Highly recommended for a family trip to Tokyo Bay! 🏨 1. Excellent location – Just a 2mins walk from ShinUrayasu Station, with a shopping mall nearby for everything you need. 2. Comfortable stay – Clean, cozy rooms with excellent bed quality for a great night’s sleep. 3. Amazing welcome lounge – Enjoy complimentary Asahi draft beer, while the kids can indulge in snacks and soft drinks. A perfect way to start your stay! 4. Great amenities – A wide selection of high-quality amenities that make the experience even more enjoyable. 5. Disneyland friendly – Only 10–15mins from Tokyo Disneyland, with a convenient free shuttle bus service.

We stayed here specifically for a few nights in Tokyo as Disney was part of our agenda. Overall I enjoyed this hotel - the location was great, very close (and covered) to the subway - less than 5 minutes. There are a couple of malls just next to the subway with lots of food options, supermarkets, Uniqlo etc. Great! Shuttle bus to Disneyland/sea was also one of the reasons we chose to stay here for the convenience to the parks and the service was great personally for us as we planned ahead - got to the bus stop (at DisneySEA) with some buffer to ensure we got a seat. However, there were no checks if you were a hotel guest for the service and guests from the adjacent hotel used the service which became very crowded, by the time it got to the DisneyLAND. For context this shuttle was only meant for Urayasu Brighton Hotel guests. The adjacent hotel had their own shuttle. Service here was great too - staff were very friendly unlike another hotel I stayed at in Ginza on the same trip. Rooms were refreshing for Tokyo as the room we were in was very spacious. It was clean also but did not offer complimentary water. Room also had a foot massager which I enjoyed. There was a Refa shower head and hair dryer. However just some “interesting” elements to this hotel. There are irons you can use - just call the front desk to use, but the catch is you only have 1 hour to use it. Must call the front desk to tell them to pick up. Didn’t want to chance going over an hour as I didn’t want to pay for this. Also, there was no door signs for this hotel - I.e do not disturb, please make room etc. House keeping entered and cleaned up the room which is opposed to their information they provided as it stated if you want house keeping to clean your room you needed to call the front desk by a certain time which we did not do. The house keeping was not detailed they put the extra pillows I used for MY bed on my sister’s bed. Also the bed runners which we took off and set to the side they put back on the bed and they put the extra pillows on it - which is simply gross as those runners are not clean. Bathrooms were spacious and clean also. But the marks on the sofa were very noticeable and kinda gross. Basic amenities were provided but could have been better. Overall would recommend.

The room was spacious enough to fully open a 29-inch and a 20-inch suitcase, which, for Japan, speaks for itself in terms of value. It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. The first floor of the Hilton was like a noisy flea market by comparison.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Airport Commute**: Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Just buy a ticket on the 2nd floor of the airport and catch the bus on the 1st floor, which drops you directly at the hotel entrance. There's a Lawson convenience store a short walk to the left from the hotel exit, making shopping very convenient. 2. **Quiet Location & Spacious Rooms**: The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and the rooms are generously sized with comfortable bedding. There's a free shuttle bus service directly to Disneyland and Shin-Urayasu Station (where you'll find an Aeon supermarket with plenty of dining and shopping options – great for trips to central Tokyo). Getting around is easy, but do check the shuttle schedule. 3. **Excellent Service & Breakfast**: The hotel staff are friendly and efficient; check-in was quick, and their English proficiency made communication seamless. Breakfast offers a good variety of options at a reasonable price, though it can get busy, so it's best to go early. 4. **Well-Equipped Rooms**: The room facilities are good, with everything you need. The shower pressure is excellent, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Cons: 1. **Limited Nearby Shopping**: The closest shop is a Lawson, which is only good for daily essentials. The nearest major supermarket is quite a distance, at least a 30-minute walk (depending on your pace). 2. **Housekeeping Needs Improvement**: Room cleanliness could be better, especially in corners and on the top edges of furniture, where dust accumulation suggests it hasn't been wiped down in a while. Summary: Overall, it's a good place. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, and the room facilities are relatively new. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the free shuttle bus service makes it very convenient for getting to nearby attractions. Just remember to keep an eye on the shuttle schedule. I would definitely stay here again for future Disneyland trips. Highly recommended.

An absolutely perfect hotel stay! The service from the front desk, restaurant, concierge, and even post-stay was excellent. They offer a free shuttle bus to Disneyland (which also serves as a tram stop), which is very convenient! The hotel doesn't provide any beverages in the rooms, but there are two very convenient convenience stores downstairs (within the hotel itself)! The pool wasn't open due to the season. If you need to go to the airport (Narita & Haneda) from the hotel, make sure to book at least one day in advance! I'll definitely be back next time!

The location is excellent. The hotel sits right by Bayside Station, which makes getting to Tokyo DisneySea quick and straightforward. A shopping mall with a good range of restaurants and shops is also only two stations away, which is useful for meals outside the parks. The room is much larger than a typical city-center hotel in Tokyo and offers strong value for the price. We booked a twin room, but the beds felt closer to a super-king in size and were very comfortable. The only real weakness is that the hotel itself feels a bit dated. The overall atmosphere and finishes show their age, even though the stay remains comfortable and practical. For a Disney trip, it is a solid choice if spacious rooms, convenient park access, and good value matter more than a fully modern look

The hotel's location is great, very convenient. The room size was decent, but as soon as I entered, there was a strong smell of disinfectant. I stayed for 3 days and didn't get a good night's sleep once. The people upstairs were constantly running around, making thumping noises from the afternoon until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. On the last night, I couldn't take it anymore and called to complain. The hotel staff confirmed that it was indeed the guests upstairs running around and said they had already spoken to them, but the problem was never resolved! I'm truly impressed with the hotel; their solution to feedback about not being able to sleep due to noisy upstairs neighbors was simply, ”we've already told them several times.” The breakfast buffet offered quite a few choices, but the taste was just average.

The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. It's conveniently located very close to Naritasan Temple, which features a calligraphy exhibition and a beautiful park – perfect for a relaxing stroll.

Booked a double room, and compared to hotels of the same price in the city, it's much more spacious with a separate wet and dry bathroom. They also provide two bottles of water daily. There's a paid hot spring on the 2nd floor, which is really great for unwinding after a day at Disney. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, where there's a commercial complex for dining and shopping. It's also very convenient to catch the special train to Disney. Overall, the value for money is decent.

I guess they upgraded my room because I made a request when booking. The front desk staff were friendly during check-in. It's quite convenient to have a 7-Eleven in the hotel lobby. The room had an air purifier, but the bathroom fixtures were a bit dated. It's a good option for a layover stay. The hotel concierge service was excellent; they even carried my luggage onto the bus. You can reach the hotel according to the airport shuttle bus schedule. It takes about 15 minutes from the hotel to Terminal 2. Japanese airport shuttle buses are always punctual. I felt that every staff member was very dedicated.
