The room is big and the bed is very comfortable! When checking in, the child was given a small doll, which made the child very happy. There are wine tasting activities, roasted marshmallows, and live honey lollipops on Friday afternoon. The spa is especially good đ The waiters are very nice and everyone is smiling. But the scale of the hotel is not as big as the Lake Louise Castle Hotel, and the scenery there is not as good! The hotel is in Blackcomb Mountain, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. This side is more suitable for friends with intermediate and advanced ski slopes. If you are a beginner skier, the hotel on Whistler Mountain is more convenient. Blackcomb Mountain is relatively quiet, and there are relatively few options for eating and shopping. But from a vacation perspective, the hotel itself is very good, especially the Spa, which is so comfortable!

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for
just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water âşď¸ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

It is a classic hotel, standard and everything is just right. The room decoration style is old-fashioned, not modern and stylish. The outdoor SPA and sauna in winter are great. The hotel is beautifully decorated during the Christmas season, like a fairy tale world, with concerts and Santa Claus. Of course, the room rate is also high. It is not reasonable to charge an additional 50 Canadian dollars per day for the experience fee. Some simple activities organized by the hotel, such as yoga, hiking, and visiting museums, have to be paid whether you participate or not. Note that you should give a tip to the room.

This place is so clean and fancy. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the bellboy was also very helpful. I had a great time staying there.
The only thing to complain about is that you can hear people talking outside and when walking to the elevator you can hear conversations from every room. Also, itâs very close to the airport so it gets a bit noisy during the night.

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated.
The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options.
The Lobby floor restaurant âHoney Saltâ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there.
Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and location were very comfortable. Both the in-room breakfast and restaurant options were excellent values. I would highly recommend staying here.

BBelinda IpWe recently stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver and were pleased with its excellent location, conveniently close to designer shops and fine dining options. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort, although they had a more traditional feel. Initially, we encountered a minor issue with mold in our first roomâs bathroom. However, the staff were quick to address the situation and promptly relocated us to a different room. While the amenities were functional, they did show signs of aging. Overall, we appreciated the hotel's prime location and the attentive service.

Ttiny1313The hotel has good facilities and an outdoor heated swimming pool. I swam in the -5 degree weather and didn't feel cold. There is also an indoor hot spring pool, which is very special in the ice and snow. I booked a sea view room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Vancouver Harbor. The sea view is unmatched. But it should also be pointed out that the hotel's service is generally good, but there are also arrogance and even arrogance, which makes people uncomfortable.

GGuest UserFairmont seems to be a luxurious five star hotel. Nevertheless itâs a bit over-expected. The room is very small, and the toilet can only be used by one single person each time, which is very inconvenient if you go with young kids. High tea quality is unexpectedly low, the environment is good but the staff are not enough. The food is simply not delicate for such a renowned five star restaurant.
