Reached in the middle of the night, Check in was quick and serviced level excellent. The location is also great, just a couple of blocks from the main walking street for shopping and food. The only inconvenience is it's along one way street and a distance from Metrol station. Other wise a hotel to recommend if going to Wuhan again.

Hotel is great and location is good. A lot of foo around and near to shopping area. Room is very clean and we are surprised with the projector in the room to watch TV shows, very big and sharp image. Bed is very comfortable. Overall everything is good and must eat dinner at their restaurant at level 8. Food is tasty and a waitress there, sorry i forgot your name, is very helpful and recommend nice food. Very patient and nice to help me to order food when i could only speak very basic mandarin

The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Loved the shower. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat and things to do. Very accommodating. Even the cleaning staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located on the upper floors of an old building. The location is good, near Jianghan Road subway station. You can walk to Yanjiang Avenue and Lihuangpi Road. It is good for traveling. But it is not friendly to drive by yourself, it is too congested. The facilities of Atour are good. You can directly ask for pillows. The bedding is what I am most satisfied with. Now Atour is equipped with a gym and a laundry room. I am very surprised by the laundry room. I sent my clothes to be washed, and someone helped me dry and fold them. Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

I called the hotel before I went there, added WeChat, and patiently sent the location to me, but I was not satisfied when I left. Parking is free for 24 hours, free until 19:25 the next day. Because I was delayed in the parking lot for a while, I arrived at the exit at 19:28, so I was asked to pay the full 24-hour parking fee of 41.5 yuan. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

Downstairs is the Natural Tower. From the room, you can see Yichang citizens walking and dancing by the river. It is also convenient to eat around. You can reach Wanda Plaza a few kilometers along the river. I continued to renew the reservation the next day. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself. During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

We stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic. Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too. Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more. Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

Along with many gift shops to explore There is a bar in the area serving craft beer and a 24hr pool hall. Shiyan Town is about a 20-30min walk down the main road Buffet breakfast is available and the restaurant is situated in another hotel nearby. I would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay regardless. Transport is very convenient to the airport.

Unfortunately, during my stay, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. 🚽 Facilities: One highlight was the modern and impeccably clean toilet facilities. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided. In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks.
