4-Star Hotels in Kaafu Atoll, Maldives

Excellent hotel with top-notch service. I stayed in a suite and was impressed with the amenities: slippers, shower caps, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, a shaving kit, hairdryer, iron, and they even brought an extra blanket – I really appreciated that! The sea view was stunning, and everything felt new and clean. We also tried the Balinese massage at the spa, which was amazing – the girls did a fantastic job! We didn't want to leave; we loved everything: the beach, the food, and the friendly atmosphere. We visited 5 islands and only stayed one day here, deciding to take a trip to Gili. We didn't want to leave, and if we could redo our trip, we would allocate more days for this hotel. It felt just like home, thank you! And most importantly, there's a bikini beach, which was a welcome relief from having to wear clothes all the time. Highly recommend!!!!

The place is as clean as the reviews here, the staff are superb, and the food also is delicious. Roos was ok, and everything is better. Normally I don’t do reviews, but this place made me.

Amazing Stay at Arena Beach Hotel Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service. and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. Special thanks to BERLIN as he is only senior label staff who always asked feedback with friendly manner and engage to guest relation service.provided all the information needed about our stay including chekin check out process make everything smooth and easy. Value for money: Excellent. A beautiful island stay you won't forget!

Our return to Bandos Maldives for another vacation only confirmed that we made the right choice. Coming back here is always a true pleasure. It's the perfect blend of stunning nature, impeccable service, a cozy atmosphere, and the genuine hospitality of the entire staff. We'd like to extend special thanks to the reservations team. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and professionalism helped us quickly resolve an erroneous duplicate booking we had made. This was incredibly important to us, and we truly appreciate their understanding and willingness to help. A huge thank you also goes out to the Russian-speaking front desk staff member. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made resolving the issue as comfortable and stress-free as possible. It's really wonderful to experience such attentive service towards guests. We loved our stay. Everything was amazing. All team members are super helpful and friendly. Food was amazing, with a lot of plant based options (vegan). We decided to book the hotel due to reviews regarding the food We were only not very happy with the fact that we are not allowed to swim from our water villa before 9am, when the lifeguards start working.  We would recommend adding signs for guests to not feed the fish, as we saw some throwing even eggs (!) in the water by the restaurant. Also, to have some place (hooks or rack?) in the bathroom were we can dry clothes. Another idea would be to add daily morning yoga classes. Also consider placing families with young kids in water villa rooms that are not so close to couples, for a better relaxing experience.

One of the best hotels on Maafushi Island. The hotel arranges airport transfers from Velana International Airport, complete with full assistance – luggage handling and refreshing drinks. They are accommodating with early check-ins without extra charges. The hotel has its own Bikini Beach, which is cleaned daily. A wonderful breakfast is included, depending on your booking rate.

Transportation from airport to resort should have included, it’s quite expensive for almost £150 each extra. The room is old and ac is not cold enough but the view is amazing. The service could be a lot better as it’s 4 star hotel. I had a lot expectations as it’s Thai’s brand. All Centara in Thailand is unbelievable good. Foods are not worth the money at all. Breakfast is not good enough. Dinner is funny. Need to book the restaurant every night and every day are fully booked. It seemed like it’s just easier for them to get the customers pay for buffet which £50+ each night. It’s because of bad breakfast we don’t want to give it a try for dinner buffet. We needed to argued with reception to book us in, funny we only arrived in resort on the day, after we checked in we tried to book for dinner it was fulled until we checked out. The room beside us turned on music loudly at 7 am. We tried to use the app to contact reception no one responded and other messages as well, so idk why they bothered to ask us to download the app. Went to reception to report. They said they will let them know 5 pm still turn on music loudly! The last night we went to have dinner at Italian restaurant, almost finish starter I found a hair in my food, I told the lady she came but no apology just grap my plate and say she will check. 10 mins later a chef brought the new one out said sorry but I’m full and I almost finish the old one. So i denied to get it. But as 4 star resort and hospitality mindset is poor. We paid a lot of money but not worth it at all. Just only a view MALDIVES to keep us there till the last day

The hotel is beautiful and has the best location on Maafushi Island, directly on the beach. It's also the best place to book sea excursions and activities. However, there was a disturbance at 2:00 AM on the hotel beach. I contacted the front desk, and they told me the noise was coming from the locals in front of the hotel beach. Why do they allow such noise late at night right in front of the hotel?!

★★★★★ Staying in an overwater bungalow at Summer Island Maldives was an absolutely incredible experience. Being able to step directly into the ocean from my room was amazing, and the time spent gazing at the crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views was truly unforgettable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and just relaxing on the terrace felt incredibly luxurious. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, so I never got bored and enjoyed every meal. All the staff members were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile, which made my stay very pleasant. The island isn't too large, so I think it's perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax in a tranquil atmosphere. I can honestly and highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to experience an overwater bungalow in the Maldives! I definitely want to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives. The garden rooms were amazing, and the outdoor shower was such a unique and beautiful experience. It made the stay feel very close to nature and truly special. The resort is extremely family-friendly. It was wonderful to see my child happily playing and connecting with other kids at the kids club ,such a fantastic service that makes the stay even more enjoyable for families. The food was delicious with a very wide variety of options. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. In the evening, the atmosphere became even more special with beautiful live music that made the nights relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommended! ✨
