Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, no complaints there! The bus stop for Vancouver is conveniently located right behind the building, on the main road. If you're taking a seaplane to Vancouver, the terminal is just a 5-minute walk from the front door – super convenient! Chinatown is about a 10-minute walk, and a nearby commercial street is just 5 minutes away on foot. Frankie's breakfast, freshly made, was absolutely fantastic!
The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the hallways have a slight old-building smell. The room itself was spacious enough, but the bathroom in my room was tiny. It was difficult to move around, especially if you're on the larger side, and the exhaust fan wasn't working. The bathtub drain also had to be opened manually. The bathroom also lacked separate wet and dry areas.
There was no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine. However, there's an ice machine on the same floor if you need ice or water.

Guest UserWe stayed one night in the Icon room. The room was spacious although it was not the largest in the hotel. Modern decor and furniture placement were very special. My bathroom only had a shower but it was spacious with overhead showerhead. We caught the complimentary shuttle from the hotel and the driver was friendly. We did not had breakfast.
The price was very high for the night I was staying. The surroundings are mainly parking lots and some industrial areas though.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

Conveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.
Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away.
The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended.

We had an awesome experience, staying at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel! Was our first time visiting and we're already planning on our next visit. The setting, service, pools, and room were all exemplary. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night.
PS - if you visit, try the pizza restaurant (FARO) - it was delicious!
All in all, 5/5

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed.
The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable.
The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand.
Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat!
The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it.
That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special.
Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Guest UserThe check in staff was friendly and the bell boy was very helpful. Location was quite central in the village. A few things for my low rating is that the room was dusty and the air conditioning was very noisy and it was right beside the bed so it gets too cold. The other thing was the lift from the village side was not working on the day my friend wanted to visit and as she was on wheelchair, she could come into the hotel. There should be an extra lift for emergency. If she was to come through the front door, it was too far.

LAdukailiGreat location, just a 9-minute walk from Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. The north-facing rooms offer a peek of the ocean, while other directions have city views.
The hotel is right above Burrard Station on the Expo Line, making it super convenient to get anywhere, especially the airport, with no traffic! Absolutely unbeatable!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The hotel decor is a bit dated, but it's quite comfortable. The bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, silky and smooth!
The gym, outdoor sauna, and outdoor heated pool are on the 4th floor, all with city views. It was a good experience!👍🏻

This hotel is in a great location making it easy to explore Beacon Hill, the inner harbour, Government Street and all the other sights of Victoria. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Leisure facilities were also of a high standard.

I parked the car In an indoor car park as advised by the hotel reception and want to pay the car park fee when check in. However, the reception asked me to pay the car park fee at the machine. The next day when I drive the car out after I pay the car park fee. I found two penalty ticket charging me 160 Canadian dollar. The hotel tell me that the car park is completely independent from the hotel and they can do nothing.
