Reached in the middle of the night, Check in was quick and serviced level excellent. The location is also great, just a couple of blocks from the main walking street for shopping and food. The only inconvenience is it's along one way street and a distance from Metrol station. Other wise a hotel to recommend if going to Wuhan again.

The location is very much convenient and the walking street is just door step only. Subway station is also nearby about 5 to 8 min walk. Just the traffic issue during peak hours. Hope that hotel can do some upgrading of the room to upkeep the room. Recommend to all.

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

The staff are super friendly and very helpful...they knew we were going out on a cool day and they offered us two small bottles of warm honey drink. The hotel is new, very very clean and with very flexible policy...we were allowed to check in at 6am with a reasonable payment. Breakfast were wonderful. All day you can enjoy the coffee, drinks and also yogurt. The indoor and outdoor sitting of the restaurant is very nice. Very near MRT station; walking distance to a lot of restaurants/stalls with good food - across the street is Mcdonald. -- ＞We decided to extend another day stay there.

Good price deal for this hotel. Very next to Sonjiagang metro station. Airport is just 10 mins away by metro. Wuhan street is almost 50 minutes travel by metro. But worth travellig to Wujan street in the evening. Overall room size and amenities are good. Will prefer to stay here next time.

The hotel is in a great location. It's a 10-minute walk from the subway station. You can go to the community to eat snacks and supper in 5 minutes. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The room is very quiet. The facilities are complete and clean. There will be an aunt to clean every day. The takeaway is delivered to the door by a robot. It's very nice.

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

What a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.

Very good Hotel with really everything. Many things in the spaceous room like earplugs, water, shoes, tea and more. There is even a room with a washing maschine and a dryer which can be used for free. Good, fine breakfast. Great shower! Would defenetly come again. Really good for the price! If you want to book a room with view to the nice bridge think also about the big street im front which is not so quiet. But the view is great.

I called the hotel before I went there, added WeChat, and patiently sent the location to me, but I was not satisfied when I left. Parking is free for 24 hours, free until 19:25 the next day. Because I was delayed in the parking lot for a while, I arrived at the exit at 19:28, so I was asked to pay the full 24-hour parking fee of 41.5 yuan. I called the hotel three times on my mobile phone, but they didn't answer. The WeChat voice calls on both sides also didn't answer. I have no problem paying the parking fee beyond the time, but I had no choice but to pay the fare because I was in a hurry to leave, which made me feel bad.

The location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself. During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

The staff at the Hotel was super friendly and helpful. We had lots of questions about what to do in the are and they were super helpful. The hotel was very clean and had all the ammenities we needed, including laundry facilities we could use for free. The entire experience in Lichang was made better because of the staff.

We stayed for a night to catch the cruise and the hotel is within 3 mins easy stroll to the tourist center and Yangtze river. The shopping center and many restaurants are also within 5 to 10 minutes walk so the hotel location is fantastic. Room is clean and we had great view to Yangtze river and bridge. Free self service laundry at 6F which is a big plus for us. Free snacks and juice in the lobby and the breakfast is good too. Hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. Our cruise shuttle bus departs at 5:30pm and the front desk helped us extend the room for 3hrs until 5pm for only 99 Yuan so the kids and our parents can rest more. Overall great choice for family travelling and we highly recommend!

A lovely hotel in the heart of Yichang. Awesome customer service, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Although the beef was a bit tough, the flavors were excellent. They give awesome little snack bags on arrival, and the room was amazing, with teas on offer. Very clean room with thick towels and plenty of hot water. Would stay again for sure!

Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training. Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

Wanda Yuehua Qixia Wuyi Hotel is located at the entrance of Wudang Mountain Visitor Center, which is very convenient for visiting Wudang Mountain. The new hotel is well decorated and designed, clean and comfortable, with a self-service laundry room. The parking lot is at the Jianguo Hotel near the hotel. The breakfast is not good. It is in a simple restaurant called Fish Together. It is very bad. There are only four so-called set meals and they are very simple.

I booked two rooms with my friends. They were good in every aspect. If you plan to travel on the ropeway, staying in Qiongtai is the best choice. This hotel is the newest and has the best facilities in Qiongtai. The hardware is probably at the level of Crystal Orange and Mercure from Huazhu, and the service can compete with a five-star hotel. Although breakfast is relatively simple, it tastes good. The ingredients for the dinner are very fresh, moderately sweet and salty, and very healthy. Coffee is even better than Luckin. Just pay attention to the last bus time of the scenic spot. When we went there, the last bus from Taizipo back to Qiongtai was at 17:30. If you missed it, the bus the hotel contacted for help would be very expensive. However, despite the hotel's non-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette odor lingering in the corridors and some rooms. 🛎️ Service: Although the absence of a lift was a bit inconvenient, the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage. Despite appearing initially aloof, the concierge staff surprised me with their patience and helpfulness, providing valuable local insights. 👍 Additional Services: The hotel offers tour guide services at a reasonable price, which I found to be on par with external options. I engaged one and was pleased with the service provided. In conclusion, Wanda Yuehua·Yinxi Hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, albeit with some minor drawbacks. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 5 minutes drive. The lobby is clean and bright. The window of the room is the distant mountain. You can see the clouds in the mountains. There is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, two treadmills, two rowing machines, two bicycles, two standing bicycles, a gantry frame, Enough exercise. There is also a free table tennis table in the next room, and Hongshuangxi table tennis is unlimited. The service is warm and generous. This is a very distinctive inn with a good location and convenient transportation. The staff said that this is a combination of a modern hotel and an inn, with a large garden-style landscape with a check-in point everywhere. The butler service in the park is very warm and thoughtful. Entering the room is a warm feeling of being at home. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, and very comfortable to stay in.

Wudang Mountain Hotel, if you are so good, I won’t be able to leave! The environment is comfortable and pleasant, the rooms are neat and clean, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich and varied. 訂的行政套房，挺大的，環境也很好，裝修很精緻，各種用具傢俱都很齊全。就是服務人員可能還需要培訓培訓，給人感覺甚至不如路邊快捷酒店。浴室隔音有點一般，可能是因為房間靠走廊盡頭的原因，泡澡的時候都能聽到走廊上倆阿姨聊天，保潔的服務水平也一般，晚上出去吃飯，想着打個電話問問看，要是保潔沒下班的話就來收拾一下，接通了問我是需要哪些，我説送點毛巾和水，結果回來就衹送了水，毛巾也沒送，垃圾就放在門口，都不知道順便丟一下，一點都不用心，下午打電話要毛巾也是，一沓抱過來，還能再抽走幾張，還好出來穿着拖鞋，不然這一下人差點摔倒。
