The room is clean, the health has no smell, the front desk service is super good, the facilities are perfect, the location is good, there are many places to eat, drink and play around, the environment is good, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the room facilities are complete, I like the room decoration style, the network is powerful, it is recommended to stay.

A great place to stay. It was clean and close to many restaurants. The main pedestrian street is around 20 minutes walking distance away but that's ok as there is a lot to see on the way or even buses. The staff was really helpful with giving us instructions and the hotel is walking distance from Guilin railway station. I recommend staying here.

Good location of 150m from Train Station, in commercial shop lots area, thus 2-3 mins walk to mini marts, eateries etc. 5-6 mins DiDi ride to scenic spots, Park ,Historic Old walking street, malls, museum, night markets etc, or best is eBike around as weather is great and good road conditions and traffic to eBike around! Hotel is well maintain, super clean, smell fresh, keycard access for security, lift to each floor. Hotel room is comfortable, hot water shower, water dispenser at lobby, clean sheets, water boiler for coffee, strong wifi signal, TV with local tv box channels. Host is helpful and room is great pricing for foreigner-guests. Safe choice for Solo female backpacker definitely value for money probably one of my best stays in Guanxi province. Highly recommend!

I stayed in a special room with a large bed facing the street. It was a room on the first floor next to the service desk and the elevator. The layout and size of the room were okay. There was no hot water in the morning. The window was on the first floor. There were other residential rooms next to it. It was the worst place. The good thing is that sleeping at night will be disturbed. We arrived at the hotel at one o'clock, and it was already two o'clock after washing up. After sleeping for a while, we were awakened at three o'clock by the sound of the hotel front desk directing other cars to park outside the window, because there were parking in front of the hotel. It was full, so we could only park on the roadside by the window at the back. People were talking outside the window in the middle of the night, and they were very loud. They did not consider the rest of the guests. Although the room is on the first floor, guests should also pay attention to it. rest, other hotel front desk staff are very nice

1⃣️Service: When I first checked in, the remote control in the room was faulty, and the cleaning lady quickly replaced it with a good one; the front desk staff also quickly solved the problem of TV playback. The cleaning lady cleaned up the garbage and changed disposable slippers every day. I like the service; 2⃣️Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the room is within the normal standard of the hotel, but there is hair on the small shower head, which makes travelers feel unhappy; 3⃣️Facilities: The room facilities are within the normal standard of the hotel. The headlight above the TV always makes noise after turning it off, and the toilet button requires travelers to press hard to flush it, which is a minus point; 4⃣️Environment: The hotel environment is good. The Guilin Station bus stop is downstairs, which is very convenient to go to the city; it is very close to Guilin Station and you can get there by taking the underground passage; 5⃣️Supplement: I stayed for a total of three nights. During my stay at the hotel, I did not notify the front desk to correct the problems in the above room, because I don’t like too many people entering and leaving the room. The hotel should check the room facilities regularly;

Easy to find. Kind staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and hot water is strong. Aircon works. Extended my stay.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel is located near the train station as we wanted. They are small restaurants and shops around. The receptionists were very helpful.

We stayed here twice within a month but have to say that our first stay was much much better than the second. I think it really depends what floor your room is on - we had no problems the first time in a room on the 10th floor but the second time we were on the 4th floor and there were so many mosquitoes and a cockroach in the room. The room also smelled like cigarettes.

Shangkeyou Hotel (Guilin North Station High-speed Railway Square) has good facilities, sanitary environment and considerate service, especially the service of the lady at the front desk is very good.
