Right in the centre of Gran Via. Next to Ray Ban and Zara store. Perfect base. 001 bus from Madrid train station stops in front of the hotel and the metro stop Gran Via Callelllo stop is in front of the hotel.
The facilities are cleaned regularly. Each room has an A&C or fan. The WiFi is also very strong. A really good hotel with great facilities and affordable.
Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.

Selected the hotel by reviews and convenient location. From Atocha Station walk with a suitcase to hotel 22 min, because to the mountain.Back to the station 15 min.The road is straight, not lost.Take a single room with a bathroom in the hallway. In 5 days I haven't seen there Nobody-always free and perfectly clean.Cleanness in the whole hotel,in the hall and room.My room was small and comfortable, the window went out into the yard deaf,so it was always quiet. There is a coffee machine with capsules and cream, Delicious biscuits. From hotel compliment was-wine from Riohi and a pack of tomato chips.Cleaning every day.Water in small bottles in the fridge in the hall, can be taken with you.Excellent staff, met, settled, the location is perfect-to all museums and sights walked on foot.
My hotel rating is excellent!
Next time only here 😍

The location is in the center of the downtown area, so you can eat and drink or do some light shopping without any problems, but it is noisy until late at night, so it may be difficult without earplugs.
The rooms do not have any privacy, and are not separated by curtains.
The shower room was a surprise. It is divided by 5-6 walls, and the front is hidden by a curtain, with one shower room shared by men and women.
There are vending machines inside, amenities, locks, etc., but it is a bit expensive.
However, the accommodation price is cheap, so if you are a long-term tourist who doesn't mind being seen by others, it's fine, so please come.

Very downtown, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is an elevator, it is not very convenient to enter and exit, you need to ring the doorbell, the room is small and there are almost no facilities, but it is probably like this in such an expensive city center.
This hotel is within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu. Although the shower and toilet are shared, it was a very reasonable price for a single room. It was a little hot because there was no air conditioner and there was only something like a fan, but considering the price, I can't say luxury. Check-in was smooth. I would like to stay again when I come to Spain.
GGuest UserFor a day or two, the location is more than enough to get around, but it is not recommended for people with conditions or for children either, much less for older people, thanks.
MMariaB12Good location, quiet and safe area. Kitchen to cook but the other residents didn't like it when I tried to use the kitchen. Separate rooms for men and women but I chose to stay in the men's room to be with my son. I never had an issue in there. Some of the staff were kind and some was rude and gossipping to other customers us. The problem was the second day when I tried to use the women”s bathroom when I woke up in the morning -as I was advised to by the staff- and some Latino women didn't allowed me to go to the toilet. I went to the men's bathroom although they didn't like it too using theirs. In the afternoon I went again to take a shower, again in the women's room, and two other Latino women started talking and talking, making recommendations and problem. Again I left. Asked the receptionist about their boss to file a complaint but nowhere to be found. Just like Acacias and Thirty One so in Las Rosas the same boss but hiding. You can”t contact them. The same company owns these three and four more hostels and I realised this is the way they operate. They definitely have a personal issue with me and I don”t know if it is because I am a European citizen and not a Latina or it is something else. But that kind of bullying I've suffered in their hostels is unexceptable and I will not allow it. I will proceed in the court against them as they treat me like they are superior, they bullied me and they have to get what they deserve. So I will see them in court. As for their other hostel Rio who have cancelled our reservations and caused us so much trouble yesterday, I will write my review for them in every detail. So disrespectful and so unprofessional.
TTati_13The hostel was good and clean. My only real issue was with my roommates; they were up until 1 AM, laughing and chatting. The dorm room itself was divided into two sections: one for four girls and another for two. A big plus was that I had a bathroom shared with only one other person.
CChuan Qi NgThe staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk. There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤
The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.
GGuest UserThe room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables.
GGUOMINGThe location of the hotel is good, just near the train station, but because it is Hostel, there is no obvious facade, looking for a lot of time to find, the reception people do not understand English, through the computer translation to complete the dialogue. Service attitude is not bad.
Bbelial****The room was tiny, and the window was sealed shut and covered, so it felt like there was no window at all. The soundproofing was terrible; you could feel the whole room vibrate when the neighbors closed their doors or windows. However, the hygiene was excellent, very clean. It's close to Atocha and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
MM250434****The Korean lady who helped me check in at the front desk was very kind. The room isn't huge, but it doesn't feel cramped. It has a very private bathroom with a clothes rack, which is great for laundry. The shower and toilet are separate, which is convenient, and there are two sinks. Overall, a good experience. The location is also excellent. The pizza downstairs is decent, and there's a famous churros shop just a few minutes' walk away. It's right off the pedestrian street. The hostel has a kitchen, and there's a pretty large supermarket nearby – the best stocked one I saw during my entire trip to Spain. Lindt chocolates were just over 1 euro there; I regret not buying more as I couldn't find them in other cities. You can heat up prepared food in the kitchen microwave. The highly-rated Chinese restaurants nearby were all good; no bad experiences there.
PPaula VianThe service is fine although it took a long time to check in (15 minutes) I imagine the guy was new and didn't know how to do his job yet, otherwise it's fine, it's on a street parallel to Gran Via so the location is great, I have to say that the room I took which was a double one was quite good inside but the outside of the room looked like garage doors, the inside of the room can't be closed but it remains locked from the outside and at 1 in the morning they knocked on our door while my friend and I were asleep and they made noises outside the door until they stopped knocking, otherwise very good accommodation for one or two nights, breakfast a little scarce but in terms of quality and price I think it's fine since for the price of the rooms in this hostel it's hard to find in Madrid and that are well located
