The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any request and making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The property offers complete amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms was clean and affordable about 1,500 PHP per room per night. We booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Enjoyed the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and SM Mall of Asia. No luggage rack, no refrigerator, no microwave, no pool at this Luna hotel. When my companion thought she left her 2,500 PHP Starbucks collectors mug the staff refused to check the lobby CCTV to see if we left it in the lobby at 7:28am or if we left it in the cab. We also had an issue in two of the rooms with tobacco smoke coming in through the air conditioning vents. This was a big issue for me since tobacco smoke sometimes triggers my migraines. It was difficult getting to the hotel even by walking since you had to walk down the Burger King drive through. There is essentially no parking and it is difficult for taxi cabs to pick you up.

The location was fantastic right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of several great restaurants and public transit. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was a breeze. If you just need a budget-friendly place to crash for a night or two and plan to spend most of your time exploring, this hotel gets the job done. But if you’re looking for modern comfort or a place to truly unwind, you might want to spend a little extra to upgrade.

The location was nice, it is nearby to the closest LRT station, you just have to walk for a little. If it is not such a hassle, choose this hostel. When we first came in, the room smelled nice. Even though there is only one fan in the room, the room is still comfortable to stay in, it is not hot. Also, if you’ll be staying for a night this is the perfect place to stay in because they only provide beds for you to sleep in, but if you’d like to have more stuff that you can actually use while you’re at your stay, that has more amenities, this is not for you. Lastly, I actually commend the shared bathroom. It is clean and has a bidet and also a toiletry that you can use. All in all, our stay is good. This is also our first time to check-in, so, not bad for the first time. Also, it is a budget-friendly place to stay in. Keep it up!

The staff are all friendly and accommodating the rooms are nice and clean good for couples traveling for vacations.

Booked king sky deluxe but they gave me twin sky instead. They said there was a leak on the room. This is my 2nd time booking in this hotel. They were also gonna transfer me to a twin room the 1st time I booked even though I booked a king sky. Hopefully the next time I booked, I get to use the room I actually purchased.

The budget hotel we've ever stayed, don't expect too much when it comes to cleanliness and amenities. Medyo matagal din ang service if you booked advance, aantayin pa nila sa system nila. But okay for its price per night naman depending sa room type.

Love this place if you are seeking calm, silent surroundings. However, sad to say they don't have an elevator, so you have to use the stairs—and we were on the 4th floor! A bit tiring climbing up, if you have heavy luggage u can ask for assistance from them, but otherwise very nice. The room we have sleepers, TV in chinese 🤔😂, complete toiletries, a clothe rack, no ref, with a cozy sofa. Also near to MOA & airports.

Very budget friendly accommodation worth the price. Very accesible to convenience store, have a lot of eateries nearby. Reception is welcoming very cozy and clean. The room is small though good for one night stay. What I don't appreciate is the comfort room, not cleaned time to time.

The room is good. Not very clean the toilet. The tv is not functioning. The internet is not a good connection. The front desk is friendly. Location is good . A lot of store to buy and eat. Easy to access to the airport and MRT station. With lift. Recommend it
