🌟 Best Value for Solo Backpackers!This budget-friendly spot is perfect for solo backpackers, offering a clean and safe environment where guests respect house rules so you can get a great night's sleep without chaotic party noise. It is incredibly convenient for transit since all of Munich is within reach using just an Airport-City-Day-Ticket, which covers your airport ride and gives you unlimited city travel for the day. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic for morning energy, and their beers are excellent and well worth the price—highly recommended for a cheap, respectful, and fun stay!

The reason I chose this hostel is its affordable price (8 beds femare room - in one big room), located close to Nürnberg Hbf (only 1 stop using U-Bahn), and the bunk bed has a curtain (the most important thing, since it gives you privacy). The shared bathroom is clean and has two showers and two toilets. This hostel also (surprisingly) has a well equipped kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. You can cook by yourself and eat your food in its nice kitchen (there are some chairs and tables with sockets). I will definitely stay in this hostel again if I come to Nürnberg.

Convenient location, close to flixbus stop, hpf and town centre. Luggages can be stored before check-in, free of charge but the area is unlocked. No check-out process is needed because they use password code instead of card key.

I stayed at this A&O hostel for three days, and the water pressure in the shower was consistently so low it was barely a trickle. Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning, so we roasted in 40-degree heat. They claim to provide fans, but for a room with 8 people, the person on the top bunk just gets the sound of the fan, not the breeze. Cleanliness wasn't an issue, and I was surprised the internet worked flawlessly, as it's been a big problem at other A&O hostels. The bathroom could use some maintenance. The staff lady was quite annoying; she was practically a Nazi officer, constantly on my case with ridiculous rules like 'no lying down,' 'no stretching your legs,' 'no yawning,' 'no closing your eyes.' On the bright side, it's very central, right by the Flixbus stop and close to the train station, and there's a Lidl right there too.

The hostel was clean and tidy. There was a limited number of powerpoints though which meant that it was hard to charge phones and other items. There was also no curtains on the bunks which meant there was very little privacy.

The hotel is further from the airport than expected. We took Uber there and it cost EUR21.9. We arrived late at night and the hotel was very kind to put an envelope at the gate, which is the password we need to access the room. (Note: they used password instead of key cards). The room is small but it’s perfectly clean and has everything we need to stay a night before the journey the next morning. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away that we took bus to the nearest train station.

Room - 8/10 - Good for solo/friends - Toilet clean - Got your own fan on the bunker bed - locker enough to fit 40L+ bag and also 2 hanged clothes Amenities - 7.5/10 - Great bar to relax - Amazing common area but quite smelly since next to guest kitchen - Public (Guest) Kitchen is quite busy because the fridge is always full with other guest foods - Affordable food at the small cafe - Wifi (just enough to watch YouTube) Location - 10/10 - Next to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and Tram - Halal foods is everywhere Overall - 9.5/10 will totally stay here again!

I found it just a short walk from DB station. It's also about a 10-minute walk to the old town. The B&B breakfasts weren't very appealing so I ate outside. The room key is a pin code so it's easy. Nothing special was done when checking out.

This place is really convenient as there is a direct train from airport. Also, as a female solo traveler, this place is really safe! The room itself was clean and the staffs were helpful. I arrived before the check-in time but i managed to drop my luggage in provided lockers. Although it is not free, the price is much cheaper than in the train station. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book here again if i come to munich :-)
