SalomeHSeriously, Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people. I got bitten all over my back by bed bugs – first time ever in my life! As soon as I got to Kas, the next city, I immediately bought medicine and high-temperature disinfected all my clothes, and sprayed all my luggage with alcohol. The rest of my trip was filled with anxiety, constantly worried I'd carried the bugs with me. I even sent a private message to the hotel afterward; I don't know if they saw it. Their service attitude was very good, and I know they tried their best, but for me, this experience was truly terrible. I was driving on a road trip, and my back was constantly itching, then it became red, swollen, and inflamed. It's been almost a month since I returned home, and the dark marks on my back still haven't disappeared. I really couldn't hold it in anymore; I had to leave this review. If the hotel doesn't handle this properly, more people will get bitten. All the clothes in my suitcase that weren't isolated were thrown away, not to mention the discomfort throughout the journey. This was truly the worst experience of my Turkey trip. The picture shows my back on the first day I was bitten, before it became red, swollen, and inflamed. In the following days, it swelled up, and even I was disgusted looking at it. What makes me sad is that the hotel staff were genuinely good people, and I know they didn't want this to happen, but it did. I'm writing this review now because I just couldn't keep quiet. Please, hotel, do a thorough disinfestation.

Guest UserI stayed in a single room here and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice! To be completely honest, this hotel is worth way more than what it costs. I booked it for just 2,000 rubles, but the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall service easily feels like a 3,500+ ruble hotel. It is an absolute hidden gem!I want to give a special, massive thank you to the owner. It is truly rare to meet someone so incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and helpful. From the very first minute, you don't just feel like a guest — you feel like a close friend who was genuinely looked forward to. He helped me with everything and surrounded me with sincere care.Everything about the hotel is just wonderful: it is cozy, perfectly clean, and there is a great swimming pool on-site. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and homelike. If you are hesitating to book Ozturk Hotel, don't even think twice — just go for it, you definitely won't regret it! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a rich breakfast, a clean environment, and is very close to the Pamukkale scenic area. It is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as Chinese restaurants. Parking is convenient, suitable for self-driving tours

Arriving in Denizli from Goreme via an overnight bus, this hotel was perfectly located right opposite the bus station. The check-in process was excellent; the staff provided detailed information about getting to Pamukkale and the airport shuttle, and even kindly allowed us an early check-in. Plus, the chicken wraps at the kebab shop next door are not only affordable but also delicious and generously filled. I highly recommend staying here! 💯

Guest UserIt is a clean and satisfactory hotel. The location is good and it is a good hotel for traveling to Pamukkale. Check-in time is 9:00 AM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. It was good that I could come in early and rest for a while without having to wait for check-in time.

Guest UserThis hotel is perfectly fine. It's very close to the bus station and there's an affordable Turkish restaurant right next door. You can even pay by card there if you 'pretend' you don't have cash (the picture is of this restaurant).

Guest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic; the travertines are within walking distance. It has its own large parking lot, so parking isn't an issue. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast was more than sufficient and tasty. It's a lovely family-run establishment. I definitely recommend it.

The staff is very helpful and the service is good especially during Ramadhan. The hotel needs more amenities especially the pillow which is terrible and also they need to clean the room everyday, the pillow sheet is really terrible and also need to improve the quality of the mattress which is not suitable for a hotel. Anyway I am happy to stay at the hotel for 3 nights with its nice location and affordable price, thanks to the staff also for your help in getting a transport to the airport..

The best choice for Pamukkale.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I have very strict hotel standards, but this hotel is the best.
It's very close to Pamukkale, and the owner is incredibly friendly.
The pool is well-maintained, and the Kachwald breakfast was excellent.
I was also worried about the tire warning light on my rental car, but they helped me resolve the issue.
Thank you. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
