The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location right in Wuhan's city center. Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street is less than a 500-meter walk away, and charming historical buildings from the Republic of China era can be reached in under 1000 meters. The three of us each booked a king room. Every room had a chic, 'light luxury' design with a premium feel, and was spotlessly clean. The large windows, in particular, made the rooms wonderfully bright. The toiletries provided were complete and of high quality. My friends consistently praised my choice of hotel, saying they would definitely recommend it to their own friends in the future. What truly stood out was the refreshment station in the ground-floor lobby. It was well-stocked with various drinks, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, and pastries. Every morning, before heading out, I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go! Furthermore, a fantastic bonus was the unlimited supply of Jing Tian mineral water. Unlike many other hotels that only provide two complimentary bottles daily, this hotel conveniently placed mineral water stations next to the elevators, allowing guests to grab a bottle whenever they wished.

Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

The hotel boasts a superb location on Jianghan Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. We were traveling with elderly family members and children, and upon arrival, the hotel was undergoing renovations, which made things a bit less convenient than usual. However, we received a complimentary room upgrade that far exceeded our expectations. The front desk had warned us about potential noise from the renovations, but we didn't hear a thing during our three-day stay.

The front desk was really nice, and the room was upgraded for free! It felt different when I saw the warm note when I entered the door, which was very nice! The hygiene was spotless (my wife has a habit of always wiping the countertop with napkins), and the hotel breakfast was good! Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and there are many places to eat and eat. Although many places are under renovation, many are open. I ate the beef patties that ** often brushes! I didn't taste them one by one due to time constraints, I will go shopping next time I check in!

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

I had a really great time at the Wuhan Huihao Hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, the prepared non-smoking room was clean and with a good smell and the breakfasts were amazing like you can see on the pictures. The location is absolutly perfect! The metro station and the pedestrian street are really close (150m). If i have the chance to visit Wuhan in the future for a second time, i would stay here again! Thank you very much for the great time and the comfortable stay at the hotel!

The room was very clean, offering a beautiful view, and the night view was even more stunning. Kids under 1.4 meters eat breakfast for free, a policy much more generous than many other hotels; previously, at other hotels, I always had to pay for extra meal tickets for my children. From the breakfast area, we had panoramic views of the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and the Parrot Island Yangtze River Bridge. The hotel is exceptionally close to Hubu Alley, the Yellow Crane Tower, the Yangtze River Bridge, and Zhonghua Road Wharf. The staff thoughtfully provided sightseeing route cards for each attraction in the lobby. Following these cards, I visited the Wuhan Science and Technology Museum, a museum, and the Yellow Crane Tower, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel service was excellent. I was deeply touched when we left; the staff not only provided the optimal route to the high-speed rail station but also drove us to Metro Line 4 at 12 PM, helping us with our luggage the entire way and even giving the children many small snacks. Highly recommended!

Although the daily breakfast is not as diverse as the hotel buffet breakfast, it is enough to feed the ”Five Zang Temple” and start the other day with a satisfying breakfast. The snacks + fruit platter after returning from the evening tour made the day start with anticipation and end with great satisfaction. The staff and owners of the B&B are all very nice, friendly and enthusiastic. In short, the trip these few days has become a lot more warm and comfortable because of ”Ranqi·Younan”. Looking forward to seeing you again~

My experience there was good. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was good, though I wish it had a minibar. The breakfast was delicious, but if you want some black coffee, you better get it on one of the nearby cafes. The cleaning staff would go to my room around 6pm, which I think is a bit late, but they still went anyways. The location has its pros and cons. The pros are that it’s close to a subway station and you can take a walk to the Hubu Alley and the riverside. In the spring, the scenery around the hotel is beautiful, it has a lot of roses and other kinds of flowers, attracting many tourists and making it hard to carry the luggage around there. The streets are also not that luggage-friendly so it’s quite a mission to walk to the hotel carrying it. I did have some trouble finding the hotel entrance and had to ask five different people for directions. If you don’t speak Chinese, get your translation app ready. Here’s a tip: you’ve gotta take an elevator to get to the hotel lobby.

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, truly like sleeping on a cloud, and after a night of restful sleep, the morning sun gently awakened our senses. What truly stood out was the hotel's dining experience. The breakfast selection was extensive and of exceptional quality, meticulously prepared with everything from local specialties to international flavors. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities — from the state-of-the-art equipment in the fitness center and the tranquil clarity of the pool to the professional and soothing spa services — provided us with comprehensive relaxation and enjoyment. The most commendable aspect was the professionalism and genuine warmth of the hotel staff. They consistently responded promptly to our needs, and their warm smiles and thoughtful demeanor transformed every inquiry or request into a pleasant interaction.
