Wonderful stay at this minsu. Highly recommended, although there are some misses in their service. It would be excellent if they were more comprehensive in explaining to visitors about the events happening in the little village. Recommendations on the highlights of the village needed to be sought for but once you ask the right questions, they are very willing to share. Their service is also on point. Just need to send a WeChat message to their housekeeper and you’ll get an almost instant response. Awesome stay.

Upon check-in, I received an upgrade to a panoramic window room, offering stunning views of Jiaxiu Tower and Zhou Shen's large screen. When a minor issue with air conditioning noise arose, I was promptly moved and upgraded again to an executive-level room on the 52nd floor. The front desk staff's response to the problem was excellent; they were very proactive and resolved it swiftly, showcasing truly professional service. The housekeeping team was also incredibly attentive; noticing some clothes that needed drying, they brought a rack to my room and even helped me hang them. Dining service was equally impressive; the host provided a helpful overview of the food stations, making it easy to choose a comfortable spot and guiding me to some excellent specialty dishes. Lastly, I was really touched by the complimentary fridge magnet given by the front desk upon check-out. It's elegantly simple and far better quality than any souvenir I picked up at the local attractions!

I'm a local Guiyang native, and I booked this hotel specifically for a friend visiting from Chongqing. I've stayed at Sofitels in many places like Guangzhou, Tianjin, and Nanjing, but the Guiyang Sofitel truly stood out. First, upon check-in, the lobby immediately hit me with a high-end scent, completely different from the cheap, generic fragrances found in other hotels or malls. Sofitel genuinely excels in its choice of perfumes. Then, the front desk attendant's service was excellent—she efficiently and quickly processed my room card. The room itself was much better than the Kempinski's. Guiyang truly deserves these 'new-generation' luxury hotels; their hardware equipment is miles ahead of older brands like Kempinski. The location is also superb. Honestly, Guiyang isn't a huge city, but it's rare to find a hotel that's only two or three kilometers away from all the main attractions. Lanvin toiletries are standard at Sofitel, and I absolutely love them, both for their scent and brand prestige (or perhaps, both their image and substance). Now for the hotel's downsides. Firstly, the room was indeed a bit small, feeling a bit cramped compared to other Sofitels. Also, Guiyang's infrastructure isn't great; from a high vantage point, you mainly see old, dilapidated buildings. Of course, I understand this isn't the hotel's fault, as Guizhou has only recently begun to develop. However, my immediate impression wasn't the best. I think the main issue is that Guiyang doesn't need 'old money style' hotels. Despite being relatively new, Sofitel still feels somewhat old-fashioned in its elevators and room decor, lacking in design. It felt like a rather ordinary five-star hotel, not particularly surprising. I felt similarly uncomfortable with the Guiyang Kempinski at the same price point – its room equipment was too old, offering nothing but 'old money' vibes. I hope Sofitel doesn't become like that. I wish the hotel would put more effort into room renovations and small design details to give guests a more youthful, updated, and distinct experience. Overall, this stay was good, but not exceptionally surprising. I hope my next stay brings an even better experience.

The hotel is right next to the Daqikong Scenic Area and the location is very good. There is an exclusive passage open at 8am, and there are very few people in the Daqikong Ancient Bridge. After a while on the left, there will be a car in the scenic area to the Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. There are many people in the small Qikong during the peak season. The hotel provides a 24-hour convenient shuttle service and is very convenient to travel. The hotel has an elegant environment and beautiful natural scenery around. The hotel is fully equipped and newer. This stay was upgraded to a suite. The space is very large, the room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable. Two balconies, you can see the mountain view of the Daqikong Scenic Area outside, one of which contains private soup. The main sink is equipped with a double basin and there is a bathtub in the room. There are dressing rooms and cloakrooms. Welcome fruit and minibar are good. The staff is warm and polite, and the feedback is responsive. Assist in transporting luggage and delivering items on demand. Breakfast was delivered at check-in and a small gift was given at check-out. Diy crystal bracelet and 3 photos can't be experienced due to insufficient time. The fly in the ointment is that the smart toilets in the two bathrooms are not strong. At 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, the emergency lights on the bed top of the municipal power outage room are often on. The signal is not good and the front desk cannot be contacted. After a while, the dining coupons are also made up. Feedback at check-out, the front desk lady carefully recorded it. As a member of Huazhu, I really hope that this high-end hotel can get better and better!

The location is indeed too far away, and it is not convenient to go to the city center, but I like the room very much. Good sound insulation + comfortable bedding meet the most basic needs. The overall feeling is very spacious. There is a partition between the bedroom and the bathroom, and the lighting design is also reasonable. The recliner is very comfortable and equipped with JBL speakers. The only problem is the TV. The screen projection is too limited, and you can only watch standard apps such as Tencent and IQiyi. The package I bought includes dinner + afternoon tea + cocktails. The afternoon tea is very good and tastes very good. The dinner is quite satisfactory. The steak in package B is very good. The cocktails were mixed and sent to the room. They were quite average. The breakfast was a bit worse. There were too many semi-finished products, which is not appropriate for a hotel at this price. The beef noodles are better if they are freshly made. The red jackfruit is also good as a fruit. There are not many other things I want to eat. The service is not satisfactory. Many people use the same WeChat account, and many things were not done well in the early stage. However, the subsequent manager came to apologize and took over the subsequent docking, and the subsequent experience was much better. If you have time, you can make an appointment for a guided tour. It is a better experience than walking around on your own. Many of the paintings in the store are very beautiful and the overall design is very special.

My stay at Pullman Guiyang was absolutely fantastic, truly exceeding expectations! The prime location was a major selling point, right in the heart of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The front desk service was particularly outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in quickly and efficiently. They were also very flexible and adept at solving problems, always providing thoughtful and professional assistance. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with impeccable hygiene. I was given a high-floor room with a spectacular view of the city lights, and despite the similar nightscape style of the old city, the overall comfort of the stay was superb. The combination of high-quality service and a convenient location made for excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Guiyang. Highly recommended!

We picked Wu Wei hotel after reading the positive reviews online and we’re so glad to have spent 2 nights here exploring XiJiang Miao Village. Hotel is super organised and butler xiao qi (管家小飞）contacted us the day before arrival to organise our stay. There’s two options for getting into the scenic area 1. Scenic bus which is covered by the entry ticket but takes 30-40 mins to get to the hotel via scenic route and you will need to line up/wait for other passengers. 2. We took the VIP route which is 50 rmb per person and takes us direct to the hotel (10 mins) which is located right next to the main viewing platform. 小七organised transportation from the main gate and picked us up/carried our suitcases (both on arrival and departure) He is just the sweetest! Hotel is new as it’s only built last year and is designed for the aesthetic eye. We booked the 270 degree room with a terrace and I highly recommend this option as it’s the only room in the hotel that has balcony views. It’s seriously an amazing sight and waking up to this every morning is incredible! Both breakfast and afternoon tea were also fabulous! Highly highly recommend - 5 stars all the way 🙂

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

It feels like the best hotel in Anshun. Although it is a bit old, it is well maintained and not particularly old. The location is very good, facing Hongshan Lake without any obstruction. I booked a lake view king room. The front desk staff Wang Jiangping had a very good service attitude and handled the matter very quickly. Seeing that we were here for tourism, he took the initiative to help us upgrade to an executive lake view room, which improved the travel experience. If the weather is good, the lake view is still beautiful.

Guizhou Hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The facilities, service, cleanliness, and ambiance of the VIP building were all incredibly comfortable and pleasant. We brought our whole family, including seniors and young children, for a short trip to Guiyang, and felt delighted from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff kindly upgraded our rooms, making it easy for us to have two adjoining rooms to look after the elderly and children. They even offered complimentary breakfast for our child who was under 1.3m tall, which was a huge plus. I regret not getting his name to give him a proper shout-out! Throughout our stay, all the service staff were warm and enthusiastic, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, making everyone, young and old, happy. This enjoyable trip truly reflected Guizhou's wonderful attitude towards developing its tourism economy around its tourism resources. We look forward to visiting other scenic spots in Guizhou again in the future!
