This is a very good value for money hotel. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel's service. The hotel manager Gökhan contacted me through social networks a few days before my stay to ask about my check-in time and if I needed anything. I also took this opportunity to ask some questions about traffic information. Several staff members at the hotel front desk were also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to provide tea and candy. Every time I asked a question, they went out of their way to provide me with the most comprehensive information and help. This house is entirely the property of this hotel. There is a restaurant downstairs, a beautiful lobby on the first floor, and rooms upstairs. There is a large elevator and nice decoration. They upgraded my room so it was on the top floor with a good view. The room is fully equipped with TV, hairdryer and refrigerator. Wireless internet is available on every floor. The bathroom is quite large and the balcony is also very comfortable. Free breakfast is also provided in the morning. The breakfast in Van is very rich, and there are many kinds of jams. Every breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel is in a great location, very central. But it's in a relatively small alley, so it's not noisy. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist areas near Van, where you can take a public bus, which is very convenient. If you want to take a taxi, there is a taxi stand within a three-minute walk from the hotel. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The hotel's mattress is relatively soft. This hotel is generally a good choice, especially with its high cost performance, good location and good service attitude.
The staffs were very friendly and kind, the hotel was located in a beautiful calm place
The breakfast was poor and very limited choices
Hotel restaurant’s food was very poor, the hotel was old not renewed for many years
The only strength of that hotel was good and friendly staffs
I travelled for business propse
It is new building and clean.
Staffs are friendly & nice.
Most important thing in this hotel is
The reception Lady👍
She has the most important roll in managing hotel.
She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is
About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place.
This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel.
I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍
Thank you🙏🏻
When we went to the Comfort Suite hotel, they told us that since we made our reservation late, they did not have any available rooms and that we would stay at a different hotel. We were taken to the Pars Palace hotel. The room was large enough, it was clean, and we liked the breakfast very much. Vana is the hotel we will choose when we come back.
If you look at a super hotel everywhere, if you think it is a very clean and quiet family I recommend it only breakfast a little weak and they have solved it by making it in the kitchen themselves, and over and over, they've got it twice as good as the price.
Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.
Great location, but a bit noisy without AC to keep windows closed. Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Overall, a nice stay!
It is close to the centre of Van and can be easily reached by Serbis shuttle bus from the bus terminal.
The room has been refurbished and is quite clean and the waters are clean. The hot water flows out correctly. There is also an elevator, so even if you have a lot of luggage, you can rest assured.
There is no electric kettle and no air conditioning in the room, so it may not be suitable for summer stay. The Wi-Fi connection is good.
The breakfast is simple, but considering that you can stay at a reasonable price, there is no problem.

GGuest UserStaffs are friendly and attentive
I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business
I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities.
Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van
I highly recommend it to anyone

PPelinnnI have been coming to Van every week for years. This is the first time I have stayed in such a clean hotel. The staff was also modest and friendly. It seems like it will be a hotel I will choose often.
SSitGood location, on the side of the road, very close to the city center. If the room is noisy at night on the side of the road, but it is quiet late at night without a car. The opposite cooperative parking lot is not completely free, it is 1700~1100. The hotel is pleasantly surprised, the lobby and room have a 3~4 star feeling. Compared with the hotels in eastern Turkey, breakfast is very general.
