The place is nice enough. It's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is average in size but what is there was good. The location is amazing, right by the bus station and a short walk from the center.
The hotel is cheaply located near many stores and has a private parking right in front of the door. The rather small rooms are well furnished, the bathroom has a bathtub. Air conditioning is not controlable (no tocar). The room was a little bright, but the neighbors were quiet. The reception was unusually closed at 5 p.m. The bar was constantly closed. The with € 6.50 cheap breakfast was quite simple. There was no hot food or normal bread, I wanted milk and butter forgiven.
Is located 15 minutes walk from the city center (cathedral). Space to park free nearby, 24 hours check-in. The room is clean, not the biggest and no compliment water but overall is ok. Mattres is nice and have central heating for winter and AC for summer.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to landmarks, shops, and bus stations.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was very good and well stocked.
The rooms were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure.
There was an emergency light over the door that was on all night making it difficult to sleep.
I would stay here again.

Others are average
The room is small, the front desk is not welcoming, the room structure is strange, and there are no windows, and there is a gas station next to it
The hotel is very good, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, gave us maps, printed tickets, the hotel environment is very good, you can see the University of Leon directly, behind it is a big supermarket, the hotel can cook, my fiancee and I made porridge, Boiled noodles, the bus is also convenient, 6 roads and 1 road can be reached, it is worth living

GGuest UserPerfect location right on the Plaza Major in Salamanca. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Only problem was we could not get the air conditioning cool enough even with staff coming right up to help us set the temperature controls.
AandrewLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines.
Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.
GGuest UserLovely place, beautiful and full of character, kind of seemed like we were in a palace.
Location was great for us as we needed to stop for the night on our way to Portugal. The bed was really comfortable and big, we slept 2 adults and a 2 year old really well.
The place was also super clean, as I arrived I took my shoes off and my feet were as clean as before, no dust or any dirt anywhere.
The only downside for us was the bathroom state, it definitely needs work done to it, the shower was almost coming off the wall and the black mould on the walls really put us off.
GGuest UserNice location , very central and the apartments are spacious and clean. The only downside is that even though it says parking on the page and on their check in sheet we were charged €10 per day. Also very annoying that we had to pay before and then wait outside for them to confirm the transfer before getting the code for the parking gate… gives the feeling that they don’t have any trust on the guest for the fortune of 10€. Also a coffee machine would’ve been appreciated.
GGuest UserCheck-in must be after 3 o'clock. The room is very spacious, more than 35m2, and has good facilities. The location is very good, just 100 meters next to the main church of Segovia, and only a few hundred meters away from the large water tank and the castle. There is a square right outside the hotel with open-air restaurants, which is very lively. The service is very friendly and the breakfast quality is very good. The only two points to note are: The shower in the bathroom has a massage function. When used, a lot of water will splash onto the bathroom floor, so be careful not to slip. The windows are old-fashioned European wooden windows. How to close them tightly is a technical task, otherwise the sound insulation and light shading will not be good, which will affect your sleep. There are a lot of people walking around outside at night, drunk and noisy, which disturbs your sleep. However, the surrounding hotels probably have similar problems. This kind of room costs less than 900 a night, very good👍
GGuest UserI stayed here for one night last week. The room was extremely clean although basic. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The host was wonderful and as I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast, he left me a plate of fruit and a huge piece of cake on reception. Oh and the hotel cat is sooo friendly! I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.
