GGuest UserI will start with the good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy.
Room 128 had no kleenex, clock, hangers or hairdryer. If MainStay is supposed to be like home, this place wasn't! Apparently they are trying to save the earth because the lighting is so dim you will not be reading in the room or applying makeup. Bathroom has a vessel sink which is a pain. There was a bar of soap and nowhere to put it. No plastic cups for brushing your teeth, but instead they have glass tumblers. Dangerous if one of those hits the tile bathroom floor! The web-site advertises free breakfast but there is no such thing. Then take it off of your web-site!

GGuest UserWe went out for breakfast about 8:15 no plates, no orange juice, no milk, no toast a couple of muffins and only enough batter for one waffle very disappointing. I had an appointment at the VA later and was expecting breakfast before I went

FFreeBirdsBooked a 2 night stay again at Extended Stay America located at Columbia I-26. Room booked was for disability access as we were recovering from a leg injury but what happened when we checked in, we were given a room on 3rd floor. Front desk staff said there's no disability access room available even though it showed availabilities on booking page; the staff mentioned she'll refund us the money if we didn't want the room. Our room was all the way to the end too. We were too tired to go anywhere and chose to stay. Booking was made thru Trip.com and the capable support team noted the issue with room booking. They were very quick to resolve the issue we had too. Thank you ESA and especially Trip.com. You have the best support team!

AAdventurer101The property has improved since the last time I stayed here. Room was clean and all amenities were as described. This property has started serving breakfast too for those who booked rooms with meals. I was concerned about the bugs like what had happened during my stay before; however, the only time I saw a bug crawling on the wall was on my last night here. All in all, an improved property.
