The value for money with this hotel is hard to beat. It is centrally located next to a number of restaurants and within walking distance of famous attractions. The staff speaks great English and is very accommodating. You can book transport to other areas of interest like Yangshuo or the Longji rice terraces from the hotel. The rooms are simple but quite clean and comfortable, and there is a nice hostel atmosphere in the lobby.

The hotel has a perfect location super close to river and to the city centre walking disctrict. The 24/7 front desk makes it also possible to check in at late night. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Free water was provided on a daily basis in the room. European chargers could be used at the multi-functional outlets. - This was especially very convenient.

Very bad service. Front desk was never staffed, we had to wait and search for someone for checking in/ every time we needed something. We booked a room with breakfast, which also was a huge fail. Breakfast is served in a separate little restaurant in the street, however this place was randomly closed when we were there. The only available staff to talk to was a cleaning lady who came after we waited for 30 minutes. She unsuccessfully tried to contact someone in charge and then just walked away, leaving us without a solution. The boss apparently was nowhere to be found and did not reply to her messages. After more than one hour, we went to a restaurant ourselves and of course also paid for the breakfast. When asked, they did not refund us this money. This is really sad, as the room was otherwise fairly nice.

Amazing hostel. 4 minute walk from bus station and ancient old town. Good access to activities in the area and information can be obtained from the hostel. Quick and easy check in and manager spoke English and able to explain everything we needed. Bar and drinks available on site and food can be purchased additionally. Room was 4 person dorm, 3 of us in there. Squat toilet (not sure if every room has a squat but for those who struggle with this, I would check). Plenty of food and shops within 2 minute walk. Great communal space downstairs, chilled vibes. We loved it

Oops, the bed in this hotel is so hard that every time I lie down, I wonder if I have a new bone problem in my waist 😂 - it's like an enhanced version of a human flesh cushion! I really want to feel as soft as a cloud, Next time, be sure to choose a hotel with better beds before checking in. I hope every customer can have a warm resting space.

An excellent hotel close to local village amenities eg market and bus station and within easy walking distance of the tourist amenities of the 'ancient town', the Li River scenic spots and into the countryside. The friendly manager went out of his way to be helpful and patient, his charming wife is an excellent cook in the conveniently adjacent restaurant (with a discount for hotel guests). The view from the room's foor to ceiling windows is stupendous and unimpeded. Recommend to all travellers. Xingping is an authentic taste of local rural life in this wonderful kharst region

I’m kicking myself for choosing this place over somewhere that was closer to the center of town/tourist area… I prefer walking over biking/scooter so that was my downfall. As of August, they rent out scooters for 30Y/day (but max 30km, or 50Y/day with outside scooters) and bikes for 10Y/day. On the bright side, this place would be perfect for relaxing with the pool and the quiet away from a bustling street and the clean shared spaces - the dorm seemed to be solid beds but mine was a bit dusty in the corners. I saw they also had multiple free washing machines on the 6th floor with a large drying area for guests, so that would also have been convenient to use if needed. My room was a walk up (but I bet a majority of the buildings around there are) so after the adventures of the day it was pretty exhausting going up and down. If you’re set on renting a scooter or bike or even wanting to settle in Yangshuo for a longer time, then I really would recommend this place.

Steps away from a lively pedestrian only food street, plus walkable to many other city highlights. It was easy to take the bus from the northern train station to the city center, and then walk to the building. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. You access the apartment with a key code. It would help if the owner/manager provided photos of the building so it's easier to find. For foreigners, keep in mind the bathroom is a squat toilet but everything else is superb. One of my photos shows the white building which is where the apartment is located on the 2nd/3rd floor depending on your booking.

In addition, there is a washing machine on the sixth floor, a rest area and a refrigerator on the first floor, and bottled drinking water is provided daily. The location is excellent, close to Yangshuo Park, West Street and the Li River flowing eastward, with convenient transportation and extremely convenient to call an online taxi.

On our last night in Guilin, we had a flight at 8 o'clock the next day. The sister at the front desk was kind enough to give us a breakfast and help with packing. She also upgraded the room for free. I am really grateful to the sister at the front desk😊 The room facilities are very good and high-end, especially the hotel's food delivery robot, which is the last surprise Guilin gave me. Thank you. There is also an airport drop-off service, thank you! It was a worthwhile trip, thank you to everyone on the road!

I was droppy off by my tour bus in Yangshuo downtown so I booked a Didi to the hostel for only 9 kuai. Take note that the hostel is not along a major street. From the pinned location, cross to the other side and walk straight. There is an old building bearing the name Lao Ban Cheng but that is not the one. Head forward and you'll find the neon sign. The check-in was fast and I was given to a bunk bed room for two people but I was the only one in the room. There is a private toilet and bathroom and they have a water heater and hair dryer. The location is only near West Street for good food and shopping. I found a restaurant that offers RMB 68 for a set meal of beer fish, veggies, and stir fried chicken (I think). I don't eat rice so I devoured everything on my own. The Yangshuo Railway Station is about 50 minutes away from the hostel. You can take a bus from West Street to Downtown Yangshuo for RMB 2 and then bus to the railway station for RMB 22. But I was lazy so I just booked Didi and left the hostel at 8:30. I paid RMB 68. IT was a good decision as I still saw more karst mountains. The hostel offers basic breakfast of bread and hot drinks but I was not up to it. But this is a big plus for a budget accommodation. I would book this hostel again if I find myself in Yangshuo again.

The hotel has a very strategic location, located in the city center, very close to West Street and the commercial center, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The front desk owner of the hotel has a very good service attitude and actively helps us solve various problems and recommend tourist attractions. The hotel will be newly renovated in 2024. It has complete facilities, including a washing machine. It is hygienic and clean. The room is spacious and the bed is very big. It provides breakfast and luggage storage, rental of electric vehicles, pending travel products and other services. It is suitable for family travel and is highly recommended!

Jackie and Leo are both lovely I was offered so much generosity and warmth straight away! Extremely knowledgeable about all the areas hikes and activities, linked it with good recommendations for local food and drinks. Also very attentive to questions and also providing help whilst finding trails on hikes etc. Genuinely lovely people in a incredibly beautiful landscape. It makes sense to stay here. Its the one.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting YangShou. From the rooms to the people, everything has been above our expectations. The rooms are all facing the Li River with balcony views. The rooms are clean and quite chic, they are also very spacious. The location is great because it's close to the ferry pier and also 1-2mins from West Street (something close to a night market). The reception is great, no matter who is at the front, they are always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They have been helpful countless times and are super friendly. All in all, a great place to stay, only draw back is that they don't have an elevator so you will have to lug your luggage up to your room. (Receptionist can help though :D)

This B&B is really a little blessing in the trip! It is in an excellent location, close to the scenic area, within walking distance, surrounded by green mountains and green waters, quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle. The owner of the B&B is an artist. He decorated every corner of the room with ingenuity. Original paintings are hung on the walls, which make people feel a strong artistic atmosphere. The owner is hospitable, the service is thoughtful, and the atmosphere is also very good. When I woke up in the morning, I could see the beautiful mountain view through the window, breathing the fresh air, and my mood was particularly comfortable. In short, this stay experience was great. Whether it is a family trip or a couple's vacation, this is the best choice. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🌹🌹🌹

This hotel is in a great location, close to lots of little local shops, but also the big malls, a local market, and a night food market, in Xiguan road, close to two useful metro lines and area was quiet at night. The staff were so helpful, using a translation app to ensure we understood each other. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. I loved Nanhu lake, line 1 and Qingxiushan, line 3.

Hotel was inside an office building located at 8th & 9th floor inside the building . Securities wise was no coz everyone can just come in using the lift or staircase . I book a big room was big enough . No fridge inside the rooms . Got condom sell inside hotel rooms just using qr scan. Forgot put up the do not disturb sign and got cleaner come in to do housekeeping and my cloth put on bed was throw on table by cleaner , a bit uncomfortable of the action . Building was in good location went to a lot attractive areas. Breakfast is Chinese style , don’t expect got coffee . Bathroom wall was abit dirty . Others was ok

At first it may look a lityle bit complicated. To find the place, to get through security. But just write to houseowner. He'll guide you with fine english. And experience itself is interesting. Does not require a lot of time. Cats are very nice. View from 23 store are also really great. The subway is a few minuites by walking. And you could eat during this way. There are a lot of shops all around. Room is fine for a hostel. A bed was a little bit short for me. Diagonal position worked just fine.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is food at the door of the hotel and motorcycles are just a few dozen meters away. It is very convenient to travel. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. I am very satisfied

It was my first time to experience underground hotel accommodation, which was a novel feeling. I thought the corridor of the high-speed rail station outside the window would be very noisy, but the actual sound insulation effect is very good, and I can't hear any sounds from outside.

The woman was really nice and helpful. She was always available and fast answering by Wechat. Building easy to arrive and very good located. I've been traveling around China for 3 months and this is a very good quality price accommodation if ypu are traveling solo or ypu need something close to the railway station. 100% recommended :)

Just on New Year's Day, I took the children out of Nanning Fangte to play. I asked for a 3-bed room. I checked out the next afternoon. The service attitude was OK. I had to pay a 30-block overtime fee. The hygiene was very clean and breakfast was eaten.

Disposable shoes will rot as soon as you wear them. There is a moldy smell in the room. The quilt is a bit dry, not worth the price
