I stayed in this hotel and stayed very pleased! The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was quickly registered at the resepshchen, everything explained, handed out the key to the room. The room was clean, comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 a.m. very convenient. At my request, the administrator called a taxi and even arranged a morning call to wake me up. Excellent service, if the case is, I will stop here again!

It takes about 5 minutes by car to get to the castle, but there is a free taxi service available to pick you up and drop you off at any time! I think this is a great service.
The room was very clean, including the shower and toilet.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was very satisfying.
You can also enjoy the view outside the castle, so I recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, under the east wall of the ancient city of Shiva, convenient parking, suitable for self-driving travel. The hotel has good sanitary conditions, breakfast is good, and it is convenient to visit the ancient city. Going out to the right is the ancient city scenic spot. The area of the twin room is larger than the introduction, more than 15 square meters, and there is a large table in the house, which is very convenient for placing things. In general, this is a very cost-effective hotel.

Новый, уютный отель с красивым интерьером, видно, что всё сделано с душой. Заселили нас ночью без проблем — хозяин оказался очень приветливым и заботливым.
В номере чисто, белоснежные полотенца, просторная комната со всем необходимым: кондиционер, телевизор, шкаф, тапочки, фен, шампунь и гель для душа. Завтрак с элементами традиционной кухни — очень вкусно и сытно. В коридоре всегда есть холодный чай с лимоном, что оказалось приятным бонусом.
Отель расположен удобно — найти легко, а от входа в Ичан-Калу всего несколько минут пешком. Мы остались в полном восторге и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. Рекомендуем!

1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address.
2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian.
3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay.
4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR.
5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves.
I liked:
1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy. It's very, very cool!!
2 Big number.
3 Near the airport.
