and not sufficient
the support team wants to help and try a lot
but the level of cleanliness is not what i would expect

SSTExceeded all expectations. Staff were extraordinarily helpful, room was perfect, ambiance was cozy. Can’t think of a better place to experience Thessaloniki.
Mmarcus meyerThe staff is great, very helpful. Location is a bit off, but in a quiet area. I extented my stay as its relaxed there and cheap. The private rooms are big, cooking facilities and small balcony.
YYIMEIFamily hotel, near the airport. The hotel sends the airport to 10 euros. The room size is not small, but the layout of the bathroom is very unreasonable, the door is open, you can't use the washbasin, the bathtub has no shower curtain, the bath, the ground is wet. The swimming pool is a plus item.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very far from the center, but it may be a good choice for those who will use the airport. The hotel had a huge sound insulation problem. We had a hard time sleeping throughout the night. All the noise from the next room and the corridor was coming to our room. There was a constant sound coming from somewhere in the room. We guess it might be a refrigerator. Overall the room cleaning was good but I think the carpets need to be removed. The carpets were not clean, there was hair on them. The beds were comfortable but very squeaky. It was disturbing. Also, the stain on the duvet was unpleasant.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast sufficient and liked it.
MMaryMV86I would like to say thank you to this lovely hotel in the city center of beautiful Thessaloniki. This hotel surprised me a lot with so friendly and smily staff, clean rooms comfy beds, the staff that is ready to go and extra mile for their customers even if it’s after the bar closed to make a coffee for a late arrivals. If you planing to visit Thessaloniki this hotel is good choice some rooms are smaller but designed very thoughtfully so you can feel comfy able in them. Decently will be back next time
HHock SikThe hotel is centrally located. A white tower is within 10 minutes walk. It is a must for tourists to visit. It will give you an overlook over the coast of thessaloniki.

ББорисоваНатальяThe hotel is close to Egnatia street, not far from train station Thessaloniki. You can walk to the seafront street and main sea-views. The hotel is good. All receptionists are very professional, well speaking English and helpful. The room is not large but enough of space. The bed is not small. Wi-fi is good working. Everything is clean.
