Nice hostel in the centre of Madrid. Very clean and very friendly staff convenient for shopping and relaxing. Walking distance of palace and plaza mayor, I stayed few days late september and much enjoyed it.
Rooms have good bed and private shower/toilet, free wifi and simple but modern look. Small fridge is provided no kettle but there are plenty of small bars and restaurants nearby where coffee and simple breakfast will be €3,50 or so, set lunch around €12 including glass of wine or other drink.
Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.
Slightly far away from central Madrid, about 20mins walk from the train station, and another 20mins walk from the train station to central Madrid, so total about 40 minutes commute if you’re going to any tourist attractions. But the service at the hotel was really good, super friendly front desk and clean and quiet rooms. Overall, it was a good stay.

Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff.
Make yourself at home in one of the 14 air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and Smart televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Conveniences include safes and electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided on request.
Everything at the hotel is very good, free parking is available at the door. The only problem is that when checking in, take out the hotel reservation form. The front desk of the hotel said that there is this reservation form but it is not my name and ID information. This is a problem with the platform, not a problem with the hotel. I tossed for more than ten and twenty minutes at the front desk.

CCarlos IvanPretty crowded sometimes but I could work and sleep without any problem. My only concern was that AC didn't work at all, sometimes was pretty hot.
GGuest UserFor a day or two, the location is more than enough to get around, but it is not recommended for people with conditions or for children either, much less for older people, thanks.
MMariaB12Good location, quiet and safe area. Kitchen to cook but the other residents didn't like it when I tried to use the kitchen. Separate rooms for men and women but I chose to stay in the men's room to be with my son. I never had an issue in there. Some of the staff were kind and some was rude and gossipping to other customers us. The problem was the second day when I tried to use the women”s bathroom when I woke up in the morning -as I was advised to by the staff- and some Latino women didn't allowed me to go to the toilet. I went to the men's bathroom although they didn't like it too using theirs. In the afternoon I went again to take a shower, again in the women's room, and two other Latino women started talking and talking, making recommendations and problem. Again I left. Asked the receptionist about their boss to file a complaint but nowhere to be found. Just like Acacias and Thirty One so in Las Rosas the same boss but hiding. You can”t contact them. The same company owns these three and four more hostels and I realised this is the way they operate. They definitely have a personal issue with me and I don”t know if it is because I am a European citizen and not a Latina or it is something else. But that kind of bullying I've suffered in their hostels is unexceptable and I will not allow it. I will proceed in the court against them as they treat me like they are superior, they bullied me and they have to get what they deserve. So I will see them in court. As for their other hostel Rio who have cancelled our reservations and caused us so much trouble yesterday, I will write my review for them in every detail. So disrespectful and so unprofessional.
TTati_13The hostel was good and clean. My only real issue was with my roommates; they were up until 1 AM, laughing and chatting. The dorm room itself was divided into two sections: one for four girls and another for two. A big plus was that I had a bathroom shared with only one other person.
CChuan Qi NgThe staff is nice and friendly, beds are clean and comfortable. They provide blankets and pillow only, bring your own towels and sandals, and locks if you want to lock your locker. The community fridge is a nice touch but my breakfast got stolen, so put stuff there at your own risk. There are some weird men who loiters in the dining/waiting area at around 7am when I went to get my breakfast, they might be the culprit😤
The location is perfect!! It's 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station, which is gteat because I arrive pretty late and need to leave quite early.
GGuest UserThe room is small, but it is described in the room description, so it is in line with expectations. The room is clean and sanitary, the decoration is small and exquisite, it is a budget hotel with reasonable price, as the name says, it is a good choice for those who consider the budget. For a budget hotel, the breakfast is not good, but it is a pity that there are no vegetables.
GGUOMINGThe location of the hotel is good, just near the train station, but because it is Hostel, there is no obvious facade, looking for a lot of time to find, the reception people do not understand English, through the computer translation to complete the dialogue. Service attitude is not bad.
LLCA23I had a great stay at TOC Hostel in Madrid. The rooms are modern and spacious, and I really appreciated that the beds were made upon arrival. The staff was super friendly and chill, which made the atmosphere even better. I also loved the fact that the key to access the room was simply my fingerprint—such a cool and convenient feature! The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from SOL metro station, right in the heart of the city. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, everything was perfect.
GGuest UserThe reception is very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping is good, everything is clean, and the location is perfect. I understand that they offer the best they can at a lower price. I think they should lower the price of the lockers a little so they get used more. The facilities aren't great, but the reception staff makes up for it. They gave us popcorn once and moved my bed so I wouldn't be uncomfortable.
