Walang ma saksakan sa charger na good for USB kailangan mopang bumaba para makapag charge 😅 and they didn’t follow the time to check out kailangan pag umalis ka check out na yun. I hope they considering as a traveler na pagod na may Oras pako dapat mag pahinga sa room ko lasi 11am pa yung check out ko eh pero binigay na sa iba kase nag check out nadaw ako! Sana wag na ma ulit to lalo na sa mga nag babyahe.

This is already my 2nd time staying at Brightswood Hotel, and I keep coming back because I always have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is clean, convenient, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely worth coming back to. Just one small suggestion: it would be nice to have a soap holder inside the shower area. It’s a simple addition, but it would make the bathroom much more convenient for guests. Aside from that, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Thank you, Brightswood Hotel! Looking forward to staying here again. 😊

Great location very close to Vito Cruz LRT Station. The check in was smooth. The room and the shared bathroom were very clean. Wifi worked well. It can be quite hot during day time as the room did not have windows. Overall, I can recommend Brightwood for a short stay in Manila.

The shower and toilet weren't exactly sparkling clean, but they were perfectly functional. The room was small, but considering the price, I thought it wasn't too bad.

The room is okay, the bathroom door is broken. The bed has bed bugs. I checkout at 2 am because I can't sleep because of the bed bugs. They didnt refund my 2nd night which I never used.
