The overall experience of staying at Hilton Hotel this time was good. The environment was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, giving people a sense of tranquility and comfort. The breakfast was rich and delicious, especially the noodle soup, which tasted excellent and memorable. The staff Jiang Jiang's service attitude was friendly and enthusiastic, and he responded to every request, showing his professionalism. Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Amazing location if you are gonna climb Fanjing mountain. 5 min walk over the bridge to the ticket office. We got an upgrade on arrival that was a nice surprise. The room had fresh fruit on arrival. Warm room compared to other hotels we have stayed at recently. The breakfast had many options and they have a coffee machine. We also had dinner in the restaurant and everything was good and fresh.

The hotel is a stand-alone building with a beautiful lobby. The front desk lady was very considerate and upgraded my room to an executive standard room. The room was also large, 50 square meters, with a massage chair. There was always water on the table at the elevator entrance. They delivered midnight snacks, afternoon tea, and breakfast until 12 noon. This was the first time I encountered this in all the hotels I stayed in. Young people can sleep more. The check-out time was also very humane, at 16:00 in the afternoon. It is also close to the China World Trade Center. Overall, it is more cost-effective.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. I wasn't expecting much in a small city like Qingzhen, but this hotel fares well even when compared with new hotels in big cities. Clean, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Probably the best hotel in centre Qingzhen.

This boutique hotel presents an amazing surprise in the depths of the Miao Village. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art Smart Home systems. For example, one could control the curtains and lighting with verbal commands—in mandarin. There was a slide and ball pit in our room, which was a bonus. The bathtub is one of the largest offerings we have encountered and come with a herbal bath services that is included with the booking fee. Whilst the hotel doesn’t have round-the-clock room service, one could ask the front desk for help with food orders by means of a local food delivery app. Our McDonalds order arrived within half an hour. The hotel provides Miao traditional clothes for guests to wear and take photos, free of charge. Last but not least, the hotel rooms provide a beautiful and unblocked view of the Miao village and the mountainous terrain. The hotel crew that we met were extremely helpful, and would help provide additional lighting for night photo shoots, carry your bags, and also bring food to your room. Xiao Ning, Xiao Hai and Xiao Kai were really wonderful hotel staff who went the extra mile to make our stay most comfortable and memorable. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

The guy at the front desk was waiting for us when we got off the mountain and helped us carry it all the way. We were not even allowed to touch our luggage. He came all the way to pick us up and guide us. The service was so touching. When we arrived at the scenic spot, we could see the scenery empty-handed. The living environment was also very good.
