"We were hosted from 23.12.24 to 06.01.25. Our first observation is with the maintenance/cleaning of the air-conditioned canoes of the rooms. By the grid we could photograph the huge layer of dust covering the canoes, a real absurd. The dishonest person, Mrs Keila, also treated me at a brutal point when I went to the coffee with a piece of pizza that I had asked the previous day, explaining that it was a rule to avoid cross-contamination. The reason is right, but no cruelty was needed. I thought until she was going to put me out of the salon... and on another occasion, our six-year-old daughter was with her legs folded on the coffee shop sofa and again she came, grossly, to say that it was forbidden. The message could have been given more educately, noting zero for it, and Mrs Sayuri, also from the restaurant, is a gentle, educated person, and deserving a note ten. Another surprised fact was that the hotel has no help to take the baggage when it arrives or bring them out of the apartment. I am old, my wife is 50 and we have a six-year-old daughter, and the hotel, by its door and by the movement, should have this service, but they have helped us in both occasions, but they have explained that this service is not available. The breakfast is not in line with the hotel level, we find weak, especially the breads, which have been brown and no longer seem fresh from the day. The mammon turns jelly and has only two types of jelly (mammon and goiaba), two types of cheese (white and mucele), salam, skin and pet blanket. The apartment, cleaning, location are very good, but we stay without a bath bar sabble, with no liquid sabble in the box, only shampoo 2 in 1 and there are 2 types of towels: fine or thick. We had to ask for a thick towel."

I tried to order room service on my first night but my call to the restaurant was hung up and when I asked the reception for help they didn’t bother to help and transferred me to the restaurant where I got hung up all because they don’t understand English. If it is just a stay then it’s ok, don’t even try ordering room service. The chairs in the room are stained. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide selection."

"The bed is really small, it feels like you can fall off it as soon as you turn over. The breakfast in the hotel mostly consists of bread and fruits, and the watermelon is neither sweet nor delicious. You can't order omelette or fried eggs, as they will warm your mouth."
