The most spacious hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo; it's clean, comfortable, and even has a natural hot spring. It's a bit far from the city center, but the TX line gets you there directly in 42 minutes. Plus, there's an airport bus that goes straight to the airport, and the price is great! The surrounding area is also very relaxing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This hotel, part of the Royal Park group, just opened this year. The lobby and rooms clearly show a well-thought-out concept, and the atmosphere, designed with Tokyo Disney Resort visitors in mind, is fantastic. I generally enjoyed my stay as expected, but I'd like to share a few points for future improvement. (1) Shuttle bus to the park and Maihama Station: The bus was far more crowded than I anticipated. With limited capacity and infrequent service (only 2-3 buses per hour), missing one means waiting about 30 minutes for the next. This would be miserable on a rainy day after leaving the park. I understand it would increase costs, but since the hotel is so close to both the park and Maihama Station, abolishing the timetable and having a continuous loop, similar to airport terminal shuttles, would significantly improve the experience. (2) Breakfast restaurant COMPASS on the 2nd floor: I was really looking forward to this, as it received high praise online and from YouTubers, but my overall impression was just 'okay'. Again, I know it would cost more, but in addition to the delicious hamburgers, the kitchen really needs a classic egg station. The coffee quality was a bit disappointing, tasting somewhat instant. I'm not asking for Southeast Asian standards, but the variety of fruits was far too limited. On the soft skills side, I noticed a stark difference in hospitality between the experienced Japanese staff and the foreign staff, who seemed to have limited work experience. The latter showed no smiles, were unfriendly, and didn't seem to actively support guests, appearing to be solely focused on their main task of clearing finished dishes. Please train them in the basics of customer service to develop them into top-tier hotel professionals. Working with such a lack of enthusiasm, even worse than a student part-timer, negatively impacts the entire restaurant's atmosphere. Of course, there are many wonderful staff, especially among the female employees, and I hope the newer staff can learn from these excellent role models. Despite my harsh feedback, the breads, dim sum, and miniature chirashi bowls were all very delicious.

I chose this hotel specifically for the hot springs, but they were a bit dirty, which I didn't really like. There also weren't any reasonably priced restaurants, so I had to rely on convenience stores. Overall, the facilities are old, and the service attitude is just average.

It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others.

Cleanliness is impeccable. Great for a night/layover Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests. It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken) Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years. Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building. Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest. ** I bought the japan 🍈 from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off 🥄** Ooshiiii 😋 Happy a precious, pretty looking melon didn't go to waste :D

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

The family room for four was quite spacious, and having a separate bed for everyone meant no disturbances. A big thank you to the restaurant staff on the first floor for keeping our forgotten headphones safe. The breakfast was also very generous, they even had a chocolate fountain! My personal favorites were the salad and yogurt. We also tried out the Japanese-style hot springs on the 7th floor; the water temperature was perfect. Just remember to bring your own towel. The bus from Narita Airport to the hotel costs 2900 JPY, with children under 12 paying half price. However, it takes a very long time because it first goes to Tokyo Disneyland, then to Tokyo DisneySea, then to other hotels like the Hyatt, and finally arrives at Mitsui. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is slower than taking the subway. The upside is you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs when changing subways.

This is an established star-rated hotel. Although a bit old, it's still maintained at a very high standard. The breakfast is extensive and offers a great variety. The shuttle bus to the airport and JR station is very convenient. It's an excellent choice if you're flying out the next day. For airport T2 shuttle, you can find it at pillar 26.

Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.

The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

楚晰Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good. Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline. My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift. Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part. The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.

KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita. There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

YYongyuande90houI had a layover in Tokyo and chose this hotel because it's very close to Narita Airport. I stayed here last year and had a good experience, so I came back again this year. This time, I opted for a room in the main building. I think the room must have been recently renovated as the facilities were brand new, but there was a faint smell of new paint, and the window couldn't be opened, which somewhat affected my sleep. The hotel service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though I'd say it's just average for a Nikko hotel. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was quite good, and Nikko hotel members get a 10% discount. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the JR station and Narita Mall. If you have some time, you can explore the attractions around Narita; it's quite nice.

EEduTI had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families and travelers visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. The rooms were impressively spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the modern layout, with comfortable beds, a seating area, and thoughtful amenities like a microwave and separate bath and toilet. It made the stay feel much more relaxed and convenient compared to typical city hotels. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenience for Disney trips. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea was reliable and easy to use, making it a great base without paying premium Disney hotel prices. There’s also a Lawson convenience store on-site, which was incredibly useful for quick meals, snacks, and late-night needs. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety to start the day, although it could have a bit more selection. The only downside is the location—it’s not very close to major train stations, so getting around central Tokyo takes a bit more time and planning. Overall, Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay offers excellent value for money. If you’re planning a Disney-focused trip or traveling with family and want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, this hotel is a great choice.
